Recently got in an accident (sadly a total loss), but the entire AutoPro team -- especially Katie -- was super helpful and thoughtful about the whole process and let me know everything I needed to know in a timely manner. No complaints at all, and this shop is super convenient for folks in the neighborhood. Would go back there again if I had any additional issues - hopefully I won't.

I was involved in a pretty bad car accident twice and for both times I ve taken my car to this shop. Rahbi, the owner, provided me an excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable about cars and communicates with you clearly and truthfully on what needs to be done. As I have experienced before with other mechanics, my biggest fear from car shops are: problems were overlooked and not fixed or fixed properly, or that some car pieces are missing when I get my car back. However, Rahbi will check and fix in detail to make sure everything is working perfectly and return your car like a brand new car.When I first met Rahbi and explained to me step by step on what needed to be done, I immediately felt comfortable and confident that my car was in trustworthy hands. When I got my car back it looked like as if nothing had happened. It looked like a brand new car! I highly recommend this shop and I thank him for fixing my car.

My car broke down on the side of the highway at night, and I had my car towed here. I had never been here before, but it seemed to be my best option. When me and the tow truck arrived, there it seemed like there was nowhere to put the car, so I thought we would have to store it somewhere else. But then the owner, Rahbi, happened to still be there. He came out and graciously allowed us to leave the car behind the shop. It was such an enormous relief! The next day he was able to look at the car and give me a clear diagnosis on the issue. Even though I ended up having to the take the car to another shop due to a preexisting warranty, I was so impressed and appreciative of the amazing help and service Rahbi gave me. I was stressed and anxious about the situation, but he was incredibly patient, transparent, responsive, and helpful, which helped put me at ease. Thank you so much AutoPro!

Rabi patiently helped me with my accident and get my car towed safely. He came to the shop on a Saturday to take care of me, he showed tremendous integrity and professionalism

So my son had an accident and Triple AAA suggested this repair shop. The. Communication between myself, my son and Robbie was great! Robbie and his team did an amazing job restoring the car back prior to accident. Robbie was honest and straight with us. We had a mechanical issue with another of our arms cars and my son stated he only wanted Robbie taking care of our classic hereon out and Robbie didn t disappoint. He has taken care of our classic twice now, the second being we thought it needed a new alternator or possibly something more expensive it just needed a battery charge and a reminder to run it at least once a week charge? Robbi and team did an excellent job on my BMW X3 after the accident. The muffler and rear bumper were replaced like new. When we picked up our car, I was concerned about the noise it made when I braked. Robbi went in the car and self checked to make sure everything is functioning properly. He went extra miles for best customer service. We are gratefully appreciate their service.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

This place is the best, and this review is WAY overdue.I've brought all my vehicles here for more than 10 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They have done everything from routine preventative care to rebuilds, windows, door locksand catalytic converter replacement under insurance (twice). Everything has been top notch every time.AutoPro is "Old School" in all the best ways; they are professional and friendly, reasonable in their pricing, up front and most of all, honest. They shoot straight whether news is good or not so good and that's a huge comfort when you need help.In LA, our cars are integral to everything we do from getting to work, picking up the family at LAX or taking that loooooong overdue vacation up the coast. We are a city on the move and that usually means our cars and trucks.Bottom line, if your car needs to get YOU somewhere get your car here first.Thanks to all the great people at AutoPro. Man let me tell u I wouldn t recommend any other place for collision repairs but this place from day 1 they took care of me kept me updated on my vehicle and had my truck back looking new if I could give them 10 stars I would. They definitely have a customer for life

Had my front end it. AAA tow driver recommended this shop. The owner Rahbi is very friendly and very quick to get my vehicle repaired. He also worked with me on the deductible and even did an oil change and oil filter replacement on my other vehicle for free. Saline who works the front desk was very helpful as well. Rabih seems to be the kind of person who takes pride in his business and I m glad he worked on my vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Rahbi, the owner, provides excellent customer service. He is extremely personable, ethical and straightforward: he communicates clearly and truthfully. I greatly appreciate that he explains what steps he'll take to resolve the issue. That is a sign of respect and I felt completely confident and comfortable that my car is in trustworthy hands. Danny the 'Service Writer' was nothing but kind & generous in offering quick, accurate diagnostics on why my "check engine" light was illuminating. So helpful & able to finish the work by day's end after not even getting it towed in by AAA until 12 noon on a Friday...which is so hard to expect any immediate service/repairs completed by day's end. A 'man of INTEGRITY' so lacking in the world today. Thanks Again, from a 1st time (but definitely not the last) customer!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is my second review, my other is is from a few years ago and is on Yelp. Between then and now, I didn't have a need to visit the shop that much. Still, Rabih remembered me by name and my car! I have a 9 y/o car that is definitely showing its age now. He takes pride in his work and is a life-long learner. His team is also consistent and does top notch work. I have peace of mind each time I get a service and I've had major work done in the last two months: replacing a serpentine belt and replacing my A/C.

It's a beautiful mechanic service the customer service is overwhelming. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to receive their services. I took my 2013 Ford Escape and got a diagnosis, the diagnosis came back saying I had an turbo overcharge. I took the vehicle to an Clinic in Downey and he told me there's nothing wrong with my car. Yes, the mechanic inform me that it had the wrong motor oil. I was supposed to put Motorcraft in the car. I end up having to take the vehicle to San Fernando Valley, to Victor's transmission to put another Transmission in the vehicle. Another excellent mechanic and beautiful customer service.

Rabih is unbelievably helpful, resourceful and honest. We've been going to him for years. He gives us competitive pricing, keeps us safe and does top of the line work. When we sold our BMW to a guy on the east coast he called to tell us whomever did repairs on the car was top rate. It wasnt a surprise but still great to hear. Rabih has a 5 star shop, 100% guaranteed.

Honest, competitive pricing, reliable service. When you've been in a car accident, and you get towed somewhere, it is very scary, but these guys know what they are doing. Our car was repaired, in a short amount of time and looked like nothing happened. Highly recommend.

These guys absolutely incredible. Honestly I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. I brought my Fiat in after it died on the side of the road. They worked on that car for a week and it had literally EVERYTHING wrong with it.Runs like a pro now!

Tried to charge $140 just to tell me what was wrong with the car PLUS whatever it cost to fix it which the problem ended up not being worth. Meanwhile a shop a couple blocks away charged $90 for all the work including the diagnostic.The owner was short with me and kept walking away while I was trying to talk to him and ask questions. This shop is Triple A approved but I'm not sure why.

Triple A towed my daughter's car to this place. They seemed to be very honest and did not overcharge us especially since I was only dealing with them via the telephone from another state.

this place is a VERY GOOD place the owner is a gentleman and very fair with his prices hes worked on both of my cars and now brought my pPorsche there worked on it before bringing it back for more work this is why i go back i am very pleased with the service if any one had any thing bad to say about this place you for sure would have to hear both sides of the story trust me some people are just too hard to please but on the whole this place is VERY honest they have no reason not to be OK thanks again for the service Robert Bolger

They very professional I had a misunderstanding earlier today but I told them that I apologize it wasn't they fault it was AAA fault now I used they auto shop all the time you know and they are very professional and get the job Duh good place to take your car if you want them to service
