Highly recommend Auto Worx! Sam and his crew went above and beyond and made my car look new again after I dented/scratched the door while parking. Sam explained the process step by step and luckily they were able to just take the dent out rather than replace the door. They even smoothed out a few other small nicks here and there, and they cleaned and detailed the car inside and out. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. His quote was comparable to other estimates, but I chose Sam because it's instantly evident that he really cares about his clients. On top of everything, he brought his staff in on the weekend before the massive rainstorm and I ended up getting my car back 4 days earlier than expected. I'm amazed and would definitely go back to Auto Worx if ever needed in the future.

I can t recommend Auto Worx enough!! After getting in my first accident ever, Sam was so kind, empathetic and always available to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. His crew did a fantastic job repairing and detailing my car, and they were super honest about timelines and price. I have already recommended Auto Worx to all my friends and family in case they ever need it because the company is truly reliable and amazing at what they do.

I needed a dent repair and paint touch up on my brand new model 3. Sam and his guys surpassed expectations and had the car ready 2 days early. Very easy to work with, reasonable pricing, great end result, and the owner is very responsive throughout the whole process.

After getting a very high estimate from another auto body shop, my mechanic told me about Auto Worx and Sam. This was the easiest experience I ve ever had repairing damage to my Porsche. Sam explained how to get this moving forward quickly with the insurance company. He did the repairs for half the price of the other shop. They also finished it sooner than promised. My car looks brand new!! They matched the paint color exactly. So happy with my experience from start to finish. Thanks Sam!!

Sam and his team at Autoworx are fantastic, and I couldn t be happier that I found them. I brought my Kia Forte in after a minor accident that damaged the front driver s side. Sam was always available to answer questions and kept me updated every step of the way. The repair estimate provided by his team was reasonable and easy to understand. My car looks amazing, and I'd recommend Sam and the Autoworx crew to anyone needing a reliable auto shop.

If you're wondering where to take your car for body and paint work, just do yourself a favor and stop looking, call Sam at Auto Worx, and feel at ease. I have been to several body/paint guys in my time in LA, both on the Westside and in the Valley. Whether it was my Prius or my Porsche, things happen and you get a scratch, a small dent, or rock chips in the paint. Whatever the situation, I would trust Sam with getting the job done right. He is one of the most trustworthy guys in the business. Shop owners all over could take lesson from Sam on friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.I spent a few days researching auto body/paint repair shops. I called some of my trusted repair people in the valley. Then Steve at BMW Haus in Van Nuys said, although Sam is on the Westside, "but I'd take my car to him no matter how far away he was." He was right. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was referred to Sam through my BMW shop for a bumper replacement. Sam was super easy to work with.A few months later, a garage door came down on my fiancee's VW SUV. Sam gave me a straight forward estimate and worked well with my insurance company. His team finished the job in less than a week and well ahead of any other shop estimates (including that from the insurance company's preferred body shop). Sam is honest and I 110% recommend to at least give him a chance to earn your business.For reference: TWO other body shops were talking about a full on roof replacement for the dent caused by the garage door on my fiancee's car and BOTH shops even tried to quell my concerns by saying the insurance company will pay for it. It is beyond irresponsible to replace a roof on a car over a small dent. Too much can go wrong along with a several week downtime.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had dented my tesla model y s passenger door badly. Sam and his collision center took around just 2 weeks (minus holidays) to replace the door and make it look as good as new. The price was also very fair and lower than other quotes I got. Definitely recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend this Auto Collision Center. Sam has been beyond helpful throughout this whole process. He was able to walk me through the steps of dealing with insurance, as this is the first time I had been in an accident. Insurance did not want to cover replacing my front bumper, and Sam replaced my front bumper for free. Carlos who paint matched my car did an INCREDIBLE job. Everyone who works here was kind and welcoming. I really felt taken care of. If you are looking for a place to take your car, bring it here, Sam is amazing!

What can I say? Honest, professional and very easy to communicate with. I've had work done by alot of Body Shops in L.A and have found many of them to be dishonest, telling me that there is more work that needed to be done, when I have to pay out of pocket. Came in with my BMW X3 that was keyed on all sides. 1st they fought with the insurance company that want to only give $540 for the repairs. Sam brought the insurance company in and adjusted the claim to $4400. They did an amazing job. Looks better than new. Highly recommended

Sam and Xavier went above and beyond! I had a decent scratch that went into my rear bumper's paint job, and I had sent out several requests for quotes that night. Surprisingly, Sam got back to me that same night! I was able to call-in the next day and actually drop by to discuss more and get an overall timeline for the process, and the guys covered everything I needed to know. Communication was great as I sent off a couple e-mails/texts to follow up and Sam was very prompt in responding.Picking up the car, I was absolutely amazed by the customer service. The first day I went to pick up the car, we noticed a chemical reaction from the rainy weekend and the guys offered to fix it. The next time I dropped by, you would never know that my bumper had been redone. And the car overall looked great as they cleaned up things here and there! If your vehicle needs body work, this is the place to go! Sam and his team at Automotive Worx were fabulous!! My lease was up and I had a dent in my passenger side door that I caused with the help of a cement column in a grocery store parking lot. The quote I received from another shop was almost triple what Sam quoted. That was the first decision maker. Then there was the great customer service! Sam is personable and accommodating with an incredible positive attitude. He was great with communication of getting the work done and did it in a timely matter. He made a painful situation (an avoidable crunching of my car door) less painful and did really great work. I cannot say enough good things. I turned in my lease with no problem. I highly recommend!!!

This place is hands-down the best auto body collision repair center I have ever been to. The quality of their repair job was phenomenal. I can t tell you how happy I was to see my car looking better than it did prior to the accident. The thing that stood out the most though was the customer service. Sam was with me through the entire process. He was very clear, open and honest about his assessments and was able to seamlessly work with insurance and the rental car dealership to make sure that I didn t have to worry about a thing during the process. It meant so much to me to have an open line of communication and to be updated on each step of the process. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for excellent auto bodywork and amazing service. Thanks guys!

I can say I had one of the best auto repair experiences at Automotive Worx.First of all, I came here because it was the most reasonable price I got after comparing with ten other difference places. But the story only starts here.Since I had limited budget on my repair, Sam was willing to meet me half way and took the time to figure out what repairs are necessary and what could be saved for later. This shows that Sam really cares about his customers point of view and not just all about making a profit.Knowing that I really care about my car, Sam and Diego kept updating me with the status of my car by calling and texting me photos of my car, and gave me accurate estimate of the timeline, which is what I have never seen from other car shops.In the end, before retuning my car, Sam found some defects on the attachment of my front bumper. He ordered some parts and fixed it for me without extra cost, and he told me this is quite dangerous and that the car dealership that sold me this car is not very honest. Sam helped me write out a letter listing the defects so I can show it to my car dealership.Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Sam. He is very professional, honest, and cares about his customer, and I hope he keeps his business this way! Highly recommend to anyone I know!

A man s hit my car and I was desperate to fix it in a reliable place! A friend of mine recommended Auto Worx Collision and I couldn't be more grateful for everything Sam and the whole team did for me! Sam talked for me to the insurance company, helped me with the rental car, kept me weekly updates on my car situation, explained in detail everything he was going to do! I took my car yesterday and I m still shocked at how great it looked. The painting is perfect and looks like brand new. They are very professional, honest and care about their customers. We could not be happier that we found Auto Worx. From my first interaction with Sam, the owner, it was 5+ star service. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I felt like he was a friend after our first conversation.He took our car in right away, offered to give us rides if we needed it, and provided a very competitive cost. The turn around was very quick and he was extremely transparent throughout the process and was very easy to get ahold of.I honestly thought it was too good to be true, but on top of all of the above, the quality was excellent- our car looked brand new!Needless to say, I highly recommend Auto Worx for body work (we have Audi). Hopefully I won t need body work done to my car again, but if so I will 100% be returning to Sam and his team and Auto Worx! Thank you, Sam!

I strongly recommend coming here for auto body work! You won t regret it. Impeccable work at the best price on the Westside.The side panel on my 2020 LR Discovery was dented it needed body repair and a paint job. After visiting two other highly rated body shops nearby (around Olympic and 11th in SM) for a quote, Sam at AutoWorx gave me the quickest and most competitive price for the exact same job.Sam is straight forward, honest, and genuine. He didn t try to oversell or mansplain anything to me like the other body shops tried to do (I went shopping for quotes alone with a young child in tow and the other place thought it d be a great idea to use a nail polish analogy to explain the paint job process, which was extremely insulting and annoying.)There was none of that nonsense here. Sam gave me a quote within 15 mins, we scheduled a date/time for the job to begin and an agreed upon completion time. He quoted 5-10 business days to fix my car and it was done within a week. I could not be more happier.The body repair and paint job are flawless. I am a perfectionist at heart so this is important. You cannot tell that the car was dented and subsequently repaired. The paint color matches perfectly; and it looks even better than the day we brought the car home. They even buffed a few superficial scratches out. They didn t have do it but did it anyway, which speaks volumes to their pride in workmanship and the end product.Do yourself a favor, save some time, and give Sam a call. I can t say enough good things about taking my car to this place. I was referred to the shop by a colleague in the automotive world after an unfortunate incident on my birthday. Sam was just as great in person as he sounded from the referral. He made the process painless and kept in constant communication with me even while getting displaced from the numerous Southern California fires. You can tell he takes pride in the work done and wants to make sure the customer has the best experience possible.
