excellent service Erick is very efficient and kind answers all your questions and is very patient with all the clients and allison also does her job 100% good everyone from the office and the painting team have an excellent job too, best of all They give you a certificate of work that they do with a lifetime warranty while the car is yours 100% recommended. Many thanks to the whole team they also accept all insurances

Took forever to get my car fixed and the cost is crazy high the guy just "estimated" the damage on the spot after a small inspection im lucky it's not me who's paying for the car damage but I pray for the other lady that crashed onto my car

I m very satisfied and happy with the work done to my car, they washed, clean from inside and out, I looks brand new!! They even detail clean my tires Everyone was very attentive and friendly from day one.Richard K was my assigned adjuster. He was very professional and he really took his time to check my car and gave me all the information on how the process works. They send text messages to update you about the car and links so you can see detail about you repairs.The expected schedule date for my car to be ready was on 3/22/2022 but they had it ready 4 days earlier!I really recommend this place for anyone the needs something to get repair.I truly appreciate making all this less stressful than I thought.Again thank you Richard K!!

Can t stop saying great things about Angie and Bundy and auto tech took my Highlander to get some work done and wow like always great work. They keep you updated on what s going on and tell when your car is going to be ready to plan your day to go get your car. Thank you guys.

I took my car here after an accident. The people there were helpful and friendly. I liked that I was kept informed during the whole process through text messages and an online portal I could access. My parts were delayed but I was kept updated and the car was only delayed a day. Got my car back all fixed with no issues and they even refilled my oil.

Ulises repaired my vehicle and he was very prompt with service and attentive to the damages. The updates related to my vehicles pick up by his team were consistent and done with continuous care to keeping me informed about any details. Update: 10/02/2023 Took my vehicle in to have work done. The paint work ended up being less than desirable, for a simple job ended up with a vehicle that will require a respray which I'm getting some elsewhere. Stay away from this place if you're looking to get quality work done. I'd give this place 0 stars if it were possible.Went there to drop a friend off, when I was leaving their parking lot I could hear a tapping sound coming from my front left tire. Sure enough it was a bolt. Be careful as they probably don't police their parking lots for bolts and nails.

This is not only the worst experience I have ever had with any body shop, but in all customer service experiences I have had in my entire life. Some of their employees need a hard lesson on customer service and how it is and is not okay to speak to customers. Not to mention, my car has been completely ruined by these people to the point that I have had to file a lawsuit against them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. It will only result in a horrible headache, and absolute destruction of your property. My recommendation is that caliber close this location forever and teach their employees basic etiquette.

AVOID ALL COST GOING HERE PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM! FINDER BENDER TURNED INTO A TOTAL LOSS! KEEP IN MIND I DROVE CAR TO LAS VEGAS AND BACK TO CALIFORNIA BEFORE LETTING THEM WORK ON MY CAR IT! COMPLETELY TORE MY CAR APART AND TOLD INSURANCE IT WAS TOTALED! ITS CRAZY I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH MY FIRST MIND BEFORE BRINGING MY CARE HERE! PLEASE DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!

I first dropped off my car at this business and it seemed to be a great shop. They projected an already very long expected to date to return my car, and they explained that it was due to shipment delays. I gladly committed, expecting it. However, when it came to the expected delivery date, they would end up pushing it back at a day or two at a time. They would do it last minute, day of. They ended up doing this for close to a month. They also did not relay this information to my insurance (as my insurance instructed me they are supposed to do) so I had to call my insurance every time they did this to ask them to extend the rental. They did for an entire month. They then told us last minute that we would have to be paying cash because their "card machines were down." This was not made aware to us until the day before and I told them we need to pay with our credit card. They would not budge until I finally said that this was something I would have to report to the BBB. They instantly came up with a solution that already existed and should have been presented from the start. Very disappointed that this place was recommended by GEICO and hope that they improve their business practices.

I went through this company via Geico. My vehicle must ve stayed outside for quite some time because when I got it back I had a notification that said my windshield wiper fluid was low. I took the vehicle back and had them inspected. Looking under the hood the windshield wiper tube had been chewed up by rats. A few other things under the hood had also been chewed up by rats. They quickly took my vehicle to the back and within 10 to 15 minutes brought my vehicle back out said that it was fixed and I drove away. I had to go to work so I was unable to return but the next day the same notification came up on Mike vehicle. I went to use my windshield wiper fluid and nothing came out. This company has a rat infestation problem so if your vehicle is there waiting to get repaired there is a high chance that it will receive damage underneath the hood and underneath the vehicle in places where you cannot see. My vehicle still has this issue to this day Geico has not resolved it.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I called them after an accident and they were very easy to deal with. They handled calling the insurance, setting up drop off and rental, they even took the time to explain the process to get my car fixed. They sent detailed text messages that always keep me informed. Auto Tech was recommended by my father and I would gladly recommended them to you, but I hope you don't have any accidents!

Best Auto Collision in DTLA! Honest, efficient, friendly, reliable and most of all they take care of you and your car. They work with major insurance companies and they are highly rated for customer service. I recently had to send my car in for a repair and it was the best experience ever!

Last week was really tough for me after being in an accident, however the team at Auto Tech Collision Center made everything better! As a national marketing director I am all about reputation and customer service and I am truly impressed and thankful for how awesome Johnny and Allison were and how they took care of me and my car during the process. Communication, follow up and thoroughness was so on point by them and I would highly recommend Auto Tech Collision Center to anyone in need of a professional, friendly, prompt and amazing service! Quality of work done on vehicle was great and they were informative on details of repair. Only ding was that repair date was delayed several times due to ordering specific parts. My pet peeve is expecting something to be done by the date given regardless of who it is but it does not. Everything else was superb and being greeted with a smile was a sweet bonus. Thanks!

While the date of my pick up changed a few times, I am so pleased with how my vehicle turned out! The office staff was so friendly and really walked me through everything I needed to know and sent updates daily/weekly. I definitely would recommend ATCC to someone in the future!

For a liability claim, insurance company referred me to Auto Tech Collision for a minor fender/bumper/light repair (<$2k).When I first took my car in for estimate, Auto Tech Collision said I needed an appointment. Sure, they are very busy and were managing their resources efficiently. The following week, I went back at my schedule time. The estimator looked at my car, and within minutes informed me that they will email me estimate later in the day.One week has passed without phone call or email estimate, so called them back. They emailed the estimate immediately, while I was on the phone. Within the same day my insurance adjustor approved estimate and asked me to make arrangements for repairs, if I am would like to use this facility, which I mistakenly accepted. I called Auto Tech Collision, who said they will review and get back with me.One week later, I called Auto Tech Collision back to followup. The representative checked my records and said they cannot work on my vehicle because it is "salvaged", which was not true. Then they said my vehicle value exceeds their estimated cost, which was also not true per Kelly Blue Book and already approved by insurance. They they said finally said vehicle cannot be worked on due to its age. This was actually a blessing that they declined their own estimate.I then took my car to a shop referred by my mechanic. Car was looked at within minutes, quote provided afterwards, and the guy said they're work directly with insurance. All I had to do was let him know when I wanted to take the car in.

Was not very trustworthy. Said they put gas in my car but I had filled my car up prior to dropping the car off. Had my car towed to their shop because it wasn't starting had to pay a $100 for a diagnostic.Said nothing was wrong with my car and I paid for diagnostic a $100. 2 days later the car stalled take a to another shop and they found the problem.

This place is undoubtedly the worst place for anyones vehicle to be fixed. I have cls Mercedes and had initial estimated of 3000 and a week to complete. They delayed my vehicle twice without any notice and now the estimate is over 8000. The employee is extremely unfriendly, always saying they will get back to me and never call back. I still have my vehicle in that shop and they stopped repairing as I no longer have a faith in their ability to fix the car. Now my lawyer is involved, I still don't know how all these issues will resolve. I am writing this to let people know that they are ignorant for clients aND don't go through what I am going through.

Great Place to get your car repaired, they have Great Staff and they do everything they can to get the repairs completed in a timely fashion and will go out their way to make sure you're satisfied. I recommend this place over many of the other shops out there.

Left my car for repair at the shop, had 2 laptops but in the proccess of dropping off the car took one and forgot the other in the car. Got the car back with the laptop missing, spoke to the owner about it but was told that they advise you to take your personal belongings. In other words take everything you don t want the staff to steal.

To start DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!Geico insurance referred me here to AUTO TECH COLLISION CENTER... I was reluctant from the start because I usually pick my own body shop for repairs, but this time I allowed Geico to pick since they were the one paying it not my insurance company and the body shop was convenient to my job... this was the worst mistake of my life.. these people was suppose to fix my car professionally. My car came into this place in better condition than returned unbeknown to me, now every time I hit a bump in the street my bumper pops off they won't take responsibility or ownership of the overlooking of the brackets that was obviously damaged in the beginning. The bumper should have been replaced instead of repaired and painted to look fixed.. if a person hit a bump are pull up to a parking bumper and your bumper scraps on the bottom the bumper shouldn't pop off that easy and only on the right side where they was supposedly have fixed properly the first time. these people are "RIPOFFS CON ARTIST, FAKES AND FRAUDS"!!!!!! GEICO INSURANCE SHOULD GET RID OF THEM AND NOT REFER TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN... instead of helping they've destroyed my trust in collision center I could have gone to a shade tree body shop for this kind of unprofessionalism...I wish I could give ZERO STARS...I give them all THUMBS DOWN.....MAD AS HELL!!!!

I would not recommend brining your car here, their customer service is the worst. I brought my car in for repairs the insurance adjuster that worked there approved them then whey they went to fix them they decided it was not covered. If you want bad customer service bring your car here.

Went to get an estimate for a repaint on my car. They wanted to charge $35 for it with NO visible sign of any fee for an estimate. Nice Scam ..Be cautious
