Saw their ad on Google Maps. Needed power window switch. Ad says specifically power window repair with a picture of a switch repair in progress. I called and was informed they only do window replacement, no regulator or switch work.(WHAT...?!?) Told the woman that they might want to update the ads, because that's EXACTLY what they say you do. Never got the opportunity to rate the work because, apparently, they do not do at all the exact kind of service their ads say they do.Odd....... My Reply to Their Reply:WHAT...??

I contacted them through WhatsApp and they replied really quick. Had my whole windshield replaced with a few hours after I contacted them. They were really quick and had the best prices compared to the other places I contacted. Excellent service!

Had an appointment all set with a quoted price for the window I needed replaced. Gave him the make and model of the car and the type of glass I wanted. He didn't show at the scheduled time. I texted to see if he was coming and he told me he didn't have the glass I needed. He should have known he wouldn't be able to get the glass when he set up the appointment. He even tried to blame me, saying i didn't tell him which window i needed replaced, when it was clearly texted to himIt ended up being a complete waste of my time.

They were quickly responsive. Ricardo came within a couple hours and fixed my window in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Most places will rip you off but Oscar affordable, quick to respond and got back to with reasonable prices. Plus same day repair! Don't hesitate to call him, he's the guy you want yo go with!

I highly recommend Oscar s if you re in need of top quality glass work, especially if you re in a time crunch. I needed the glass in my driver s side mirror replaced and I needed it done fast. They custom cut the glass and it fit perfectly, best part was that I was there no more than 15 minutes.This is a well run shop with a very polite and knowledgeable crew. They re also beyond fair with pricing. Check them out for yourselves and I promise you you ll leave satisfied.

These guys are pros. Same-day service on a Saturday. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Oh, and did I mention that they have the lowest prices in L.A.? I wouldn t get my glass replaced by anyone else.Edit: One month later and now the window regulator is broken. This could ve been damage from the original break-in. It could also be damage from glass shards left in the door after the repair. Either way, I thought I d update my review so future customers can make an informed decision.

Oscar was able to fix my window (and save my day!) within a couple hours of me calling him! He arrived on time and the whole thing was done in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and kind. The fact that he came to me also made it very convenient. The pricing was good (based on my previous experiences).I would ABSOLUTELY call Oscar again (although, hopefully I won't have to )!

If you re still wondering where you should get your glass fixed, choose Oscar! He came to my job and fixed it in less than an hour. Also the price was really fair. Excellent! I highly recommend it!

I had my side window smashed in Hollywood, while I was working. I called these guys around 1am, there was no answer. I called them again in the morning, and they came to my building one hour later in Echo Park area, repaired the window, vacuumed all the glass from my car, and were super quick about it. They accept various forms of payment, and are so easy, it was honestly a great experience!!!Service: Auto rear window replacement

They were the most affordable of three quotes. Then topped it off by coming to me in a matter of minutes! After discovering my boyfriend s window was shattered and car was broken into, we were pretty dismayed. He had to go to work until 6 and we wanted to get the window fixed ASAP. In came Ricardo at Oscar s, who promptly resolved all my worries - asking all the right questions and providing stellar prices and service. For only $175 Ricardo and his team came out and met us at my house in Silver Lake at 7 PM and had the new window installed, glass vacuumed, and everything tidied up in what felt like less than 30 minutes. I cannot say enough what an amazing experience this was and (hopefully not!) should our car encounter the same misfortune, I know exactly who to call and recommend. Thanks guys!!
