Upon purchasing Audi Q8 from this dealer, I was unequivocally guaranteed that every system and part had undergone rigorous testing and was functioning flawlessly prior to sale. Alas, a mere 5 days into my journey with the car, it abruptly ceased to function in the middle of the freeway. By some divine grace, I narrowly avoided a calamitous accident, managing to drift perilously to the safety of the roadside fortuitously, it was night.Consequently, I endured an entire night stranded on the freeway, languishing for a staggering 6 hours as I awaited the arrival of a tow truck. Following that ordeal, I was marooned at the service station for an additional 3 hours, only to be informed that my car would be whisked away for several days of repairs with no replacement vehicle offered.When I endeavored to contact the service department to inquire about obtaining a substitute car during the repair period, I was met with a maddening maze of transferred calls and unanswered questions.TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE DEALER. I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST ENGAGING WITH THEM.

This is the worst service center I've ever been to. You would think that when the dealership gouges you with its ridiculous prices, the least you'd get is a good service experience, but I and many others (as seen below) are here to tell you that that's not the case.A couple of weeks into purchasing my vehicle, my key FOB completely broke. No big deal, right? I'm sure they'll replace it under warranty. Unfortunately, it took several weeks of fighting with them to admit that the key was covered under warranty, and then a month for the part itself to come in, and then an entire day just to replace it. They wouldn't even offer a loaner unless I booked an appointment several weeks in advance and didn't cover my Uber back to the service center.While at the service center, I was passed around from advisor to advisor. They let my car sit in the service center for 4 hours before starting on it, they failed to tell me that my additional service wasn't covered under my plan until 5 hours into my service, and when the car was finally ready, the paper work took forever to get printed because my advisor had lied about being at the sales location. The best part was, I could see him at the next window. On top of this all, when I came to get my car, there were water stains all over the interior and my car reeked of food, as if someone was eating in there before I came.Extremely disappointed in Audi's service center. I will never come back again, and I'll make sure that everyone I know doesn't get a car from Audi Beverly Hills. Do better.

I went to this Audi Dealership today because my wedding ring fell off and went under my front passenger seat. I went to the service department and ask them to remove a plastic box under the seat fastened by two plastic bolts. The guy said he needed to talk to his guys. He came back and said it would cost me 2 billable hours totaling almost $700. I reiterated I only needed the plastic casing removed and he went on to explain that the harness for the seat belt was attached there and would have to be removed. I left there and went to a body shop on Sawtelle and had my ring back in 5 mins. Nothing the service man at Audi said was true. He simply took the casing off and there was my ring. I will never trust another Audi Dealership again. Don t be fooled by the name .. there are crooks everywhere.

Place is an absolute scam. Audi makes you feel this place will be a safe haven for you when you purchase your car. It s the total opposite. They DON T clean your car proper ever. The entire inside of the car is unwashed. Dashboard totally dirty dusty every time. Customer service not great. They won t do any minor repair either even it s a tire patch that would cost them nothing to do.

I have been driving Audi's for over 12 years now, and my most service experience solidified why I continue to come back. Jesus at Audi Beverly Hills service center is an awesome advisor. He listened to my concerns and got me in and out of there with everything resolved. I appreciate their clear communication and efficiency. This repair shop is very convenient, but the volume of cars they service i sense they do not have enough technical mechanics. My car took almost 4 days to get back for repairs that took an hour to complete. Also, it seems they don't carry a large inventory of parts, so they have to order parts from the outside, which add to the time.Be sure you are clear in the problem you are having and make sure the work has been done. Dealer service is very expensive , and you pay without problem if service is done right.The thing I hate is the offers to buy my SUV most of the time I have service. Of course, they know a good use low mileage car will sake quickly. Can't blame them personally, but the deals are for them, nothing but a higher car note and price with now days a cheaper model than what I have because of increases in new car prices. And you know their are no deals on the electric cars at all.

After almost getting ripped off at Audi Escondido, I drove all the way back to LA to get my engine light checked at this place. Thanks to my advisor Aaron Ward, a very humble, honest and hardworking service advisor , he helped me out a lot and also saved me over 1000 bucks of repair that Audi Escondido tried to charge me. Fletcher Jones is really a reliable source to not get ripped off. Great job!

I like my Audi, but if it wasn t for my service advisor Paren, I m sure I would have moved on to the next car. The customer service levels he demonstrates are unmatched, and has personally helped navigate several maintenance issues with the best outcome for all parties. Can t recommend this service center (and Paren) enough!

Front desk staff amazing, management not so much. I followed up three different times about using an offer they sent me in the mail, but always got the run around from supervisor Omar Solis. I even got ghosted after calling, being assured Omar would call be back, and never heard back from him.It appears they didn t want to honor the offer but didn t have a good reason for it, and instead of just telling me no they just showed me the door. Brings a bad taste to the Fletcher Jones name. Will definitely be heading to Santa Monica in the future.

From the moment I arrived to my scheduled oil change service appointment, the car attendant, Jessen, was extremely rude. He proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes before notifying the service advisor, Jeff Crawford, to check in my vehicle. When Jeff arrived, he seemed very off and extremely upset for some reason. Then I saw Jessen drive my car around the lot several times while laughing with Jeff. I was able to capture this on video. This job is clearly a joke to them.Around 2:30pm, I received a text from Jeff Crawford notifying me that my car will be ready by 5:30pm. At 5pm, as I m on my way to the service center to pick up my vehicle, Jeff sends me a strange text saying they need to keep my car overnight and he s not sure when it will be ready. No explanation or advanced notice. I barely have any miles on my vehicle, it s in great condition, and I recently had it serviced approximately 6 months ago and nothing was wrong with it. I only scheduled a service appointment because my light came on for an oil change.Today, I received a message from Audi service center notifying me that I need to replace the front brakes, which will cost nearly $900. This was after Jessen and Jeff took my car for a joyride and had my car at the service center for 24 hours. Somehow my car is in a worse condition than when I had arrived. I m shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and concerned by the suspicious service provided. It would not surprise me if they tampered with my brakes just to increase the cost of service.I will be taking my car to real, trustworthy professionals to have it serviced going forward. Audi customer service and maintenance is terrible. Avoid this place if you want assurance your car will be safe and in good hands. They re fraudulent and untrustworthy.

Thank you so much Paren and the guys there. I thought I needed to change oil. Paren told me you only need to add a quart. He told me to go enjoy a cup of coffee and it ll be done quickly and will wash my car as well. They did that in no time and i was in and out super quick & ZERO CHARGE?!! that was way above and beyond guys appreciate you!

Service here has never been questionable. I usually get amazing service from Garrett or Paren, but today was interesting. Had damage to my rim, not really sure how it happened... just noticed the rash. Originally had an appt for 1/11 but I happened to be available 1/2 so I brought it in for the repair. I have a service contract that covers this (or so I thought) I've had wheel repair completed many times here with no issue.My service advisor Vahag texted they declined the claim. Not sure what exactly he shared with the service contract company but the agent relayed to me it's because he didn't say road hazard damage. Again, I've been here for curb rash damage in the past and for far less damage!Drove to Audi Pacific and they explained Beverly Hills messed up. I will never service my vehicle here again. Also, the lease is going back in March.Going straight to BMW or Lexus like I should have in 2021.Update: Audi Pacific took care of the wheel repair. They said Beverly Hills is worthless. Could not agree more.

Never, in my life have I experienced worse service. I dropped my car off two days ago, and Jeff Crawford got me an uber home - except, he put in the wrong address. The uber driver wouldn't change it, we almost crashed trying to get back to the dealership and then I was so late I missed my meeting. Jeff told me he would call me the next day when it was ready. Two days later, I've heard from NO ONE. I have called nonstop since 7am today - I continue to hear lie after lie. Oh this person will call you - NOTHING. I am in shock that a luxury car service center would treat a customer this way. I used to work with Jose here who was AMAZING! Never had a problem with him, he was kind and helpful and stayed in touch always. Much to my dismay, he has recently left, and every single person who works here is absolutely incompetent.

We took our Audi Q5 2018 in because the annunciation panel displays an error message and the sunroof makes a breaking noise. JUAN MALDONADO told us that there is nothing they can do, and he suggested to talk directly to Audi USA.He mentioned that the sunroof problem is well known due to the loose rivets securing the frame. Rusak told us they never heard about it ( another disastrous customer service)We pointed out in the warranty manual where it says dealers must be the link between the client and Audi USA to resolve issues like this one".After he was embarrassed by his lack of knowledge he called Andrew who is the service department manager" to confirm they can look at the car the same day.We drove the car to their service department located at 2340 S Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90016. Andrew was not available, (although, Juan told us that he will be waiting for us) and another gentleman named David Cohen took our notes. He was non-challan and did not give any importance to the pictures we provided showing the error.The following Monday we picked up the car and I talked with GEORGE CHALA, the service manager.I asked about the findings, they could not find anything on the car computer. When I showed him the pictures and explain that the car slows down and we were worried about our safety, he said god forbid this would happen but if it happens that what you have insurance for He offered to drive the car 50 -100 miles and see if the problem reappears, when I asked why they didn t do it already he did not respond.I told him that we have opened a ticket with Audi and he said ok, good luck then No one from Fletcher Jones has contacted us despite several calls. At this point, we don't have any other option than retain a lawyer and pursue legal actions.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Overall the service to my Q5 was good. The reason I am writing a poor review is for 2 reasons. The first being that I had a poor check-out experience due to there being only a single line and the person in front of me being obnoxious. Secondly, I received a call from Audi Beverly Hills a day or so after my service was completed to check how my experience was. I told them overall it was good except the poor check-out. They said they would send me a Starbucks gift card for my troubles and asked that I complete their survey that was emailed to me. I waited a few days and never got a gift card. I assumed that I possibly heard the agent incorrectly and that I would get the gift card after completing the survey, so I completed the survey and still have not received anything. At this point, I feel as though I was duped into giving them a positive survey when I would not have doen so if not for the gift card that was promised.

The facilities are super clean. The staff well trained. They are Audis so the cars are pretty and the there are a lot of them needing service.Prices are basically double what an equally skilled mechanic down the street would cost. And despite the high prices there is staff turnover (always a new service rep) and service is slow (why does it always take 15 to drop off and pick up your vehicle?).If the Uber service and fancy waiting room is important to you and price is no option, this is your place.

This was my first time serving my car at Audi BH. I was assigned Jose as my service advisor. He was the absolute worse advisor. Very nonchalant and disconnected. He was 20 minutes late so I had to wait for him to arrive to have my appointment. He didn t care at all about explaining what was happening with my car, very slow to respond to messages or questions, and put no effort into doing his due diligence to make sure my repair was done correct and in a timely manner. When I asked why it would take so long when I had a early morning appointment for the diagnostic he said, we have over 200 cars here so you just gonna have to wait. Then when I explained to him I would like him to be more responsive, better customer service, and keep me updated he ignored me and just said, he d call when my car was ready he never did. I had to call and beg for a manger to assist me. The gentleman that answers the phone has no personality, when you ask him questions he acts as if you are bothering him. Very deadpan voice and sarcastic.Finally I did get through to a manager and was able to get better customer service. Then less than 2 weeks after I left, the same check engine light and code came back on. I had to call multiple times just to get in contact with someone to recheck what should have already been done. I ve never experienced any service center like this.In addition they charge $250 as hold just for the loaner, which I think is ridiculous! You already have my car and full information as collateral why also charge my credit card. It s just greedy and unnecessary. I ve gotten loaners other places and never had that happen.To say I ve been disappointed is an understatement. Hoping when I get my car back it will be fix properly and I won t have to come back. Definitely gonna use another service center from now on. Wish I would ve read the reviews before I came.

I want to thank Vee my Audi service specialist he s very thorough, informative and sufficient. He made sure both of my vehicles were checked with quality care and made sure I was informed if there was any issues. Highly recommend I bought my car in Calabasas but love the customer service here in Beverly Hills . Thanks Vee you re appreciated

Fortunately, Audi makes great car to drive, because I wouldn't want to shop anyplace else for a vehicle. From start to finish, the sales team is genuinely warm and accommodating, well coordinated, and efficient.You leave with a new car and some new friends. Follow up has been equally as pleasant and professional.

My car was fixed as promised. But, when I picked up my car the seats were reclined all the way back, the drive modes were all in S and there was an additional 4 miles on the vehicle. It was interior fixes that were being performed. Multiple test drives? I was informed that the car was moved to another location while waiting for parts. This explains the pine needles in that somehow ended up in the engine bay too. I then also noticed the right front had been scraped/scuffed taking off the paint and removing the clear coat. Really?I mentioned all this to my Service Advisor, Derrek Duarte and he was on it immediately. He put me in touch with Beverly Hills Auto Body and now the car is in with them to fix the damage. I think it's great that Derrek took care of this immediately, but I am also surprised that the dealership and Audi which is expected to have a high level of professionalism and class to represent the brand allows for the cars being serviced to be driven like this without any accountability.I give my service advisor Derrek 5 stars. He responded immediately with the utmost professionalism.Am I happy that my car is now once again out of my possession and in a shop being corrected from what was preventable, I am not. So, I will be giving Audi Beverly Hills Service Center a 3 star on this episode.I will follow up once it is out of the body shop and review Beverly Hills Auto Body too.

TL;DR - Don't come here, a total rip off and question if they even look at your car or just cut corners and semi-mend something at their outrageous prices. Brought car in with prior inspected issues. They didn't look at my car for 3 days and finally looked at it the day I needed it back for my road trip. Told "Found NOTHING WRONG, except for passenger airbag sensor not functioning". Made stop at NorCal Audi because...issue with low coolant (issues I came in for). Another Audi Service found ALL the problems and is fixing them now. ANOTHER AUDI Service is addressing ALL the warranty issues that was said to be NOT FOUND by BH Audi.UPDATE: What Happened??? I had an appointment to wait for my car while it gets inspected, but instead I was told to leave my car there for warranty repairs and codes. I informed Carlos that I MUST leave on a business trip and if they can't look at the car that day and get the parts in and fixed by Friday morning, I will have to go elsewhere as I still need to have my wheel and tires put on at another location before I leave for the month. I had all the codes, and itemized everything that needed looked at for a safe business road-trip. Basically handed them an Audi inspection report of what needs done.At most I can leave my car there for 3 days. Dropped it off Tuesday early afternoon, Wednesday night I text for status and my car was NOT EVEN LOOKED AT. Thursday morning/afternoon I texted again and my car is finally being looked at..after my text, then was told they had to order the parts for the passenger airbag sensor and won't be in until the next day or two and will be another day to install. UHMM SERIOUSLY?? If my car was looked at Tuesday and not THURSDAY MORNING/Afternoon (confirmed) after I asked again, it could have been done. In the end, I had to just pick up my car and got nothing done to it, but told...nothing is wrong except for the Passenger Air Bag Sensor not working.What's even more infuriating is...the items I sent photos on (leaking coolant) and two additional codes unrelated to the 2 air bag fault code and exhaust flap rattle and uneven hood....WAS NOT FOUND and was told all the codes was related to the passenger airbag. NOT FOUND??? You had my car for three days and spent only an hours inspecting the car...OF COURSE you couldn't find the issues. Did you really even look at it? Or did you only plugged in the computer and only the airbag fault showed up?I had to take my car into another Audi Dealership Service in Northern CA because SURPRISE on my drive from LA to NorCal (less than 4 hrs) my coolant got low. Yes, that was less than a few days after picking up my RS3 from Beverly Hills Audi Service center. Also the NorCal Audi service I had to bring my car to, in a single day, FOUND ALL the issues that BH Audi said was "NOT FOUND". WTF???I came in because I had a GREAT initial experience with George and Josh over the summer. What happened? The communication with Carlos was minimal and short. I had to initiate communication and even took another service counselor to follow-up. Carlos did not listen to my concerns when I said I had these codes and pink leaking fluid as if I'm stupid and didn't understand diagnostic code or what coolant looks like; but instead showed me photos like a picture book of what I might have "seen on my instrument panel". But when I share images of the coolant leak, it was ohhh that's not important. Really? Come on! Luckily I didn't get into an accident with a failed airbag sensor, and lucky I was able to stop and get coolant added while driving up central valley.I expected more as I gave this place 5 stars when I was there for my first service. I'm not sure how service can go from amazing to horrible in less than a year. Claim to be Beverly Hills type service and thus the outrageous prices...then prove you deserve such outrageous fees. A certified Audi mom and pop shop charging 1/2 treats their customer with better service, respect, and knowledge than this place. So disappointed

I truly have never had a bad experience with Audi BH. They take care of me and my car every time I come in for service. They make everything very convenient. It also doesn't hurt that they have Q8 loaners!

I m so happy about this Audi service Center.I ve been helped by Peyman, he was so knowledgeable and really answered to all my many question about oil refill and mileage, with the best attitude. I've always had good interactions with this service center. I've had 3 Audi's that I've taken here with no issues until today. I took my A4 in for regular maintenance - I've had it about 15 months and have only driven 9600 miles, and the recommendation was to replace all 4 tires. Wait...WHAT? When did tires last 9600 miles? Even more hilarious is that 2 of the tires were replaced in January 2022 because of road hazards. So 2 of the tires weren't even 11 months old and had maybe gone 5000 miles? When I questioned how this was possible I was told there was no defects but the only thing they could point to was "driving habits with the vehicle". Like...driving on a road? I literally drive my car maybe 2-3x a week usually a few miles at a time. Declined the recommendation and will suffer through my last 15 months of my lease and will never buy Audi again. Just unbelievable. My service advisor was very nice and professional through my text rant - so definitely will give him cred for that. (thus 2 stars and not one).
