I had a great experience at American Tire Depot when I needed a repair for a low air tire. The staff was incredibly helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue.They efficiently patched up my tire and had me back on the road in no time. Their expertise and professionalism were truly impressive.I'm grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend American Tire Depot for any tire needs.

Great customer service! Super friendly and professional staff. I called ahead of time to confirm they were able to help me with the nail in my tire and yes! Luckily, tire was able to be patched. Took a little less than an hour and I didn t even have to pay anything, wow!!! I m so grateful! Hopefully, I never have to deal with another nail in my tire but if I do, I ll definitely come back here.

Bought Tires online to be installed here at this location.Delivery of tires was late based on the promised time. I soon found out that this is a popular location and that they have a lot of customers. The whole process of installing my tires took 3 hours (note: it was also raining that day). Service was actually great and I paid the price that was quoted online when I booked the appointment.I would come back and buy my tires again from them as they have competitive prices from others.Lesson learned that next time, when you make an appointment and booked tires online, order it with an extra day so if they promised it is arriving on Monday at 11am, go there the next day (Tuesday) morning so that they can accommodate you faster and hopefully won't wait longer.

I was not happy with the wait time and service I received here when I came for my tire replacement. I took advantage of their buy 3 tires and get 1 free deal along with their alignment after they dropped their asking price after I told him how much Hamer Honda was going to charge me for it. I also got the 3 year road hazard warranty since there was a promo going on. I was told the process would take 2 hrs when I made my appointment for 1:30pm. I dropped off my car 15 minutes before my appointment and went to do stuff around the area. When I got back at 3pm, my car wasn't touch or moved. So I sat outside waiting and it wasn't worked on until around 3:50pm. Everything was completed by 5:45pm when it was already dark so I couldn't see their work properly. The next morning, I see grease marks on all 4 of my rims, around the same area which likely happen during the tires removal process. I wasn't able to get it off myself so I'm going to take it to a detailing shop. My suggestion is take pictures before you drop off your car for any tire maintenance for your own proof later on.

Another superb experience at the American Tire Depot at the corner of Lindley & Chatsworth in Granada Hills. I had a tire with a slow leak and they had it patched up & I was back on the road again in no time at all. Great customer service & communication & the technicians always do quality work. Highly recommend!

Enrique and the other service folks are very dedicated to providing great customer service! They completed a FREE tire patch service for me over an hour after the closing time! The store was very busy which proves the great service they provide.

Purchased four Bfgoodrich tires was over 1k and tires look like they been in the sun or warehouse for a while. Turned red like the next day after the water they added to make them look new dried off. Also had a brake inspection knowing Damm well I needed rotors and the guy at the teller went running outside with his brake pad measuring tool and said the brakes are good lol which I'm aware since I switched them overall not worth the 4+ hour wait with an appointment better places out there for your hard earned money imo

Chris helped me out a ton when I woke up this morning to a flat tire. I got both tires replaced and even got a free alignment check as courtesy. Clear communication and steadfast service! He answered every question I had and went the extra mile to make sure everything was accounted for and properly maintained.

My car s alternator failed in the middle of the night and I came here to get it fixed.On Sunday, Ruben helped me at the front desk and provided excellent service. He was kind, warm, and was very patient with me as he explained what was happening with my car. I saw that he treated the other customers with the same sense of service and was very pleased.Ruben and his team went above and beyond to help me with my car.

Had a flat tire on my mom's car and thankfully was only 1/2 mile away. No appt, just showed up and Aaron and team took care of us really quickly! Everything done within 90 minutes, and that was with every bay full. Thank you!

I'm from out of town, and when changing out my breaks at my friend's house, I saw that my tires were ready to go (no thread, wires exposed). I called numerous places and none would accept my car. I was afraid to drive it on the freeway to be honest. These guys did me a favor and changed my tires even though it was close to closing and did the alignment. They went out of their way to make sure I made it home safe. A++++

I am so pleased to have found American Tire. Excellent customer service and very fast and efficient help. One of my tires was damaged on my Mercedes and it had to be ordered. They received the tire, completed the work and all in one afternoon. I know where my family will go next time we need tires.

The results from the second opinion were enlightening. A puncture in the center of the tire was identified and promptly patched within 30 minutes, costing only $30.This stark contrast in diagnoses raises concerns about the practices at your Granada Hills location. Very poor service, I setup an appointment for Oil Change only and got a confirmation email, when I got there receptionist guy told me that one of his mechanics was in lunch and I had to wait 45 minutes to an 1 hour, I said what is the purpose of the appointment? he said only to say you will get the service. They do not respect other people's time. Poor service.

I was pleased to be able to get my oil changed without an appointment. I know they are usually very busy. The price amazed me even more. Put a smile on my face in my heart, and my wallet was extremely pleased and joyful. See you next time.

American Tire Depot is always the best. They have repaired my tires countless times over the past 8ish years free of charge and now it was finally time for a new set. They were helpful, informative, and were able to order my tires and schedule me for an appointment quickly. Even when I screwed up and gave them incorrect tire sizes they got the right ones for me same day and made it happen. My alignment has been off since I purchased my car second hand and the Chevy dealership could never quite get it right so I was reluctant when American Tire Depot said I needed an alignment... but I went for it. And now my car is driving straighter than ever. Thank you for all your help! I will always come back for any of my tire needs.

No appointments. First come, first serve. When your tire pressure is low in the morning, come and wait without appointments. Free of charge within warranty. I recommend to wait at any coffee shops due to long waiting -around 2hours-. Except long waiting, other services are great.

Good place for tires. I got mine done at around the same price as what you were to get at Costco with his supposed discount. I came here because they do free nail repair on my tires and I m not gonna forget that awesome generous service. And I like that they do that with a smile. Good place. Good prices. Great value.

This American Tire Depot in Grenada Hills is in my opinion the best TIRE SHOP in the valley and actually American Tire Depot is the best place to buy your tires and auto service for your vehicle. Their prices are competitive, the service is AWESOME, at all of the American Tire Depots in Southern California, the service is grand. If you need a FULL SET of tires, I REALLY RECOMMEND AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT. Also make sure you get the tire warranty it covers you well. I had a nail in a tire once and a screw in my tire on another occasion and each time I went into American TIRE Depot and was treated quite well, wait time was reasonable and there was no charge . Each time they had to repair the tire. AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR TIRES AND OTHER REPAIR SERVICE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY PERSON needing tires and etc.

Robert at ATD in Granada Hills was amazing. They were super sweet, professional, and informative. Being a woman I often feel like I have to have a guard up going into these environments so I won t get taken advantage of. These gentlemen were all good energy and I will be going back if ever needed.

I had a screw puncture on my Honda Fit and they were able to help me as a walk-in on a Sunday within 1.5 hours. I didn't buy my tires with them and they didn't charge me! Super appreciate them helping me out on a tough day!
