Had a great experience. Came in with a nail in my tire. Including waiting time it took about 20 minutes to patch it. Price was cheaper than I had expected and all around it was a smooth and easy experience!

I had a phenomenal experience!I found out my car had a flat tire and I parked my car and headed into the office. Ohan was the gentleman who helped and he was by far the sweetest! He investigated my car and told me how to fix it. There was a flat but also my front tire had a nail in it. He replaced them both for $230. It took 50 minutes and he even let me see the condition of my old tire which was bald. I'm happy he helped and I'll for sure come back to get my tires rotated because it's FREE!THANKS OHAN

I had a flat tire on the driver's side and needed to buy a new one for my Audi. The mechanic saw that the right one was bad too and I noticed it was stripping, he gave me a good deal on both tires and recommendations when my back ones were due. Fast service and prices was good, even better than the quote I got from tire shops in the valley. He managed to get both done in less than 15 minutes. Thank you.

If you're looking for an honest shop, you've found it. These guys will literally turn you away if you don't need work done. They have talked me out or service a few times and have told me not to waste money and to come back in 6 months to a year. They don't upsell and have competitive pricing. Talk to Vic or John and they will take care of you . Shop's like these are hard to find, you won't be disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised!!! They were easy to work with, got our car in quickly for a brand new tire, took 15 minutes after I arrived to replace it, and cost was significantly cheaper than if I had gone to Audi. I highly recommend seeing them if you need new tires.

John will always give you the best guidance and solution. Will not try to upsell you. Always has the best recommendation for your budget. Great service also. I moved far but still go to him for service and parts.

I went here for the first time recently, and I will definitely be a return customer! The customer service is amazing and they were thorough and fair. This shop is so amazing and so is the manager! Something cut the inside of my tire on the 101 and my tire pressure tanked. When manager arrived they let me wait inside the gates until they opened. They helped me get back on the road for work asap! Thank you!!!

Holy moley this place rocks. They answered the phone instantly, they had the rare Tesla tires in stock for a good price ($289 and $30 for labor) and got me back on the road in under 30min.Great tire changing experience. Would recommend to all Tesla owners. They even used the correct Tesla lifting puck.

Quick, friendly and reasonably pricedMy tire went flat the day before a long road trip. Within a minute of parking my car (without an appointment) they found the damage in the sidewall and quoted me a fair price for a new tire they had in stock. Twenty minutes later they had replaced the tire, rotated/checked the other tires and put the spare back in the hard to access compartment all for the price that I thought I was paying for the tire before labor and taxes.One of the best automotive service interactions I ve ever had

I just had a flat tire and the people here were super helpful. They found a nail and repaired the tire; I was in and out within 30 minutes and with minimal charges. Nice guys and professional; highly recommend!

THE BEST place to fix the tire. We had a nail in the tire, it took less than 10min to fix it and they also inflated all others to match. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you so much for a great work!

Switched out my tires hassle free at a better price than I was quoted from others. Worked on it immediately too. Courteous staff. Not intimidating to a woman that really doesn't know jack about her car either. Will go back when I need replacements.

American Tire Centers has been servicing the LA community for over 23 years. I came to have my TPMS checked because it s been spontaneously been On and Off whenever I drive. I was warmly greeted by John, Avo and staff; I provided them info about my vehicle s issue. I was attended in a timely manner. They inspected all tires (pressure, codes, etc.) and decided to inject air to four tires. My TPMS warning light went away. I drove off their shop with a sound mind and comfort. John provided a sound advice and recommendation for my TPMS issue if it comes back again. Thank you guys! Overall, I had a very positive experience and recommend ATC for all your vehicle tire related issues.

We have taken 2 of our cars here and the guys working are always super fast and very honest. The pricing is great too. Came today to get a repair for a nail in my tire and they were helpful and fast and kind. Highly recommend.

From phone call to driving out of the shop, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Honest prices, good work, no nonsense. It's hard to find a car shop of any kind that you can trust, but I will absolutely be back here whenever I need.

I found an nail in my left front tire when I arrived at my office. To save time, I decided to find some tire shops near my office to fix it during noon time. After making a few phone calls, American Tire Centers took me in. Based on my experience there, I want to comment on the following items listed in some Yelp comments on this shop as below:1. Efficiency: Yes, it's fast, but it's mainly because they did not do a through check-up on my four tires like some tire shops do before patching my left front tire. A gentleman called Vike simply asked me, "what do you need?" I said "I think my left front tire got a nail on it." He replied, "you think, or you know?" Well, that's why I came to you to find out, right?2. Hours: It says it opens from 8:30 am to 5 pm. But when I called them, a gentleman told me they will have a lunch break from 12 pm to 2 pm. If I want to come today, he suggests that I go there at 3 pm. Hmm, that's a long lunch break, isn't it?3. Service: Then another gentleman used a kit to patch it from the outside. It took him like 3-5 minutes to get the job done. He also checked the tire pressure of my four tires and pumped them for me. It's very different from my past experiences in two other shops--they both asked me to turn the wheel so that they could see four tires and then moved my car up to checked all tires.4. Price: Some people said they weren't charged with anything for a simple patching service. That's not the case to me. They charged me with $20, no receipt. But I was glad to pay them. So don't expect they will waive the fees every time.5. Manners: Some people said the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Well, they were not rude nor nice to me. Didn't give me an attitude nor a smile. I didn't feel welcome. Staff looked tired and a bit distanced. But at least they got the job done.Overall, I minus one star for them not to check my tires thoroughly (even the front left one) before patching my tire. I accepted it given that I have past experiences in this kind of situation and are pretty sure that only my left front tire got punctuated by a nail. If you are looking for something cheap and quick for a slight to mild damage to your tires, this might be the place to go to. However, if you think your vehicle needs more attentions, I suggest that you try some places else.I didn't get the chance to talk to the famous "John" during my visit. Things might be a little better if I was received by him? I'm not sure.

Been coming to this shop since 2003 :) John and his crew is the best, i moved far away and drive 45mnts each way to this tire place. Why? because they provide excellent customer service, good prices,not scratching wheels. I never have to worry about my tires and alighment Thank you Alex .

This place is really amazing. Drove in with a punctured tire, they noticed the other back tire was overused, they changed both in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. Did not try to oversell. Such a good experience.

The best customer service ever! Unbelievable fast and professional.I found them on maps and how lucky I m to be close by with flat tire to this guys! I m working with my car and I was on my way to another job so quick service was really needed, the owner recognised it and immediately rush to take care of me, unbelievable I said?! 5 min max the guy finished to repair the flat tire (tubeless patched) and he even filled air to match the other tires.When I asked how much I heard this, free! I asked again just to make sure and he said no charge. Unbelievable!I m your client for ever! But no more free service! :)Thank you for such a great experience.

5+ stars from me. Back in April '22 I went there to get 4 new tires for my '12 Cayenne S, and I got a good deal on Goodyear tires. They also replaced one of the tire pressure sensors' batteries for a small fee. Yesterday I went back to have my tires rotated and asked them to check for flat spots as my car had been parked for two months while I was abroad and I noticed light steering wheel vibrations around 66mph. When I picked the car up they had checked for flat spots and balanced/rotated all tires. And on top they charged me nothing. I drove the car afterwards on the freeway and NO vibrations, all is smooth! Also they didn't make a fuss when I had to cancel my appointment last minute and asked to come in the next day. Love this place, can definitely recommend it!

After having dealt with many tire shops around Hollywood/central LA area these guys are it. John is very profesional and informative. He went above and beyond with his A+ service, I refuse to go elsewhere.

Great people great service. As a local mechanic for decades at a new car dealership we often ordered tires from American Tire Center for their reasonable prices and quality tires.
