There is a reason these guys have the highest rating on Tesla app. They are professional, honest and places service above all else. Jonathan was extremely helpful in servicing my Tesla vehicle which made a horrible day turned into not so bad. Thank you All City Auto Body!

Brought my truck here to get a read bumper and quarter panel replaced (was hit in a parking garage). All City provided exceptional customer service during and even after I picked the truck up. I thought I might have an electrical problem but it was a minor regular maintenance issue. They corrected it, no fuss, no haggling about what was or was not their responsibility. All City Auto understands the power of taking care of the customer.

Highly recommend. They were always available to answer questions and I never waited too long on hold. They were communicative with what stage my car was at with repairs. They even dealt with the insurance companies on my behalf. When I got my car back it had been professionally cleaned too. I've had very negative experiences at auto shops in the past (namely Pep Boys) so I will definitely be returning here for any repairs in the future.

Avik and his team was amazing. The Tesla collision center had a 3 month wait time to just take my car in for an estimate in LAAll City took my car in, replaced the bumper and had my M3 looking brand new in half of the Tesla center s waiting time! I am glad I found this shop and I recommend to everyone

Most professional people I ve worked with. The entire process was fast and efficient. Started off with a free estimate on the day that my accident happened and they got right to work to get the process started. Worked with my insurance and was able to handle everything i needed. Brought my car in and they estimated me around 3 weeks for the car to be finished while waiting on parts but were able to finish it within two weeks while I was on vacation. Kept me updated with calls and texts throughout the process. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, the car was charged, washed and vacuumed. Never taking my vehicle anywhere else. I had an exceptional experience with All City Auto Body when they repaired my Tesla. From the start, their organization, responsiveness, and clear communication stood out. They provided a written estimate promptly, and any time I reached out, I received a quick response.What truly sets this place apart is their honesty and integrity. Meeting the owner, who worked diligently to offer a fair price, left a lasting impression. He's truly an amazing person. Throughout the process, Avik, who I primarily dealt with, was highly organized and kept me informed about the car's status every few days. Surprisingly, they even delivered the car ahead of their estimated time.All City Autobody is undoubtedly the best in the business, and I won't consider taking my car anywhere else in the future. Their service and commitment are top-notch.

Avik and team provided timely, professional, and truly exceptional service throughout the repair process. I came here to repair the front bumper on my Toyota and was so pleased. Avik and his team did a beautiful job and made it super easy and efficient compared to a few other places I checked out. It took less than a week to get the parts in and they painted them in advance for a same day turnaround. Overall it was 2 hours for the repair including a car wash. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are awesome! They specialize in Teslas and I wouldn t take mine anywhere else. I got my car back 2 weeks earlier than expected and it looked brand new. They kept me updated throughout the process and are all around awesome from the woman who answers the phone to Avik and the paint guy who touched up a chip after I brought it back.Service: Body & Trim

5 stars all the way and this is why. From start to finish they were accommodating and just simply easy to work with. There was even an unforeseen issue that came up and they handled it beautifully. They are a Tesla certified auto body shop and they did a great job all around on my Model S. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Best body shop I've gone to by far. Get my vehicles fixed here and always get it done in a timely manner while keeping me updated on the status. They even made my insurance pay for original parts while my insurance wanted to put after-market parts on my corvette.

The initial quote I received was not what they submitted to the insurance company, they raised the cost of the repair for no good reason. They had my car for two weeks to complete the repair, and on the day they were suppose to deliver the car they tell me is not ready. The repair was not the quality I expected. Sadly, I wish I had to take my car somewhere else.Worst of all, some how after the repair my left tail light was filled with water.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

went in for an estimate. both the receptionist and guy who wrote me an estimate were super nice thanksWent in again yesterday. Same guy Avik Sherian was absolutely kind. I had a rust stain on my hood. He had the worker clean it with some sort of wax and didn't charge me. I will recommend them highly. Thanks a million

This is the best auto experience I've had hands down. Avik and team were so incredibly kind, ethical and responsible. When I came to pick up my car (way ahead of the estimated pick up day), it looked brand new and they had gone above and beyond to do other things they weren't paid for. The work was very high quality, something that is rare in this busy world. I'm impressed and will come back here if I have any other auto body needs.

Henry and his team are the BEST. I will only go to them for any Tesla repairs. They were incredibly helpful, trustworthy, and efficient. If you have a Tesla, or any car, and need repairs, they re the only place to go!

I came in with a previous bad body repair. I was in search of help on my only day off out of the week and i get off at 4pm. Right before closing, I talked to the owner, John, and he helped me fixed my car for free! Of course I had to tip the guy for helping. Not that many guys like him. I would highly recommend coming here for all auto body repairs!

I got in an accident and took my car here to get a dent/large scrape fixed and bumper replacement. The people I worked with were all very helpful and went above and beyond ALL my expectations. Not only did they do a flawless job fixing the dent and paint job, they did a full detailing of the car which blew me away. I had tons of bugs caked on the front from a road trip - all gone. A candle had melted into one of the seatbelt buckles in the back and when I got my car back, to my surprise it was good as new! On top of all that, I brought in the car with almost no charge in the battery and it came back topped off. They may was well have hidden my car and given me a new one. Would definitely go back in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

In my 20 years of driving I have never had the misfortune of having to deal with such an incompetent repair shop. It took them 7 months and three attempts, and they still didn't get my car completely fixed. On top of that they didn't change any fluids or anything like that after my car was nearly totaled. Also the people who work there don't answer the phone don't have voicemail and will constantly lie to you about absolutely everything, especially how long it's going to take for your car to be repaired when really it's just sitting there and they are ignoring it.
