Took my gto 4 years ago to get the trutrac diff, 4 years later came back to get her check up and had them installed some 390 gears . They got her back running A1 I appreciate you guys

Avoid visiting this shop, Alcantars transmission terrain performance LLC, as Felipe is a fraudulent thief. I had him work on my transmission, but after four attempts, it still wasn't properly fixed. He attempted to shift blame onto me by claiming I had used the wrong oil grade, which doesn't make sense since I wouldn't change the oil after a recent transmission rebuild. Initially, I requested a rebuilt transmission, but he later admitted he only repaired some gears, then suggested a rebuilt transmission would cost more. He uses tactics to confuse and manipulate customers, and his true nature becomes evident when issues arise. The dad gets loud, rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this place especially for a transmission repair. Mind you my truck left me stranded two days after I picked it up due to a faulty/used master cylinder that he replaced. Avoid this place!!

Watch out. Do not let the 4-star opinion fool you. Go to Performance Transmision or Boston Transmission for honest repairs.

I had two jobs done at this business (Mustang rear gear change and Chevy Suburban locking differential install) and both times the price was fair and the work done in a timely manner. No problems with the installation - no gear whine etc. - would recommend this shop for all drive line work ...

Very expensive differential parts arrived new and undamaged but the exterior box was pretty beat up. This box came cross country via ground shipping. Needs better packaging! Good customer service. Best pricing on parts!

I put over 500 miles on my new differential and transmission in the first 3 days after picking up. Runs great. Took it up the Grapevine several times without any issues. Acceleration is awesome uphill. Will be back for sure. Thanks

Went on a recommendation from a friend who had his JK worked on. Lisandro was helpful in guiding me towards the right parts to build my Jeep up to the level of performance I expected. Took my Toyota 4x4 in to have a vibration checked out. in 30 minutes they diagnosed it as a bent drive shaft. They took measurements and had a new one fabricated in a couple of days. I came back they had it installed in an hour. The vibration was completely fixed. Perfect execution of diagnosis and repair at a fair price. I totally recommend this place for driveline issues, Especially 4x4's. Not all shops are off-road drive-line specialists. These guys are pros :)

they claim they rebuild the transmission but when it fail they didn't cover it under the warranty. now another company fix it and they show me this people never rebuild it. I have a lawsuit open against them. is true they do have an attitude problemService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Use to be a good place but still attitude was the problem and still the problem even they have moved to a diferent location, look like they are doing a favor to you, this second time I went back I was very surprise with the look of the shop, them to start noticed they painted the transmision over the dirt beside that my fifth gear now scratches even if I take time to shif it ,notice from the first day I installed also notice their place is not as presentable as it was before ,it is dirty disorganized, I wont go back I will not recommend it.

Went in for a differential gear ratio upgrade and right of the bat they started whining , called and said was part of the break in period but I knew gears shouldn t make a whine noise at all , did the break in period and got that it s the ring even though it was new , let them know that it could of been the backlash from improper install and denied it . They don t know what their doing , went off from reviews from this place but seems like they were fake . Go somewhere else.

This place Failed to explain that we had to adjust the gear ratio , and as we were leaving failed to let us know i needed a new transmission and that not all my gears were working while driving . This is the second time i came here and i refuse to have my car serviced here again lack of communication and rude service and charged double due to not letting us know the first time we needed to take the truck to the dealer .
