Not a pleasant experience. From the moment I mentioned to Samantha B I had a return she showed an attitude. She was making unnecessary remarks and being defensive for no reason. "Totally unprofessional" She never asked what the problem was or offering a replacement. I had a list of parts I needed but thanks to her I took my business elsewhere. Perhaps a warehouse position outside of customer service may serve this person better. I do intend to file a formal complaint with the company.

Christian was extremely helpful!! Just made my day! I accidentally broke my battery terminal bolt and couldn't find a replacement.I drove to like 5 stores and no one took time to help me and walk me through what I needed. Christian went above and beyond to ensure I had everything needed.You need more employees like Christian and less like Larissa. Larissa was a bit rude, short answered, wouldn't help me find items. You need to invest in employees like Christian and less in employees like Larissa. Larissa's customer service would never have me spend a dime in this store. Employees like Christian make me comfortable to come back and invest money to ensure my car runs properly.Choose your employees wisely.

Cristhian was very patient while dealing with us. We went in with a dozen questions and he answered each one with patience and respect. We were there for about an hour. Thank you to Crristian for the help. He should get a raise.

Staff was congregating in the back while one man worked the register with a line. I asked if one of the four workers who were joking around could help me and they said, He can help you , we can t right now. When they decided they could help me, the man who did treated me like I was annoying him by needing assistance. He changed out my remote battery and handed me half my key and change . He could have asked what kind of battery I needed or told me the price upfront . Instead he helped me at a slow pace and never spoke to me until it was time to pay . Rude , will never return

Yes good evening I was there had Advance Auto Parts is gentleman by the name of Marvin he was very helpful with me very nice fellow I ordered some parts and he was on the phone by 8:00 this morning calling me that my parts were already there I was surprised and thankful there's another gentleman I believe in him Edgar very helpful the other day I want to look for special socket that I needed and he took the time to look for it till he found it and got it for me that helped me out I'm so thankful to the gentlemen I think I'm so much I appreciate their help they're great employees thank you so much have a good evening

Just stopped by this location to pick up a light bulb for my car. Frank was very helpful and even replaced the old bulb with the new one!! Good customer service!

There is a black guy in the store that was very impolite and disrespectful when I arrived to the store, he crossed his hand in front of my face almost touching me. Very poor attitude. It's one of the associates that supposed to help politely at the customers. Nasty bad attitude from such person. Never come back to Advance Auto parts to buy anything. If these kind of person doest like latinos like me, is better for them not work in this business.

Very nice and helpful crew, I wish they had more variety of performance parts but it seems it s just that customers in the area are just not into that kind of thing. Their inventory is sufficient though. It s a plus that the store is located in a place with a big parking lot. I also like the convenience of the location. Will definitely make this place my go to for car parts

Today the got into a spot and the service technicians at Advance Auto took their time out to help me out of a jam!!!! This isn't the first time either and mind you they're NOT obligated to help me outside of their daily operations!!!! But these's individuals care about their costumers and potential costumes enough to go outta they're way!!! And man I do really appreciate that helping hand!!! Good People means Good Business both new and return customers!!! THANKS!!!!

Ricardo was so incredibly helpful. I called desperate, in need of a battery and installation. It was close to close, and they were understaffed, but they agreed to make time for me. Everything went super smoothly. Thank you, Ricardo!!

Very helpful on knowledge regarding my Q 50 with air filter and AC pro for my air-conditioning very nice understanding people when you call to get help not like AutoZone.
