Just fix my car couple of months ago after getting hit on parking lot it was on the exact corner which is totally hard to fix! Alice was so nice and helpful she went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed properly.However it took a bit longer than expected but the quality of the job was outstanding.I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and care they put into the repairs.Highly recommend!

My collision was very minor put needed my car to be done exactly how I bought it. And that s what I got back with Ace Tech Collision, I was working with Alice she always kept me inform and answered all my questions, after that I was in contact with Patrick directly (great person,very understanding and great attitude) we had some concerns on the paint and Arturo the painter was kind enough to come to my house and see our concerns, great My collision was very minor put needed my car to be done exactly how I bought it. And that s what I got back with Ace Tech Collision, I was working with Alice she always kept me inform and answered all my questions, after that I was in contact with Patrick directly (great person,very understanding and great attitude) we had some concerns on the paint and Arturo the painter was kind enough to come to my house and see our concerns, great person as well great to work with made sure all our concerns where pass down to Patrick. Once we picked up our car they had polished it and was nice and shiny. I was STUNNED with how it looked my car looks better than when I picked it up from the dealer. Prior to taking it to Ace Tech I had called about 20 shops and decided to go with them by reading their reviews. I couldn t be happier :)

My Tesla model my was in a hit-and-run incident last month and the AceTech team took care of everything from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to work with, accommodating, and efficient. My incident was a very special, particular type of case, but the team did an amazing job of handling everything for me. Huge shout out to Alice for making this process as smooth as it possibly could have been. Will definitely return if my car needs any other work.

Tesla factory s quote was bit cheaper but went with Ace Tech because tesla asked for 2 weeks while Ace Tech only required 1 week.Hard to see but found couple of small imperfection on paint job while placing carpool decal.Everyone at Ace Tech were very friendly and helpful.

Sheer perfection from start to finish. This type of experience doesn t happen often these days. When I say I had a better experience at Ace Tech Collision Center than I have at Tesla, it would be an understatement!!! Work was above average. Price was WAY cheaper than what I thought it would be. My technician Alice was straight forward, honest, and highly capable!!! Thanks, guys!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Super friendly and professional. When I got the estimate they got a repair guy to come out and confirm the work was do-able. Not a giant repair mill, much more personalized. When calling the shop, whoever answered was responsive and helpful. Very different from another Tesla repair shop I had used previously. I would recommend.

The best Tesla repair shop in Los Angeles and I have been to severalTheir attention to detail is beyond and they are so fast and efficient plus reasonablw.Patrick there is so wonderful and helpful he went above and beyond to make everything perfect . I will never take my Tesla anywhere else

Acetech is the best!! Took my Model Y to them and when I got it back it looked brand new again. Alice took care of me and Patrick is also awesome. Great company, awesome crew

I brought my car in for repair after an accident as it was recommended to me by my insurance.On the day of the pickup, I pointed out to the person helping me that the color of the new parts did not match the color of my car. The person then beat around the bush and did not address my concern.I m disappointed and do not understand how they have such high reviews

Patrick did a great job of explaining how they would repair my car and the follow-up steps that would follow. My Tesla is good as new and Patrick made the process easy and did it in a timely fashion.

While it's unfortunate that I've had some bad luck with cars recently requiring me to get multiple repairs, I'm happy that I've been able to bring my car to them each time. Fantastic service and great work.

I cannot recommend Ace Tech highly enough. I turned to them following an unexpected car accident that damaged the side of my Tesla. Throughout the entire experience, their responsiveness and efficiency in handling my car repair were truly impressive. The entire process, from start to finish, took only a month, and my car now looks brand new. I'm truly amazed by the care and generosity exhibited by this shop. While I didn't end up getting the repairs done there, Patrick went out of his way to offer his support and space, helping me navigate through challenging personal matters. During my recent visit, Alex also provided valuable advice regarding my Tesla. For any Tesla owner in search of a trustworthy shop, this is undoubtedly the go-to place. Despite being a complete stranger, I was treated like family throughout my experience.

One of the best customer service experiences I had in years. Those people know how to satisfy their customers. Patrick was super awesome. I booked a last minute appointment to repair multiple scratched and a dent in my Tesla. He accommodated me right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate immediately . I left it Monday late afternoon and the estimated finish time was Friday . On Wednesday they were done with the paint and I picked it up on Thursday . I was late showing up on Thursday and Gloria waited for me 15 min after their closing time to make sure I pick up my vehicle and she had all the paperwork ready for my signature. She probably went home at least 45 min after her regular working hours. The job itself was perfect. The car is as good as new and they are Tesla certified. Also I had seen Paulee body shop before them and they told me it s not repairable and they needed to change the whole door and paint all the side of the car. The estimate was double what ace gave me and it s impossible to even notice that it had body shop work done . Paulee told me that e job would take 4-6 weeks . Ace Tech finished it in less than 72 hours. Very pleasant staff and cooperative . I highly recommend ACE and many thanks to Patrick and Gloria. They are the best of the best.

Highly recommend Ace Tech very friendly, communicative staff. Their customer service was excellent. Followed through with everything they said they would do. They made the whole insurance claim process simple. Repairs to my Tesla were done within two weeks. My car looks brand new again. This is THE BEST collision center I ve ever been to. I ve taken my Tesla there twice and not only are they extremely knowledgeable and professional, most importantly, they are excellent human beings. The attention to their customers is unmatched in my opinion. I hope I don t need their services again, but if I do, there is no one else I would trust my car with. Recommend 100/10!!!

Best customer service ever!!! Drop my Tesla off to be repaired due to a minor accident. They let me know it would take about 10-14 days. It was ready before the 14 days. When I picked up my Tesla, I was able to leave the rental car from enterprise there. It was a smooth process from start to finish. My Honda Clarity 2018 was rear ended. I brought my car here, the staff was very friendly, it took them a week to get my bumper fixed. It is a Mecury insurance approved facility. Due to a miscommunication error, they accidentally put my expired EV decal back to the fresh paint which delayed the repair for a few more days. I specifically told them not to put my expired DECALS back onto the fresh paint on the bumper. Other than that, when I got my car, there were microscopic imperfections which most people wouldn't care, but the team was nice and took care of them in 20 minutes. The fixed bumper looks great. Alice was great, patient, friendly and helpful, and so were the paint team. Highly recommended.

I brought my Tesla Y here after an auto accident. The insurance company wanted me to take it to one of their network shops but I wanted to go to shop with an experienced certified license with teslas. Patrick and the staffs did a great job with my insurance company and repairing my car. Now, my tesla looks good as new!!! Thanks Ace tach!!!

I been rear ended 2x this year and that's one too many times. Lucky for me, my insurance recommended Ace Tech Collision. I came in contact with Gabriel and he handled the rest. Ace Tech did a great job fixing my car, so if you need body work done, give them a call. You'll be happy with their work.
