It can't be any more obvious. This place is full of rats.. my truck was stolen, and I demanded to see it beforehand before I paid more than $300 dollars in fees.. I was denied, the Latino guy said i had to pay first or release it to him.. apparently, every single paper, part, or even crumbs were missing from my truck. Apparently, the catalytic converter was stolen ..He insisted on signing it over and getting it over with.. there's a connection somewhere, I hope the police is not taking there cut

I called beforehand to know what time I could come in. They told me I could come in as early as 8 am. I did and they didn't show up until an hour later. They kept me knocking at the door so I went to the backyard and the guy, I think his name is Danny, gave me attitude and told me to wait in front. Waited another 10 minutes before he let me in. I get it, you're behind schedule because you're late to your own job but other people want to get to THEIR OWN work ON TIME. Very unprofessional, kept talking on his phone the whole time and even told me I couldn't take pictures. Could have called the cops right then and there but wasn't worth it. I already had the pictures of my car. Hope to never deal with this place again and hope you don't either.

In advance, because of our overall experience with A-Car Auto towing and my valued services from AAA, I will certainly recommend A-Car Auto. Understandably, I can appreciate how others may have had particular issues with some services. To be blunt, the tow service I received the driver, Erick, was very professional, polite, timely and protection from spreading COVID-19 (as you can see from the picture).

This is a necessary review and i pray i never end at this spot..so my car was towed to this location by East LA Sherrifs department, first the person was rude,and was doing his best NOT to help,he closed 5 minutes before closing time and didn't release my car because i quote "i dont want to pay extra for babysitting "..even though i had driven almost 2 hours to get the release paper,next day he takes his sweet time opening and finally after an hour he pushed the car out on the middle of the street and tells me not to put gas because the car didn't have the bolt on the bottom of the gas tank..how the hell did he know? Then tells me bot to take the car because it wasn't worth it..crazy,i dont know how the system works but comes on..the police department need to do a better job hiring this business

I was struck & had my car towed to this location by the police after AAA took hours to arrive. Early next day I go & the latin man that was running the office seemed to enjoy inconveniencing my family. Additional & surprise costs were added & the covid policies were beyond STUPID. They didn't mind having us in & out to take our money, but he kicked my elderly granny & auntie out in the rain even though they were masked while he waited inside. After paying more than $200 in surprise costs for an accident that wasn t my fault, the blatant disrespect, the horrible customer service from the latin dude that seemed to be finding humor in our stress, and the eagerness to up charge I will never recommend this place and i pray to never go back.

They would not let me pick up my car because it was 5 minutes after 4:00 so they charged an extra day, but when I came to pick up my car the next day at 8:00am when they a scheduled to open no one was there to give me my car until 8:50. For being so strict on timing to not return your car to you and charging more, they sure dont care about opening on time. All these tow companies are scammers

I had my truck stolen and the guy didn't want to let me see it. He demanded that I give him the tittle of my truck before hand then he would let me get to see my truck. The dude is very sketchy. Like why can't I see my truck what is there to hide.

Worst place to get your vehicle towed. Our truck was stolen in orange county and recovered in LA.The police report stated no damage except the battery missing and the front license plate.However, when we arrived to the tow yard our truck was stripped and the guy was pushing us to leave it and sign the title for a total loss.We ended up towing it to orange county the guy was very rude and desperate for us to sign the title which I thought was weird, I'm sure he damaged it hoping we left it but now he's gonna have to face some legal charges.DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!

My son was arrested. Just the tow truck and poice.He goes to pick up car. Only his Car key is there, The Car was robbed and they took his house keys have his address. SO it was HIM or The POLICE

The service was terrible. My car was towed here by accident by the ELA Sheriff's Station and it ended up costing me $190 to get my car back out. The worst part of it all is that my car was literally just there for 12 hours. Stay away from this place total rip off and very unprofessional.

Hours are extremely inconvenient and you are forced to pay $58/day for storage on weekends even though you cannot pick up your vehicle.

Wouldn t let us release our car to insurance after a crash until we went through hell and called their main office. Avoid.

Horrible place says they are open and they won t let you take a car out the impound lady had terrible customer service over the phone and so slow and rude
