I have been using A & B Auto Repair Center for over 27 years. They were located in Inglewood, CA on La Brea. They have always done great work on my cars and still continue to do so. It has been passed down to the sons and Mr. Drummond is still holding it down for the family. Worse experience ever. They have had my moms car since 3/4/24 Toyota Rav 4, Today is April 19th, No one has called back my mom, I have called myself and yet to receive a call. They 1st told my mom it would be about 2 weeks. Then once they put it all back together, that if the sensors came on, they would have to oder those parts. Then they said the back tire wouldnt be covered however that was damage during the accident and its part of their discovery. They don't call back, the repair was suppose to be a little over 1k, its even documented their about the back rim / tire that was hit during the accident. This is just ridiculous. They don't call back, the car still isn't even fixed. It's been way over 1 month. RUN AWAY don't take your car here to be fixed at all. Sadly this is the closest one for my mom so not many options. I have taken my other accidents to Bellwood auto repair in Bell they do a much better job and way faster.

I selected this place based on the reviews alone and hoped for the best. However, I was blown away by their service. My car was worked on within the time frame they told me, which I was impressed. I'd like to thank A & B Auto Body Repair Center for the Excellent Repair Work on my Light Blue 2004 S-Type Jaquar, Left Front Door and Left Bumper Repair and Paint Finish. I would gladly recommend anyone to your wonderful Establishment for reasonable Estimates and Quality Professional Work.

I don t even know where to start, I couldn t recommend this auto shop enough. I had a car accident and my front bumper of my lexus was basically ruined. I looked around for so many shops some were just too pricey , some didn t show me enough attention of the urgency for my car, some even said it would take months to fix it. But A&B just had everything I was looking for, the customer service was outstanding they were all so caring and comprehensive with the situation I was in, and their communication was very good with me, the manager Mr Drummond was so nice and so professional and Daniela as well so nice as well the best customer service. The price was pretty good and Mr Drummond assure me I would get my car back in 3 days and he kept his word I had my car not a day late. Once I saw my car omg! It looked brand new , better than new ! My paint is a pearl white and that was one of the things I was worried but they left it like new , my car is beautiful again ! Everything is perfect about it! I 100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I really hope I don t need their services any time soon but I m so happy I found a place I know I can count on when car issues come through. They are good, but left one scratch that I have to go back to get it done. I went back to get that scratch done, and fix the front passenger door because it was need to slam it to close, but they haven't done the scratch plus the Suzanne the lady was working on my car start making her own senarios and saying that scratch wasn't there and your insurance refuse to do it and a lot of lies like that

THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN POSSIBLY RECEIVE THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR OVER 5 WEEKS I CALL ALMOST EVERYDAY JUST FOR THEM TO NOT ANSWER OR TELL ME THERES NO MECHANIC OR ESTIMATOR AVAILABLE ON THE PREMISES FROM 8AM-6PM THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WILL NOT HELP OR TRY TO GET YOU ANY ANSWERS IF THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK THEY WONT IF THEY SAY THEY LL LEAVE A NOTE FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT YOU THEY WONT I EVEN CALLED MY INSURANCE TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE SHOP NEVER CONTACTED THEM UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER AND WHEN I FINALLY WENT TO GO GET IT TO TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET FIXED THEY MAGICALLY HAD ALREADY TAKEN MY CAR APART WITHOUT CALLING ME OR MY ADJUSTER IT IS NOW THE FIFTH WEEK AND MY CAR IS STILL NOT DONE AND I ONLY KNOW THAT BECAUSE IVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR 5 DAYS STRAIGHT

They took a long then we wanted but the car looked brand new. They really take their time to make the car perfect.The whole back bumper was crashed but the pics show the complete work and I was shocked but the great work they didn't

Start off nice then turn into liars. Kept my car for way too long & if I wouldn t of been on them it most likely would have been longer. Very unpleasant experience.

Had my car worked on though my insurance everything went smooth car came out clean couldn t even tell my car was hit and they took my car in even tho they was booked

This shop kept my car for over a month and two weeks for a bumper hanging and repair damage to headlights on same side I picked my car up on 10/13/23 and it seem that my light was repaired but it s not I can t drive my car at night and I m disappointed to the upmost and not sure how my insurance will stand behind me because I picked my car up when the shop was about to close and that was on the shop I made it to the shop two hours before they close and I had to wait because they were not finished with my car. And this is the shop that my insurance sent me to. I would suggest not using the shop that your insurance company suggests not a good idea I give them 1 star plus my car was dusty inside my car

LOVE this body shop!! My car was an absolute mess when I took it in for repairs. They had my car ready within the week. A year later, my car had an alternator issue related to the crash area and Devin did NOT hesitate to get in touch with my insurance to get this repaired. I will definitely be recommending them

Horrible place and very irresponsible with time of pick ups! How many times will I call and them tell me that my car is ready when it s in fact not ready. I took my car in May and it s august already. I ve called several times asking if it s ready, or what s the hold up Last time I called the person told me The manager isn t there and they don t know what s happening with my car if it s ready or not. If you work there, wouldn t you know if my car was ready??? Or if it said on your system???? Why can t I get a straight answer out of you guys to when my car will be completely ready?..

Honestly don't spend your time on this place. They said my car would be ready in 6days and it wasn't until a month later. Didn't even give a call for updates I had to call them. They dont even have their info correct on their system ..really unprofessional.

Very satisfied with the service! I took my car to A & B Auto after a tree fell on it during a storm. My car was fixed, and looks like the damage was never their. A&B Auto Repair did such a wonderful job on my car. I was so devastated because my car was vandalized. But when I picked up my car I couldn't believe that was my car. I had to look a my license plate. I was so proud of A&B Auto Repair. My car looked like a brand new car that just came off the showroom floor when you first buy a new car. It even smelled like a new car. Before AAA Insurance towed my car to A&B Auto Repair, I wanted to go and buy a new car. But when A&B Auto Repair finished repairing my car, it looked like a brand new car. . The staff was very polite,professional and kept me updated on my car! Process was very quick. They gave me updates throughout the whole process. Car looks spanking new. Staff were very helpful and professional. Office space with in the same area as the waiting area. They even provide a cool wallet thing for all your paperwork.

Hi my Honda crv was involved in a three car accident where I was hit in the back and I took it to A&B and they put it back together I really appreciate doing business with them it took longer due to a part that was holding the process up but they figured it out eventually. Thanks to Mr Drummond and his teamfor getting me back on the road again in my own ride. The only thing you will have to call them for updates and ETA but other than that yes u can't go wrong with work for your vehicle.Services: Painting, Battery

Worst service ever, Zero Stars!They don't have communication between them. I had My car towed there on Monday because AAA(Myinsurance) approved fixing it. They called AAA and were told car will not be covered. They told me I'll have to pick up the car same day, spoked to the owner and allowed me to go get it next day.Next day I told them AAA had cleared issues and car was approved to be fix. Either way I went next day to pick up car because i was forced to get it out, No estimate was done and owner told me to take it home and with pictures previously taken by then They would be able to have an estimate by 3pm and I asked what about the inside damaged, He answered the only damaged visible was not a lot, I told him it was perfect and by 4pm I'll be calling him to get the estimate.Personally I don't like pushing people so I waited for today Thursday and called with AAA Approval to fix the car. They told me they will be doing the estimate first and then They will be calling me once parts were check, because is a New Car but estimate supposed to be done before.Now owner is telling me that He never told me to take the car home but they did drove it out to the parking lot.Waste of time without mentioning the attitude They give you if you were asking them a Favor, No I actually giving you work.

A&B Auto always does a wonderful job for my family with every encounter. I have done business with A&B since the early 1990 s on any Auto body repair and paint services. They provide quality workmanship, detail, professionalism, and work with the insurance company direct to insure speedy turn around and value job. I took my vehicle to A&B Auto Repair after being referred by a friend. I am extremely happy with the work performed on my vehicle and the service provided from beginning to end!I worked with a gentleman named Drummond who was very informative and explained the process. When I dropped off my vehicle I was prepared to contact a rideshare service to take me to pick up the rental. To my surprise, a ride from the rental company had already been arranged to pick me up. This made the transition to get into a rental so much easier.Additionally, my vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner and my vehicle looks GREAT!Thanks to Drummond and his staff for making a huge difference in what was initially a stressful process in dealing with the insurance company.I recommend this body shop if you want to have honest, professional, and a worry free experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
