I recently took my 2014 ford mustang here. My evap canister broke so I contacted them to get an estimate and timeframe. Their quote was the lowest for OEM part with labor. I agreed and within 2 days they sourced the part and scheduled an appointment the next day (I needed it done quick and asked them to accommodate me). THEY DELIVERED! I was able to get the part replaced the SAME DAY! Within 2 hours of dropping my car it was ready and their mechanic even told me it would be sooner had the clips not bent. I was just glad it was done. The office staff (Moz) was friendly, patient and answered all of our questions! The mechanic and staff were highly professional and courteous. I was so pleased with the service, price and overall performance of everybody here that I decided to get all my work done here even though it is a bit far from me. For me the best part is how quick and accommodating these guys are, they really understood my situation and expedited my repairs! Absolutely AMAZING! Side note: after and during the repairs I asked a lot of questions and they answered me with courtesy and professionally!

Recommend. My first visit was for B service on a 2012 Mercedes. I appreciate the owner explains the work done and recommends will be needed. He doesn't pressure sell and suggests when (mileage or time) to think about bringing the car back for the next recommended service. I feel comfortable when he says certain parts will need major service eventually but given the $$ cost, he assures me there is no rush and waiting won't damage the car. I have returned twice for recommended service since my first visit because I think the owner is honest and cares about customer satisfaction. I am pleased to get quality service for reasonable cost and have not felt I was being taken advantage of. I ask a lot of questions and I think I get honest answers and a fair quote.

My car service light kept going on and off over a couple of days and after the car started having performance issues, I called the shop and they helped fit us in immediately and took good care of us and the car. Moz was patient and trustworthy with the service advice provided. I will continue having my Mercedes serviced at the shop moving forward.

I've come to this place twice now (once for a battery replacement, once for cylinder 3 misfiring), and I've been met with such amazing customer service by Moz & the mechanic, that I've recommended A&M Motors to everyone I know who's looking for a mechanic! They're super friendly - they spend their time explaining the car's issues to me & answering my questions. If you go when Moz is there, he'll go out of his way to make sure you're getting the best price and your car is taken car of.They also give a REALLY good estimate of how long it'll take to fix your car - they're honest. If they can't start on your car right away, they'll tell you they're too busy, but I've been able to get my car back within 2 days even when they were swamped. I fully recommend this place!

Happy to review A&M Motors as I've now been a few times for different needs and no longer dread my maintenance light coming on!! Yay. Their shop management is excellent. You're greeted personally by someone who works there (most times it's manager Moz) and there's plenty to do in the area while you wait. I feel welcome to ask questions, and get explanations or clarification when I need it. I own a 2018 GLC 300 and have now done maintenance and exchanged a battery at this shop. This is the spot!! I recommend it to anyone who asks. You'll feel taken care of when you leave the lot and no longer robbed by MB maintenance prices. Will be returning for any needs. 10/10

I've been trying to escape the ridiculous prices of the dealership and found this shop here on Google. I took my C250 for a diagnosis of a check engine light a few weeks ago. They took care of the car without hesitation and provided the diagnosis. They even charged just half of the diagnosis since there could be future testing needed. Moz and Francisco were very honest which is what I look for in a mechanic shop. We know how hard that is to find especially for imports. I'm happy I found this place because I will be taking my car here for any future repair and maintenance. Thank you! =)

I recently had an engine tune-up done at this auto repair shop, and I couldn't be happier. My car was running rough and was experiencing poor fuel efficiency. The technicians here diagnosed the issues quickly and efficiently. They tuned up my engine, replaced the necessary components, and now my car runs smoother than ever. Very impressed with A&M Motors. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I took my 2001 Mercedes E320 here for a repair and they went above and beyond. Quick turnaround and very fair prices. Would recommend to anyone that needs a repair done.

While I m sad that Mr. Patel isn t there every time I come in, he s passed the shop off to excellent hands. I was iffy on if I was going to keep coming here after Mr. Patel s retirement but I couldn t be happier with the new management of the shop. Same great service (Francisco ), reasonable prices that are explained and most of all just straight up honesty about the problem with your car if there is one. I never ever feel like they are just making things up for me to get fixed on my car and I trust their advice. Thanks Moz!

Came in for an oil change for my BMW and Moz was extremely helpful and kind. He let me know they d take care of it and also provide a thorough inspection. Tech Elvin was very kind and showed me some concerns they had. Will return for the recommended service. Quick and easy.

Great service, awesome knowledgeable people. Moz and Elvin are the most trustworthy technicians I have ever met. Their estimates are fairly priced and they'll take the time to explain what and why things need to be done. Their quoted time to completion was already fast, but they finished earlier than expected and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Do yourself a favor and come to A&M Motors if you're in the need of a servicing/repair. Update: They could not find the problem after three times.My car had an oil leak and other mechanics charged exorbitant prices for repairs. Seeing their good reviews on the internet, I contacted A&M. They said that if I could bring my vehicle within a few hours, they could make a free diagnosis immediately. They explained me the problem in detail and made a list of problems based on the urgency.

If you need your car taken care of in a fair and honest way then you have to go to A&M motors. Moz and his team helped me get my car fixed up without charging me a crazy markup. They are efficient, straightforward and kind and I can t recommend them enough!

Took my 82 Mercedes 380SL in to replace steering and transmission bushings and install a Momo steering wheel.Moz and his crew are amazing, did the work perfectly, for the price quoted, and was done on time as promised. They use high quality original parts and prefer not to cut corners. If you're looking for a job done right at a fair price this is the place. If you are looking for an alternative to the MBZ dealership, for your car service needs, then come to A&M Motors. The service here is spectacular. I have brought my C300 in for Service A and B, got my battery replaced, and fixed my axles with A&M Motors. The customer service is top notch. Moz takes his time to explain everything to you and gives you a good estimate. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and the prices can't be beat! If my car needs service for whatever reason, A&M Motors is my go to place!

I had a great experience! Had a problem with my glove box getting to the DMV, and needed my documents. They were so helpful and saved my day. I was looking a trustworthy place for my maintenance and I found it. I will be back!

I came here for the first time and was given A+ service. Moz was incredibly helpful, patient, and transparent. He consistently gave me updates and counsel and how to proceed with repairs. I got my car back driving better than it ever has. I will be returning to A&M for regular maintenance on my car and any repairs needed.

I called him to get an oil change for my Honda. Moz answer the phone and asked me when my next available day was. I was in a bit of a rush that day, and I needed it done immediately. He was able to accommodate my needs and take care of everything that I requested along with removing a couple nasty scratches. I had on my bumper for free.I would definitely recommend this business. The people here are very honest and trustworthy.Thank you Moz!

Moz and his team are great. Communicative, helpful, straightforward, and I never felt talked down to. It's clear that they care about their craft and want to do the best for their customers. My older Honda Civic started making a scary noise on the freeway and I pulled off to take it to the nearest mechanic. The noise had stopped and that mechanic couldn't recreate it, and told me everything was fine even after looking under the hood. I was uneasy and wanted a second opinion, so sent out a Yelp inquiry that Moz replied to. We talked on the phone and he fit me in for a no-cost consult the same day. He and Francisco did the detective work and figured out the issue, and then took the time to explain and talk through it with me. The sound is a warning sign for a potentially bigger problem that I now absolutely trust them to fix, and appreciate their help and thoughtful cautions about things I should do in the meantime to avoid exacerbating the issue. Will be taking this car back to them shortly for a repair! I live in Santa Monica but totally willing to go outside of my immediate neighborhood to work with such a great team. This place is an incredible. I came in to get a small check and the mechanic shop next door noticed that I had a scratch on my front bumper. They fixed it free of charge and top off my washer fluid with soap.they.Also check my engine filter and saw that it was so dirty. They gave me such a great deal and did you charge me labor for it. Moz and his team are the best.

I've been coming to this shop for over 10 years and never have they ever failed me. The most honest, reliable, and affordable shop I've been to. Mechanics will tell you if you really don't need the service or if you have a few month left before starting repairs. They work with with new warranty and get the repairs approve and my warranty is a pain in the butt to work with. Moz was fantastic. We had some problems with our car that another dealership quoted us more than 3,000 and he was able to get us brand new parts for close to 2,000. Even showed us under the car where the previous mechanic ignored an obvious crack. Told us the previous person charged unnecessary add ons and actually showed us what the real issue was. He s an honest mechanic and he will forever be our go to guy from now on. Thank you Moz!
