Alex was amazing (shout out to Jerry, too)! I'm sure not all shops love taking on (or will) a motorcycle project such as mine, but Alex did and did an amazing job. We made sure we had the exact color I wanted and did racing stripes on my tank, fairing and seat I made from scratch (and also the front fender), and the bike looks show room ready. Alex and the team were relentless on the fine body work as well as if he took a real personal interest in my project as you would do for your friend. He even made the stripes smooth, not raised, which I said I didn't care about, but he went ahead and did that detail (that my bike friend was impressed by) anyway. After I paid (which stayed within original budget and was a great price), was loaded up and on my way, I sort of bumped into Jerry who wasn't really involved in my project, we had a quick laugh about something, I told him I loved the result, and he gave me a quick look and a smile and said, "yeah, he really went above and beyond on this one." The service and work were top notch.Good communication.Great work.Very reasonable.He did exactly what he said he would.Make sure to say hi to the dog Paki and the pigeons they keep there.Alex is the best.

someone shattered my taillight and sped off days before I move 300+ miles away... I called about 7 places that all told me they couldn't order the taillight in time. One told me that I had to put down a deposit before he could even give me an estimated time-frame of when it could be fixed I finally called A&J, and Alex was way nicer than anyone I had talked to. He ordered the part immediately, called me back in a few hours, and fixed it on the spot. It took about 20 minutes and was pretty cheap. They made me feel welcome and comfortable and were very helpful to someone who doesn't know much about cars.I'm sad that I'm leaving LA, or I would definitely be coming back to A&J! Thank you so much Alex and team for your quick help <3 You saved me!

I have a 2015 Avalon I really care about. The hood had these bird poop stains that a simple polish or paint correction just couldn t take out after trying everything. So I looked for a body shop and trusted these guys with my car. It came out great! They sanded down, repaired and paint my hood and front bumper and couldn t be happier.Alex and Jerry are good guys and give you a good price. I m going to get my rear bumper and top of trunk done with them too!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Recommended to me by longtime mechanic K-T Auto up the street, A & J Body is top-notch, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and both guys are filled with a WEALTH INVALUABLE car KNOWLEDGE. They make fixing a car look easy! My car was injured in an accident, and Alex took me through the agonizing process of getting the estimate to finalizing all the repairs...and he did it with ease and EFFICIENCY. Alex and his business partner were always friendly and pro and both went out of their way to take care of my vehicle. Especially concerning this situation of dealing with car dents and damages-- I'm a fish out of water--I couldn't have gone to a BETTER PLACE!!! These guys are outstanding. They know what they are doing and they care about their customers. The work is top notch and they do everything possible to get it done quickly and priced right. Plus, Alex is a great mechanic and knows A LOT about cars other than just body work. Give them a chance and you won't regret your decision. They've become my "go to" shop every time I need anything done.

If I could give more stars that everyone could see, I most definitely would. Alex and Jerry are amazing!!! My car was with them for a month and when I got it back, it looked brand new again. I can't thank Alex enough for his kindness and professional service. He made sure I stayed in the loop on every aspect of the servicing. He even went to bat for me with the insurance adjuster and claims rep. I am going to make sure that all of my friends and family know where to take their cars when they need work...A & J Auto Body...I really couldn't have asked for better service. THANK YOU!!!

Found A& J on Yelp and they did not disappoint! Excellent service all around. Alex and Jerry were good-humoured, helpful, friendly - so refreshing!. They clearly take pride in their work and really went beyond all expectations. I went in with a smashed bumper and came out with a new car! Great job, guys! Will definitely go back.

TLDR: big fan of this place, super helpful guys! Got me in and out in 5 minutes. Plus they got dry humor which is a bonus.Just ran in here super quick today as I m a car owner who likes to put things off until the last minute of this decade.Remember those crazy rainstorms we had about a month ago? Yeah, I had my top off my Jeep Wrangler and it was crazy soaked. I am still quite the newbie at figuring out how to take care of my lil machine, so I called Jim Matson Auto Repair to see if they could help. They very kindly referred me to A&J Auto Body Repair and I gave these guys a call.Brought my car in ten minutes later and Alex and another man (whose name I did not get, I am sad about this) helped me immediately. They showed me how to fix things myself in the future and gave me helpful advice for drying my car out in the future (take the plugs off, take all stuff out to dry, I m sure simple stuff for anyone else, alas, I am a simpleton).They would not let me pay for their time and simply wished me a happy new year. I didn t have any cash so until I can go back, I figured I would write this review with my extreme gratitude for these guys and their friendly help!THANK YOU A&J! Y all are the best. And a happy new year to you too.

They got work. The yard was full of cars. The owner helped me diagnose a steering control arm issue I was having. He told me where to go. They do not fix body frame work. At least not for my 04' Mazda Miata. Very helpful.

Definitely recommend checking out these guys! Came here because my bumper was coming loose, and they took care of it for me for the low and with my best interest in mind. No pressure. No up-charging. Just sound advice and great service. Will be coming here again!

Got my rear difusser painted. Many places said they couldn't do it because of texture. Not only did they do it, but an excellent job at a andfair price with a friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this shop
