This place is amazing. Joseph the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. He assured me that my vehicle was in good hands and he and his team delivered. I was introduced to this shop by Karen whom takes great care of all my cars. Karen keeps me up to date with every stage of the process and always has the answers. She is nothing short of amazing. Jas is super attentive and helpful. Jas pays attention to detail and explained every step in the repair process when I came to pick up my car. I will be referring everyone I know to 3 million collision craft !!!

Be wary of this place. I had the exact same negative experience as many others, I was in an accident and a tow truck swooped in like a vulture. He told me he would bring it to this shop, and I doing a very brief look and seeing this shop had 4 stars on yelp, I thought I was in good hands. He was very friendly but reflecting back on it he did take advantage of me in a time of need.Later after reading the negative reviews and realizing the same thing happened to me, I was reluctant about leaving my car at this shop for long. I arranged for a different tow to take it to a more reputable auto shop and the charges for a tow (1-2 miles) and 1 night of storage? $280 for the tow and $150 for the storage.These prices are not competitive, I was quoted $90 and $120 for towing the same distance. After settling the bill over the phone so that the car could be released, when my tow truck arrived they had moved the car from the shop to a lot. They did not tell me this when I was settling the bill over the phone which felt very deliberate.Doing some research, tow trucks are not allowed to solicit - though you are allowed to wave them down. They should ask you where you want the car towed - and I would avoid this place.

Same scam happened to me.A tow truck showed up unsolicited after my accident and nudged me to tow my truck here. I wasn't in the right headspace after the accident so I went along with it even knowing at the beginning that it was potentially a scam. The tow truck driver said the tow was free.After reading reviews of this scam, I came to collect my car the next day and they tried to charge me for 2 nights of storage and a towing fee - upwards of $160. I told them that the towing the told me would be free and they never mentioned storage fees. It was also only stored there less than 24 hours. They didn't care.DO NOT USE.

These guys are straight up vultures. They work with the tow company to bring you to their shop. They will tell you thing you want to hear and try to get you when you vulnerable. Just avoid them.

My car was hit and when I got to 3 million body they assured me everytging will be taken care of from my car to the rental car. It was and my car was repair quickly and professional and the even had it detailed. Very happy with Joseph and his staff. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They get you by picking you up from the accident and taking you to their shop. You trust them initially because they say all the right things. These people are despicable and don't deserve $1 from your insurance company or from your own pocket to fix your car.They had my car for over a month.How did they leave my 2015 car?1) Since they didn't know what they were doing, the new airbags went off again while they were reinstalling the sensor.2) Supposedly put in a new head liner. The "new" headliner was dirty when they had the the car ready for me.3) There were paint drips and dullness of paint.My husband went into the shop by himself and demanded a discount for the very poor condition they were giving me my car, and also an inspection of the new airbags. They thought they could silence him by bringing in 5 or 6 guys inside the room to intimidate him.The next day the shop takes my car to my dealership to do a full inspection of the car. My dealership let me know that there was nothing mechanically wrong with my car except for the dead battery. The body work and interior was a whole other story. Dirty headliner and shoddy paint job.The day after I went to speak to them. I was emotional distraught by the treatment of my husband and the fact that they were playing off like I was exaggerating about how awful my car looked. After almost two hours of yelling at me and arguing, not to mention they threatened to keep my car and put a lean on it, they agreed to bring down the price of work by $1440. But at what cost?After leaving the body shop, I was shaking I couldn't wait to get away from those people. I couldn't understand how they didn't see how hard I worked to have that car, and just to have someone try to take $8000 away from me.I came back a couple days later, I signed their release of liability under duress. If I didn't pay them, they would keep my car and put a lean on it. Fred Loya insurance company refused to help me get my car fixed elsewhere. Insurance company said they were not responsible that I had chosen to get the repairs done at 3 million. I was completely stuck.So again at what cost did I get a $1440 discount?-emotional distress. In person and one whole month of calling for updates.-they PURPOSELY broke a corner of my rear light. I didn't notice until I drove the car home that the spoiler was also glued on unevenly. It looked like someone glued it with a white glue.-the MOST EXPENSIVE DAMAGE that they did to my car, so small to even notice if you're not looking for it. They broke off both defoggers off my back windshield. The defogger harness was also missing. HOW IN THE WORLD DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?-There was no reason for any of these places to be damaged because they weren't impacted in the accident. Both my husband and I looked days before and these issues were not present. My dealership didn't make note of any of these damages either.Without fixing the paint or spoiler, the cost of all damages they purposely made to the car comes to around more than $5000.I took this time to explain my situation and to prevent others from being stuck in the same situation. These people are living the AMERICAN DREAM by abusing others who aren't knowledgeable about cars. The worst part is that they are getting away with it.

Never use this shop.They came down as accident vultures when I was in a minor accident, but they were relatively nearby and seemed to have good reviews. They gave me a date the car would be ready, a month after the accident. I checked in about a week before and they gave me that same date, saying it would be "done by" that date at the latest. Came to that day, pushed it to the next week. Called on that next date, and they said it would be done the morning of the next day. Again, no one calls me to tell me it's ready, so I call around noon. They had missed something in their month of having the vehicle and so they needed to order another part that wouldn't arrive until the next day. They said it would be ready early in the morning as soon as the part came in. That morning was this morning, and *I* had to call them, yet again, in order for them to tell me that the car still isn't ready. I drive for Uber, so every day they don have it fixed in time costs me money. I've already lost $500+ from their ineptitude. They know my situation, and when I have conveyed the very real cost they are having on my life (as I had to settle for lost wages with the insurance company based on their initial date so I could pay my bills at that time), the girl on the line clearly couldn't care less.Never use this shop. As soon as they have your car, they make no effort to get it back to you when they say it will be ready.

They had illegal workers and connections with AAA. So better watch out they had on every street on that area around 5 to 100 miles 24 hour AAA people getting commissions. So your very shock within moments after collision they volunteer to pay your uber and pick up and the worst the website and email of the supervisor name HOSEPH was fraudulent using TOYOTA COLLISOON COMPABY ( I found out that it was bot toyota dealership they out ny car the name is 3 million collision. The next morning when I went to follow up.ny car it was already fastract it was photograph ready for adjuster insurance then the name JOSEPH is not working for toyota dealership so when I reported to my insurance my insurance said this company has history of fraudulent activities so after 2 weeks both uber and my private insurance denied the appraiser value which according to my private mechanic it's only 800 dollar bumper brand new replacement and JOSEPH 3 MULLUON SUPERVISOR HACK THE PRICE 7 TIMES. SO WHEN I REVIEW THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I FOUND OUT THIS COMPANY IS STEALING CARS WITH THE HELP OF Aaa truck towing. So to make my suspicion remove I had a back up key and on the 15th day nothing done on my car I waited the opening of the company they I drove the car outside. And the thing is the company made sure that they will be paid fully by the insurance uber they reported it it was stolen. But before I took the car I had email messages to.JOSEPH AND CERTAIN CRYSTAL THE DESK CLERK NOT TO REPORT TO POKICE BECAUSE I WILL TAKE IT HONE BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THEY ARE STEALING CARS ON THE STREET BY THE HELP OF Aaa towing which are sitting and waiting on corner of every gas stations near the collision shop . Thank you and HOPING 3 million about to be victimized to avoid this company and hope sooner millions of charges will be put on this company GOD BLESS AND THIS WILL BE THE LESSON OF THISE WHO ARE ABOUT TO EXPERIENCE A GORRIFIC TRAUNATIZED PROPLE STEALING YOUR CAR AND SOURCE OF INCOME

My car was towed here for an accident. My insurance company said that they worked very closely with the shop and that it was a very reputable shop that could get the car back to pre-accident condition. This car should have never been fixed after the accident it was in. There was 17,000 dollars worth of damage to a 21,000 dollar car. There was major damage to the subframe of the vehicle and all of the airbags deployed. After much arguing with insurance and the shop they insisted on repairing the vehicle and said there was no frame damage. When I got the vehicle back you could see how bad the paint job was. It was hazy and had not been buffed and they had blended two panels so horribly. Interior trim on the steering wheel was so loose you could almost pull the airbag cover completely off and the car alignment was terribly off. I sent it back and showed them the issues. When we got it back the second time it was better but not 100%. After a week of driving, exterior trim started to pop off the car and after a car wash, I could see the bad paint job and buff/swirl marks they left from trying to cheaply fix their horrible paint job. After taking it to the dealer, they showed me where subframe had been replaced and showed me that a piece bolted to the frame had been replaced and that the frame had been worked on since parts of it had been painted. The shop had lied to us!! The dealer as a courtesy helped readjust the loose parts that kept coming off and sent us on our way. Another week passed and pieces kept coming loose and falling off the car so we ended up taking the vehicle to Carmax to sell and taking a horrible hit on the price so that we can have a safer car to drive. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK!!

People are so nice and respectfull Joseph and gall very nice and they did their best to solve the problem but I get new problems every time .the reason for giving 2 stars my car didn't got fix properly . I had an accident and they took the car to this shop. I had to take the car back 3 times because there were some stuff didn't got fix after 6 weeks of the car being in the shop . I really dont understand how they didnt see those things. Im really disappointed .I thought the car will be done from first time .every time I drive the car I find something new they forgot to fix . The car should be inspected well before they give it to the customer but they didn't do that.I don't feel comfortable when I'm driving my car .I don't like the service at all. I don't recommend for any one

Don't recommend this place at all. They picked me up from my car accident and took me go the shop and told me the car was in good hands. That was not the case. Me being the person I am I saw my car was parked on the street a couple days later but didnt make much of it. But one night I went to check on my car only to find it had more damage from before. When I called the body shop they told me the car was always parked in the building and that was not possible. I even took pictures of my car and the updated damage but they still fought me. They where rude and never paid for my damages to the car!

I had a handle that needed to be replaced and a couple of other problems with my car. Within a few min of me bringing the car in everything was fixed and I was on my way. excellent consumer service, quick and professional. Would def. Recommend !

SCAM DONT LET THIS PLL TOW YOUR CAR ! SUCH A SCAM , THEY COME AFTER AN ACCIDENT WHEN YOU ARE VULNERABLE AND THEY TELL U THINKS YOU WANT TO HEAR , LIKE WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING, WE FIX YOUR CAR ,WE PROVIDE YOU RENTED CAR AND A BUNCH OF LIES ! THE ONLY THING THEY DO IS MOVING YOUR CAR TO A STORAGE FOR WEEKS TO CHARGE YOU WITH EXPENSIVE STORAGE, PLUS TOWING FEES WHICH INSURANCES DON T PAY AND YOU PAY FROM YOUR POCKET !THE BODY SHOP THE WORST , THEY ARE NO HONEST AND THEIR REPAIRS THE WORST , THEY WORK SO POORLY AND EXPENSIVE ! THIS TYPE OF SCAM BODY REPAIR SHOULD BE CLOSED

The BEST! My daughter crashed the car and not only did 3 Million take care of the car, they were kind and thoughtful to my daughter (who was a crying mess, lol!). The car was repaired on time and on budget. These guys should have more 5 star ratings!! Joseph and the team...THANK YOU!
