I can t recommend Alan enough based off my experience. Communicated efficiently, set clear expectations, and easily exceeded them. Got my car back on the road before the sun went down. Superb hospitality as well. Informed me of what he was diagnosing, invited me to observe the process, and even informed me that his initial estimate was about $20 short due to my vehicle make and model. $20 extra to get my car moving in my situation was barely a premium, but his level of transparency comes as a sigh of relief. Working with Alan feels like having a good friend in a small town who knows what they re doing under the hood of a vehicle. 5 stars.

Being newer to the area it is always a struggle to find a new mechanic. My search is over. Alan is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Prior I took my car to the dealership and it took 10 days to do a minor repair. Alan took care of my car in a couple hours! Totally worth it. I appreciated that Alan walked me though the repair - I hate feeling like a mechanic is trying to scam. This was NOT the case with Alan - he made me feel at complete ease.

Great service! My 1968 Chevy pickup truck needed a tune up to keep it running, and Alan came the same day I called. He arrived early, was very professional, and fairly priced. He gave me updates as he was assessing the engine and conducting the service. He also provided recommendations for additional service to get my truck running perfectly. I'll definitely be calling him again in the future.

Alan is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to cars. Hired him to inspect a car for me and everything checked out and gave me tips and tricks for the future . I told him about some of the suspicions I had with the car after I bought it and he came out and helped resolved the issues . He s a man of honor, integrity, and truly cares for his clients . Highly recommend

They originally did a service of brake lubrication but it did not solve my issue. I did not hear back for a while but eventually they got back to me and apologized with a new set of rotors and brakes. I am impressed with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic. I am a satisfied customer.

The auto mechanic, Alan was very professional and well equipped with the skills and knowledge of automotive.The service was above 150% excellent.I was very happy !!I will bring my vehicle again to continue the services it will need. I CAN TRUST this mechanic!

I called and tried to get this person to come and help me, I don t know who he was but he told me he was gonna charge me $250 to diagnose my car and then charge me $1000 to fix it. But he didn t even diagnose my car yet to be able to determine what was wrong with it. Shave, tree, mechanic. Do not work with him unless you have money to spend like that but how going to tell somebody that you re going to diagnose it and then charge them a flat feet to fix it when they don t even know what s wrong with it it could be something simple like one spark plug around you can charge me $1000 to fix a spark plug? You re stupid.

Great service. Came by and right aways found the issue on my 2002 crv. Changed the hose and even replaced my air filter at no extra charge. I will be using Allan's services again.

My sister needed help and this guy was soo RUDE !! And cocky saying he was the best mechanic in the city, but you tried to charge her 1000 dollars and you didn t even know what was wrong with her car you re an IDIOT. Don t work with him, if you do he will up charge you and won t even find out what is wrong with your car first. Sad and despicable and desperate.

I was stranded at the mall at 1am at Del Amo Mall, luckily LA Auto club operates 24/7. All I needed was a quick jumpstart & they were there in 30 minutes. They even added a free diagnosis on my 2017 Corvette. Alan helped me when my car wouldn't turn off and I could not find any information online to fix it - what a weird problem to have! First off, he was willing to tell me step by step what to do in order to try and fix the problem myself and even offered to video call me, but I didn't have the necessary tools and preferred an expert take a look at it.It was 8pm when I called and unfortunately he wasn't able to come for 2 hours, which turned into 4 hours. But when he arrived I felt he went above and beyond. He checked multiple systems to make sure the problem resolved and even cleaned and buffed my headlights just because.He has received extensive education in car mechanics, electrical components, and physics and has worked at dealerships as well - I include this to demonstrate that the man knew his stuff. Also, and Women take note, he was genuine and I felt I could trust him - even as I was meeting this stranger at midnight.I would call Alan again, I definitely felt my car was in good hands. Lastly, he gave me good advice about cars too. Would recommend.

Alan is excellent!! and very professional. Just had my brakes fixed. His work looks top tier. He did a better job then most mechanics I've visited in my lifetime. He also explains the situation and helps you to understand as well. Very trustworthy in my opinion. I'm very satisfied.

First off, I m so grateful that I found this company. Alan is an amazing mechanic who was able to fix my car in under an hour after a previous mechanic was unable to do so. He took the time to explain the repair and was very honest and upfront about what the problem was. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed properly. I will for sure be using him for any future work. Amazing service! I've been so surprised by how nice and speedy of a response I've gotten, and for so many vehicle needs, too. Highly recommend using them when you want to pay 30% less than a shop and get triple more in customer service.
