Excellent service, my first time at Reitmeir s! You won a customer for life. Kane confirmed my online inquiry via the website over eMail in less than 24 hours. Dropped off the keys in the morning, service done by early afternoon. Till next time! :)

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & trusted garage. Have alway been very accommodating, quick to slot in and service/do the work needed. Kept informed by Kane at all points with no surprises.Totally recommend.

Cool and wonderful people work here. My seatbelt refused to retract and dealer can only give me an appointment in three weeks of time. I've been going to Reitmeir's Werkstatt for a long time. The staff are kind and courteous and always helpful. I've gone for regular maintenance for my Audis and never feel like they are upselling me or scamming me. I've gone to them when my "add oil" light alerts me and they don't charge me for the oil. I will continue using their services because of their excellent customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

It was really hard for me to find an auto repair shop in Los Altos area that I could trust. These guys are truly the best in town!I have had my yearly inspections done on my BMW here the last two years, and both times I was taken care of very quickly. Kane is a very smart and honest guy!Today I brought my car in because my check engine light was on and my car was overheating. I took my car in because 3 shops told me I needed $2500 worth of work on my BMW replacing a water pump, thermostat. Sure enough I came here for an estimate and received the best news. Living in the Bay Area where everything is so expensive and you cant take a risk of any mechanic trying to sell you something you dont need all I have to say was that I had a good experience with these guys and hope you do too. They are very nice and proffesional. Kane and Jeff were also very responsive when I messaged the business asking if he could help me with the issue I was having.Last, but not least, their prices are extremely fair and they do not try to up-sell.I trust their work and I will definitely return if any other issues arise with my car in the future. (I'm moving to Tracy this Summer and might even consider driving to Los Altos if need be!!! Ha!)Keep up the awesome work!

there is a good reason why Reitmeir's is still in business after so many years! - they *rock*!!! they are the epitome of a professional independent mechanic ... I cannot recommend them too highly - and especially if you happen to own a Porsche with centerlock wheels - as they are experienced in the protocols for properly installing them should you need tires changing etc ... kudos Jeff, Kane and the team! A+

At last count, we've now taken 5 different cars to Reitmeir's so qualified finally to write a review. I don't love having to go there but do have complete trust in their abilities and honesty. Just about everyone we know who owns German take their cars there and they have a very loyal local following.

I've just started taking my Audi to Reitmeir's Werkstatt, but they treat me as though I've been a customer for years. Excellent service and personal attention. Will continue taking my car there for servicing.

The only place in town able to fix a punctured tire on a car with a center lock rather than the more typical multiple bolts that hold a car wheel.

Amazing service. They fixed my alignment and installed my tires. The very next day i had a flat on my run flats. They changed my tire and balanced it for no charge.

No one was able to figure out what was wrong with my mini....but these guys knew exactly what was wrong with it and they FIXED it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
