I would like to thank Greg and his team at Los Altos Gas Auto Care on El Camino for helping my mom and I on two different occasions. The first time, my mom s friend s car rear taillight went out, I looked for a shop nearby and it showed this one right across the street from her home. We dropped by hoping we could fix it the same day and Greg was able to care of it within 15 minutes and we were on our way.The second time was just recently when I tried to turn my car on and it would just shut off on me. Due to personal health issues I haven t driven my car in a very long time and knowing that the shop that I usually take my car to is too far from here caused me enormous amount of stress. I thought about this shop immediately but I was almost 100% sure that they would turn me away because not everyone agrees to work on this specific make. I decided to try my luck anyway and to my surprise they agreed to do a diagnostic and oil change. I scheduled an appointment the following day, my car was ready within a couple of hours with no issues whatsoever.One very important thing I want to point out:As a woman, I greatly appreciate and respect them for their honesty and not taking advantage me as many shops usually try to do. I would have paid any price to fix my car at this point but I have never seen service prices like the ones here. I almost feel guilty and undercharged, in my opinion, I should have paid double the amount for their service and care. Nevertheless, my car feels great, drives very smoothly with no issues. I am looking forward to coming back to get my brakes replaced soon. Highly recommend!

One star for their service, which was fast with reasonable price.One star for the friendly staff. A good experience with warm feeling.However, my car started to show the low battery warning from the day after the smog test. Then I drove the car for a few days but it showed the warning every time. My car is a brand new car and I drive a long distance everyday. The battery has no issue before. I went to the dealer and they told me that the battery had a bad cell so they replaced it. Having a part issue just after the smog test. A coincidence?

Super friendly station. Stopped by for a slow leak in one of my tires before taking a road trip. Despite being busy they took me almost immediately. Pulled the tire off but we didn't find any issues. He didn't charge me for the check up. Would absolutely come here again.

Had a huge screw in my tire in the rain. Also my 3 year old nephew with me. 2 workers had 4 cars there when I pulled in. I knew there would be a wait but not being familiar with the area I asked and said I would be willing to wait. I was told to pull into the bay and they would fix it immediately, as it was a quick fix. I was so happy, I asked if it was okay for me to hug the worker. I was in and out within 30 mins.

Came to get some snacks and air for my tire. Was told I needed to pay for air when it says on a signs posted by the 76 gas station. BY LAW GAS STATIONS NEED TO PROVIDE AIR AND WATER FOR FREE. The attendant had no problem arguing with me that I was wrong. The experience was Ghetto to say the least.

Very uncomfortable situation just now. Leaving two stars because they've been good in the past, but now I can no longer patronize. The person at the register in front of me just badgered the new trainee (first day training by the sounds of it) to sell him cigarettes without ID. The trainee asked for ID again and the customer bullied back. I tried to stick up for the trainee, but even the trainer employee of the new staff member just downplayed it. They guy buying the cigarettes did not show ID. Not a good way to train new staff.

Had cold soda. I was happy. Bathroom was clean and attendant was nice. Not a wode selection of items for sale but it wasnt a mini mart either. Primarily a gas station.

I filled premium gas in my car at this gas station on 10/9/2020 . I drove 25 miles after and my tank is already at 75% capacity . Something wrong with the pump , took 11 mins for 14 gallon of gas . Rip off!!

Staff is friendly and they take credit card. Gas here is not very cheap though.
