Rudest service!I had taken my cars there for Smog Checks for years. This time, in place of Sonny, the friendly serviceman, there was a brusk guy. I gave him my DMV renewal paperwork. He took my car's mileage, then announced "I'm allowed to decline service for any reason. I'm not going to do your smog check. Go somewhere else."WHAT??? Okay, I and my family are never coming back! I've never encountered that kind of attitude before! I was polite the whole time. I have no idea what triggered him.

I would never ever go over here again for smog.... Twice in a row.... I went here the day before and ask the guy if I could get smog and I got refused... I saw him playing with his "RC CAR" and the next day.... I ask if I could get smog I was refused again even though I have the papers from the DMV. I tried showing the papers and he said that "Go to other shop I can't help you". That's what the mechanic told me.... If I could give 0 star, I will and there's no hesitation. There's no customer service at all. Hope that the district manager or any higher position could see this.

Update: Person called me to tell that they need to pay DMV 8.25 or so transfer fee. I wish they would clear that before so there won't be any confusion.Told me $30 for smog check and when I arrived charged 40 including $10 certificate which he did not mention at all. Felt cheated but I rather didn't wanna waste time so had it done.

Sonny has been performing smog checks on my vehicles since 2009. He is very good at taking care of my vehicles and me. I highly recommend him.

I love Ha and Kim; the entire staff is Awesome. This Chevron is clean and well sanitized. Always stocked with snacks, beer, beverages, plus more.

Went to go get a smog and the service was excellent thanks to Sonny I most definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs to get a smog

This station seems to me to tend to have higher prices. High traffic area being next to 280 and Foothill Expwy
