I just got my car back today and I'll tell you they did an outstanding job. I was very impressed by the quality of work that was done. Also impressed with their communication, giving me updates as to the progress. Also very impress with their honestly. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely recommend them and I will use them again if needed.

They were great they were swamped, gave me an appointment, and I got my car back as promised, and I even got a price cut when it was done, cause they were able to repair a couple things that didn t need replacing, Thank you guys again, Great job.

Had a major issue with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. I had a major Time constraint since I was moving across the country. Norms had my cars fender replaced and painted within a day once they received the part. Thank you so much. I HIGHLY recommend them. You won't regret it.

Great price! Excellent customer service! Perfect body work on my 2016 Civic!!They even cleaned the inside of my car!!2/3/19. Needed another minor repair. Norm's charged me 1/3 of the quote from the Honda dealer....yes 1/3! Quote on Friday done on Saturday! 100% Honda parts. Did an excellent job. Nice people great work. Check them out for your auto body needs!

I've taken my car here a couple different times after some collisions and each time they have gone above and beyond. They are very organized and knowledgeable and they will not sugar coat the truth or try to sell you extra fixes you don't need. I also appreciated them delivering on the date they promise. I definitely recommend them for all collision repair.

My Civic was stopped and sandwiched; struck from the rear and pushed into the veh. in front. Lots of damage. It now looks like new. Great work! They made an effort to get OEM parts. They have outstanding communication, kept in touch throughout the process. John has a great eye for detail and decades of experience. End result was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. Could not have been more pleased, (minus the part about being rear ended)Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I have a 2005 Scion that has lots of front end damage. John gave me several options on different scenarios for repairing this car.The BEST part of my visit was he very generously GAVE me a light bulb and a handful of plastic clips to secure the front grill ![It is an out of pocket situation (in litigation with very slight amount of money expected to be recovered).]John was not high pressure at all and I felt very comfortable with this facility.

Norms Auto Collision worked on my banged up car, came out looking better. These guys are great, helpful, and their prices are VERY reasonable. Can't compare to any other place, truly honest and decent people. Ask for Sy, he'll take good care of you and your car!!
