I was going to give 4 stars but more on that later.I would like to begin with the fact many, many moons ago, I was not the greatest driver, and my several cars have taken numerous trips to autobody repair places. I have since wised up and have had the same car since 2008. I have had two separate issues, and both times, I have taken it to Fred's.The first time was in 2013 or 14 when a tree fell and hit the back of my car. I brought my car here for repair. This place was suggested by AAA. They did a great job repairing the damage and color matching.Just recently, I had a driver run a red light and hit my car, and again, when AAA asked where I wanted to bring my car, this was the spot I requested. I had to wait a couple of weeks but was able to drop off my car. I bet the receptionist there and the manager came out and took care of me. The car came out looking far better than I pictured in my head, and I am pleasantly surprised with the way it looks.Now, I am addressing my only issue with them to date. One issue was that the passenger headlight assembly was broken, so they replaced it with a new one. My problem is if they called me and asked if I was willing to pay out of pocket for them to be matching, I would have said yes. Now I have an original faded driver side headlight and a passenger brand new one. It is a little annoying. I did stick to the 5 stars, though, because they have done a great job, and it is nice to not be upsold a million different things.I would definitely bring my car or my wife's car back here again. I would not, however, bring my Mom's car here because I would never put a good business through the stress of dealing with my mom.

So Mr VLT gives a 1Star for having to wait. Hmmm . Having to wait a month to get in to a place should tell you how great their work is and it is!!! My dad takes his car here and no where else they do impeccable work. Seen it myself. In fact, just got backed into and need some repair work done and yes I m having to wait 35 days but my car is worth it. If your car is that important to you then you ll take it to a place that cares for it like you do. I ll post my before and after when work is done.

One of the best shops around. Great paint and body work with excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend them. Used them for my collision insurance claim and the folks there were very easy to work with.

Front desk was amazing always answers very kind and professional! Also they came out and saw what I needed done made sure they got new parts for me instead of taking a cheaper route. They also have a warranty on the work they did for me so they said to call if anything were to happen but I doubt it will! My truck looks brand new again and I m beyond happy I went to them! I m definitely going back to fix any repairs I might need in the future! Service: Body & Trim

My work truck was hit by a driver and went through insurance and ended up going to Fred Guys because of proximity to work as well as their ratings and reviews. I was very impressed , I made an appointment for appraisal and got in there dropped it off for the work to start same day and got a ride from enterprise. Fred guys work was flawless, they finished ahead of schedule and under the quote so it was nice even though I wasn t paying for it. The staff in the front of house was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely be using them again if needed

Great experience overall. I had an accident on the freeway, and every body shop I went to would tell me the same thing. "Your car is better off in the junkyard." My mom's friend refered me to this shop. When I showed up, I was greeted by Steve. Oh my god, words can not explain how professional and helpful this man was. They restored my car in less than a month!! This car look like it had just came off the car dealership. I can not express the gratitude I have for this Auto Body Shop. If I could rate this establishment more than 5/5 stars, I would!! I would recommend this Body Shop to anyone in desperate need. 10/10

Haha when you read good reviews, walk inside and the receptionist doesn't know anything to say but the price is 5k for a paint job with zero details after that. Then she goes and asked the man in his office when I wanted to know about the only 5k and up paint job. She came back saying what he mumbled to her which was only a couple sentences and then said it'll go up to 6k for a basic paint job. Cool I spent 90 seconds here on this estimate. Hope this review was help bc I never bother with these.

Don t go here 1 month out for an estimate. HahahaWhat a joke. The receptionist looking at me like don t be walking in here without appointment. How in the world AAA associates with these people.

Steve and Pat run a very professional shop. Been taking my vehicles to Fred Guys for 30+ and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Couldn t even get in for an estimate, front end reception Christina extremely rude don t know how they r in business, very sad that she represents this company.
