Super fast and pleasant experience. The staff are very efficient and friendly. They are definitely more expensive than the competition, but for me it was worth it as I was in & out in 10 minutes.

Found these guys on Google their system sent me to voicemail one time. Luckily I called back and did get Isaac very helpful. Guy and Gus was amazing too! I love the positive energy from both of them. The price was great and free reinspection. If you fail, thank God, I passed!I highly recommend these guys. They are honest , Out within five minutes. I love a place like this straightforward And totally honest.

11/10 service! I would recommend Gus' shop to all friends and family needing a smog check. Gus is trustworthy, super friendly, professional, and gives excellent customer service. Quick and easy process and peaceful wait next to the San Gabriel riverbed while waiting for your car.

This is a 5 star review for a 5 star smog inspection shop. The owner, Gus, answered the phone and confirmed they handle the DMV paperwork after passing. There was no line on this late Tuesday morning. I drove over and the process was done in under 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and service is with a smile. If you re looking for a place to get your car smogged, this is the place. Be sure to remember to mention the $10 on Google at the front desk. Drive off feeling great!

An absolutely wonderful experience. I called ahead to inquire about a smog and they informed me of the price and said it's a first-come-first-serve style. When I arrived, there was no wait and by the time I walked to the front to pay my car was ready (within about 5 minutes)! Great prices (and I called around). They even offered me a cold soda or water. Great service and the crew was really kind. I felt respected as a woman in a service shop- and I know that's rare. I would definitely come back and recommend their service to others.Service: Smog certification

2nd time (2022) Still a great place to go for smog services....courteous and professional! In and out!!!1st time 2 years ago (2020)Went to get a smog check.. Great experience! Got there in the morning. The employee greeted me and was very courteous! In and out within 5 to 8 minutes!

An outstanding and under appreciated community business. Gus and his associate were true professionals and had my 6 year old daughter and I in and out, with no issues. Highly recommend and all my family will be coming here in the future!

Took my 2000 Beetle in for smog, received phone call discount of 55.00 (regular price is 100.00). Although it didn't pass , they told me exactly what was wrong, and the retest would be no charge once I repair the issues. Luckily, it's only a couple of sensors that cost a total of 100.00. I highly recommend these guys. They're quick and efficient, and the wait was only about 15 min.

When comparing with others smog shops. This spot was fair pricing, and to discover the customer services was excellent. Gus was cool and professional I do recommend this spot. The reception was welcoming with candy and coffee as well. Thanks!

I have lived in the Long Beach/Los Alamitos area all my life and given California's smog check policy, I have had to get many a smog check over the years. HANDS DOWN California Smog Center in Los Al is the BEST place to go and I will not even attempt to go to any other Smog Check center any longer. They are STAR certified (which sometimes is required by the state - check your registration renewal to be sure) but they are NICE, POLITE, FAST, COURTEOUS, CLEAN and EFFICIENT. And to California Smog Center - Thank you for your years of being fantastic. Always happy to give you my business - even when it comes to the California scam of Smog checks.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

Incredibly fast, exceptionally friendly. Went above and beyond which is hard to do in such a short interaction but he managed to do it. I can't imagine anyone regretting the choice to come here.

We've been coming here for years and have always had great service. The guys are always friendly and eager to get us tested quickly and on our way. If there was ever a place where getting a smog test is a pleasant experience, this is it.
