Excellent customer service.Rep:Stephen came out and helped me with my battery. He made sure everything was working correctly before I drove off and he was very knowledgeable as well as helpful.If I could I would give Stephen 1000 Stars for Customer service.

Awesome customer service, I bought 2 sets of snow chains for my big bear trip and ended up not using them. I work near another auto zone in (5471 Lincoln Ave, Cypress, CA 90630) and they refused to received them. It's a chain store, so they can be returned anywhere, awful service there. I went back to this store in Los Alamitos and they took them right away.

I called today for some information, and Spoke to Eric now I could barely hear him, I asked if he could please speak a little louder, and he gave me attitude. Wow, rude. I ended up going to the Cypress store, atleast I was treated nicely.

Better than the movies!I watched a 17 year old boy try to walk out with wiper blades hidden in his coat. Sorry, but you don't "forget" to pay for 20-inch wiper blades.The manager and clerk were very cool about it. They asked him to leave the store and he refused. He kept standing there repeating, "I don't know how to change the blades. I'm only 17 !"The manager kept asking him to leave the store or the police would be called.The kid just stood there demanding they help him install the wipers...Yes, the Los Alamitos PD showed up... He finally drove away.It's one of the dumber things I've seen in my life.

I had a malfunction indicator light come on and I went to AutoZone to see if they could get the code of what wasn't working Vincent coolnds helpful, he explained the possibilities of what could be wrong and offered some solutions and gave me a copy of the code.Great customer service.

The best AutoZone location in the Los Alamitos, Cypress, and Long Beach area. I have been searching around for a specific battery for my dad s 2005 hummer H2. I called all around and located the very rare battery at this location. I had two amazing sales persons that not only located at the battery, but also installed it in the car. I would like to give a shout out to Casey H and Jake F for their amazing service and professionalism. If you need help with any battery service, I recommend this location and don t forget to ask for these two terrific young man.

They are very helpful, Jake in particular. I woman friend needed a new battery in her hybrid Prius, Jake looked it up and let her know that her battery was still under warranty, that alone saved her $200. Then he installed it for her! On the Prius it is in the back behind a few things and is a difficult job. And Jake did all this IN THE RAIN !!! I gotta give him the thanks he deserves !!! I hope his boss sees this post.

My battery has been acting up so I brought it to Autozone to test the battery. We knew right away it was the crank health causing the issue and needed to replace it. They had the battery in stock and gave me all my options and gave me recommendations....Of course, my car wouldn't turn on as I was trying to leave (ugh), but Pat and his associate were just so so nice and helpful. Things were just not going my way this morning and their customer service seriously helped me brighten up my day. Thank you so so much for being so kind and helpful. I will recommend my friends to go to the Los Alamitos location (or wherever Pat goes) for Autozone :)

Sunday afternoon...dead battery...AAA jump start... At 84 years old we no longer install our new batteries. We need service. We called, we were given accurate information, and received help as soon as we arrived. Francisco provided quick checkout and installation. This young man deserves a "high five" or gold stars for his demeanor and professionalism in helping us. I will also praise your availability--car emergencies do not always conveniently happen during a tiny window of time. Thank you!

They had what I needed. Very friendly but not willing to walk me to the location of what I needed. The 2 employees were too busy conversating behind the counter to take 2 minutes away from. I found what I needed eventually. The one employee was very polite when I checked out. I didn't like my experience that much.

With GREAT appreciation, I thank REY D for completely saving my recent trip! With a dead battery and car in front of the store, he not only assisted this senior in installing the battery but overcame several unexpected obstacles along the way. The store team supported his personal efforts (thanks manager Pat Sopheak) and again, REY went over and above the call of duty. Not only myself but my family and friends are shifting to AutoZone!

I've been coming to this location for years and it's always been great. The prices aren't horrible but you can usually find things cheaper if you order online. It's never really busy and there is always someone available to help. Keep up the good work!

Not a bad little auto parts store. The parking lot can be a little crammed during peak hours, esp. if someone is fixing their car out front.

Their staff was incredible helpful. When the part I was replacing cracked inside of the tubing, the manager took the time to come out and help me replace it. He even replaced the tubing that was cracking no charge.

Helpful people there. Bought some oil and had them do a free engine fault scan. Turns out it wasn't an engine fault but a "service engine soon" caution on my dashboard. The guy there told me that was more for maintenance. I though it was good info, thanked him and was on my way.

I am from out of town visiting family. My water pump failed. I decided to do some preventive maintenance and replaced the thermostat, fan clutch, and belts. They were helpful, made sure I had all of the right parts, and had everything in stock. I am back on the road.

Staff could be more eager and have more knowledge of the products they are selling. For example one employee was not familiar with break-in oil. Seemed like they are not the only ones. As i have come to find out many auto parts store are not familiar with many products. Otherwise pleasant experience. Would go there again if i needed it.

I went there to get a refill for my ac on my truck. They had a good selection of product. The manager wasn't very pleasant at the time (I don't remember having this problem in the past). The best place to go is just down the street (Napa Auto Parts). They have knowledgeable counter people.I will still shop here but just for quickie items.

I these guys they are so nice and helpful never give me any problems and I go in there alot I have an envelope full of AutoZone Receipt's. This is my favorite autozone. It s a bigger store and is always well stocked. Employees are sharp and helpful. The location is really nice, plenty of parking even for bigger vehicles or trailers.

This place is near my house and my go-to auto parts store. This morning I showed up a half an hour before they open at 7 in the morning and the guy let me in, rang up my order and installed my windshield wipers all before they open! Fantastic service.
