One of the very few places to take a Tesla in Sacramento area, and they did a great job. All of their and my headaches were from Tesla parts and Tesla insurance. Communication was great and quality of work outstanding. They left the instructions of what was necessary to replace the steering rack, and whoa what a workout.

Collision Pros did a great job repairing the front fender and mirror of my car. Their special skill to color match the paint is superior. The staff was efficient in getting my quote done and keeping me informed of the work progress. I primarily worked with Madison who is very pleasant and knowledgeable; however, everyone I spoke to there was nice and helpful. They gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

About five months ago, I had an accident that caused pretty serious damage to the front end of my car. The dealership highly recommended Collision Pros and warned that - because Collision Pros is so good - it might take a few weeks for work to begin on my car. That did turn out to be the case. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was out of the country. When I got back to the states, my car looked brand new. There was an autopilot error message that wouldn't go away, and one headlight stopped working. When I contacted the dealership, they estimated $2,900 to fix the problems. Ugh. I called Collision Pros. They said they'd be happy to take a look. By 9:15 the next morning, Collision Pros had fixed the problems and didn't charge me anything! While I hope I don't need body work again, I know where I'd go for repairs!

Brent and team are fantastic and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Great with Tesla body work and interface well with the Tesla service center in Rocklin.

Collision pros is awesome ,I live in Reno Nevada. Reno Nevada there s only one certified Tesla auto body shop!!. And to fix my car they said I had to wait six months on a waiting list for a spot . collision Pros is like an hour and a half away from Reno in California got in the following week .I got rear ended, collision pros gave me a estimate order the parts from Tesla. put everything together and they stand by their work lifetime. Communication was great. They me a text every week on Tuesday or Thursday on the progress of your car. Cross my fingers hopefully I don t get rear-ended or get into another accident if I do I m coming back Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I am very unhappy with this shop.We had a Tesla that needed some minor body work it took them 30 days to complete the job. They did an excellent job by the way. They said they would keep us updated on the progress of the repairs but we never had a call we would have to call them. We were promised the car would be done by Aug 18th but no it wasn t. I would not recommend this shop unless you couldn t find another one to do the work and you had at least one month of time available.

I have used Collision Pros twice. The first time was an excellent experience, the second time was poor. The first time the work was done well, and the car returned two days early. The second time, the car took twice as long as they had promised And their communication was poor. The automated system communicated wrong information and the people in the office were unresponsive. The paint job done. The second time was poor, but corrected to good enough while I sat and waited. This leaves me not knowing how to write them. Their service and communication is hit or miss

The only Tesla recommend shop that got me in the same day for estimate and they were nice enough to temporary fix my car so I can drive it. Every time I called and Sarah at the front desk was able to give me or find out the answer for my concerns.. they did a great job fixing my tesla in the shortest amount of time. I had requested my old parts and they had it all packaged nicely in a box in my trunk ready to go. I would definitely recommend collision Pro if you have a Tesla. These folks treated me well and kept me informed on the status of my car's repair work. The only reason I'm rating them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to drop off my car (which was driveable) a full week before they started to work on it. Brendan and team did an excellent job communicating updates on our Tesla Model Y while it was in the shop for repairs. We heard updates via text every 2-3 days and we had constant communication on the repair completion timelines. It was a really great experience overall - nothing short of pure magic.

The folks at Collision Pros are awesome! My car was rear ended over 6 months ago and it was a long road trying to deal with the other person s insurance company. Collision Pros made the repairs go as smoothly as possible. The manager, Kevin, was extremely helpful and really fought for getting me back in my car asap after several delays with backordered parts and insurance mishaps. My husband and I are so grateful for their excellent customer service we ll never go anywhere else for repairs. My car looks great!!

My experience with Collision Pros - Loomis was phenomenal. My case worker - Sam L. was ON TOP OF IT! She was always updating me on the progress of my vehicle and calling my insurance company to hurry them along with my Tesla repair. On initial estimate there were many invested employees interested in the best care for my car. Upon pickup, Kevin walked me through the vehicle services they provided which was another great customer experience. Collision Pros is family-owned and genuinely wants the best for you. Most importantly they keep their word. All in all was a great experience getting my car repaired here. Leo and Kevin took great care of my car. since i only have 1 day off we scheduled in advance and got my car back looking new in the evening. They even detailed it for me. Hopefully i won't need their service again but if i do i will be coming back here for sure.

Stop looking for other shops. Period. Just go here. Do yourself the favor and give these guys your vehicle for repairs. I have used Collision Pros on 3 separate occasions. Everyone in the Loomis office is so friendly and easy to communicate with. They took the time to give updates and took care of everything for me. They have done an outstanding job and I am very happy with the finished body work.

Leo, Kevin and team did an amazing job fixing up my Ram truck and bringing it back to new conditionAnytime I had questions they were available by email or phone to answer all of them I had. I d recommend this team to anyone I know needing any collision repair work done. I can only give them 5 stars from google, but if I could I d give them a 100 stars for the work they did to my truck. Collision Pros was great! My car looks like new in all the places that they fixed and better than before everywhere else. They were very professional and did a fabulous job. even gave me a little extra paint to touch up scratches that were previously existing. They were very professional and responsive from the first call to them. Set up an appointment for an estimate and they were ready when I arrived and provided the initial estimate on the spot and to my insurance. We set up an appointment for the repair and they ordered the parts ahead of time. Showed up for the appointment and they were ready and had it back to me a half day early. The repair looked like new and the car was clean inside and out making it easy to evaluate the repair. I would definitely recommend and will return myself in the future!Service: Body & Trim

I went there to get a price for a large scratch on my car. I had already received prices from other shops and was doing my due diligence in getting other opinions . They were so friendly and helpful and took my car in back and removed the scratch for free!!! They easily could have charged me $200 for it. It's rare that you find a company that cares about their customers and doesn't nickel and dime them and most importantly are honest and fair. I will absolutely use them in the future should I have car troubles.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Can t say enough good things about this business or the representative at the front desk, Leo. When other body shops required appointments for an estimate (very frustrating), I was able to simple drive up and a very friendly and engaging Leo took a series of photos and notes and promised an estimate at the end of the day. Promise met.... After acquiescing to other shops appointment requirement, it turns out Collision Pros was the right choice for my repair needs. A very quality repair was completed in a timely manner. I m sure all the employees at this shop are top shelf, however the face of the company is the one you see when you first walk in the door, and what a winner you have there. Give Leo a raise and don t let him go. : ) I will definitely refer your services to family and friends.Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing!! Was so mad that I damaged both doors on my Range Rover, met with janette and she took care of everything, from getting an estimate quickly to making sure I didn t have a rental car too long, in addition had the rental car company there to meet me when I dropped my car off!
