I needed my brakes replaced and also my rotors. I brought my own brake pads. Let me start off by saying I am beyond impressed with Yes Auto Repair! The owner Adolfo went above and beyond by taking me to AutoZone to ensure I got the correct brake pads for my car, since Auto-zone had given me the wrong ones. His dedication to customer service and ensuring the job was done right is truly remarkable. Got to give credit to his workers too! They are fast! I'm deeply thankful for his time and effort. This shop has earned a customer for life! 5 stars and highly recommended!

After 12 exhausting visits to several different automotive repair shops, all for the same engine problem (that no one else could figure out), I was referred to Yes Auto Repair. Adolfo and his staff of great mechanics figured it out and fixed my car! The price was fair as well. I highly recommend them. 5 Stars!

These guys are absolutely a diamond in the rough. Every time I've taken one of my cars to them they have gone above and beyond, fixing little issues that weren't mentioned initially without charge (small things like replacing a headlamp bulb). They have been particularly good with European cars. I've visited this business twice, for two different vehicles, and found nothing but a positive and professional experience each time. I have the issue explained to me, get quoted a price and informed if the work and price needs to change based on what is found. Both times I was charged less than the original quote. The work is done quickly and correctly. I can't ask for more, and I appreciate the courtesy I've experienced every time I have gone to Yes Auto.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Yes Auto Repair is a great, realizable auto repair business. I ve brought my car in several times I m the last couple years for maintenance and routine check ups. The owner and mechanics are experienced, honest, and reliable. Adolfo really helped me out! I was in and out of the shop in 90 minutes and they did engine work on my Hyundai!I m very happy to give my business here! I took my car in to be serviced and fix multiple items recommended by the dealership. I met with Adolfo and, after examination, he discussed the areas that needed immediate fixing and those that could wait. The estimate was fair and the work was not started until I gave my approval. The work was completed efficiently and my car is running like new again! Absolutely impeccable experience every time I've gone. I refuse to go anywhere else. They go above and beyond, they are quick, efficient, and good at what they do. I've always hated going to the mechanic, and felt they could be condescending and I've left feeling like a fool. But not at Yes Auto. So thankful I found them!

ZERO STARS. I gave Adolfo (owner) the extended warranty policy information And he told me they denied the claim for repair on were repaired on 2 occasions most recently recently this past Friday. So, I called my extended warranty myself to ask why they were denying Claims for repairs that are clearly covered and stated on the policy. I was told that they had not received any calls to open any new claims for the repairs in question. Whenever a shop calls to ask about repairs and get paid a claim is opened and they are given a claim number even when a request is denied. That's how they document all requests made to extend the warranty. There was no record of him calling to ask for those repairs. He is a liar and I believe I was targeted because I'm a woman. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

I would highly recommend this establishment for your car repairs or service. I live in the apartment complex next to this facility and I took my truck here for repairs for the first time. I was truly satisfied with the work, the price, and the quickness in which Adolfo and the crew took care of my needs. Just in case you think this is fake, I live at apt. 237.

I noticed how clean the waiting area is. I needed my side mirror replaced. I am happy with the work. I will definitely be returning for future automotive needs. Adolfo is trustworthy and and honest. This matters alot in my opinion.Service: Side view mirror repairService: Side view mirror repair

They are a complete liar at first, they gave us a price of 590 dollars, then they said that the alternator is not broken, we can do it, they just changed a fuse and took 160 dollars from us. fraudsters

Honest and shows me what needs to be repaired on the car. I never feel as if Adolfo is taking advantage of me which is important as a woman.My car is running beautifully after being serviced by his team.

Saved me from a nightmare. I brought a vehicle here to have a pre-purchase inspection and they instantly told me the owner was trying to cheat me and that he had flipped off the check engine light. IF POSSIBLE ZERO STARS : they can't be trusted they changed a fuse and charged $160 and while they were repairing they wouldn't let us see it Changing a $3 fuse and getting that much money for it is literally robbery
