I wanted to say thanks to Michael who sold me this car in 2017. It had 36k when I got it and now it s at 237k. I ve been keeping up with the services so it s good. Really reliable car, engine and transmission are still in good shape. Corollas are amazing cars Btw if you can, just service the car yourself. The dealer takes forever for an oil change. You could just find a mechanic to do these services. Also, if you do a transmission service save yourself the headache and get the OEM gasket from the dealer trust me. I ve used other parts and they either fail or leak after 2 weeks.

They're still charging $3000 for cars that are low on inventory, and told me "gone are the days of getting a car below or at MSRP". Then they offered me a car at MSRP. Not sure what to make of this.

I have been looking for this color and body style for awhile and West Coast Toyota had it.. Its been a dream of mine to own a Dodge Charger ScatPack. Des P, Edrick, and the GM Hoss help me a ton and I appreciate their help. They made my dream come True.. Thank you WestCoast Toyota!

I took my car in for a regular maintenance. I got a text message that showed a broken part, with no description estimate or anything. So I called, but they said the ticket was closed and I tried to get more information. Once you guys gave me more information I said I would call back after checking my paperwork (for prior repairs) to approve the work or not. I called back a little bit later at about 3:30 with no answer then at 4:30 with no answer. I left a voicemail saying I wanted to approve the work. I heard nothing from Toyota and then the next day I had to call at around 12pm and the service guy was out of office. The service person I was talking to put me on hold to talk to the service manager and then after awhile she came back to say he briefly helped her but he s going to lunch so I d have to wait to find out more. So after dealing with that I just picked up my car and took it to another Toyota that was cheaper, quicker, and provided better communication. This place is kind of a joke with the prices you want to charge with below average service

Cannot say enough about this dealership. From Maria staying on top of the car arriving at the Port and arriving at the dealership. To picking us up at the long Beach airport and being greeted by most of her team members at the door. Checking out was pretty quick and off we went to drive home to Sacramento. If we lived in the area we would be back!

I went on a Saturday I was told that my battery was in the green nothing was wrong. You know the little slip that they gave you but they re telling me I need all these oil and brake fluid changes and all this other stuff changes but nothing wrong with my battery. Wednesday battery is dead. Didn t drive the car anywhere I work from home so car is parked. Nothing left on no lights, radio nothing battery is dead. Messed up the gas gauge and some other things because battery is dead. they have told me things in the past that needed to be done to my car it would be in red, and the service truly wasn t needed, I should ve stopped going then. I ll take the slip they gave me to another mechanic and they are looking like why would they tell you you need this done to your car when that s needed for over 100,000 miles which my car is way far from. they ll check what they tell me that needs to be done and they ll show me so I can see there s nothing wrong. These are actually mechanics with shops, I will go to multiple at that just to make sure to see what is being told to me is reliable. I ve even been to big mechanics shops like ACA. I don t tell one shop what the other shop told me I just show them what the West Coast Toyota has told me. I ve paid $1000 for a service I bet I didn t need. Because they told me something was cracked and if I keep driving it fixed and it breaks I can get really hurt if I m driving. I m done with West Coast Toyota. This place is nothing but the devil.

I came in to service my car on Saturday for it's daily maintenance. Everything seemed great at first, the technicians were friendly and attentive. However, it was the advisor assigned to me that was the issue for my disappointing experience. He seemed newer to the job so I won't name him, but the most critical thing I would say he could've done better is to work on his lack of communication. He never said when the servicing part of the dealership would close and I had been running errands since then assuming I would be safe to pick up before closing hours. It wasn't till he left me a voicemail at 5:42pm which is 18 minutes before that I found out they closed that part of the dealership at 6pm. I had arrived there around 6:05 and a sales rep notified me that they didn't have the keys to open up the garages to where the cars were left and that I would have to pick up my car on Monday morning.Seriously, everything should've been clarified from the start because I also wasn't aware they wouldn't have been open Sunday either.Really annoyed because I had to call in to get to work late. When I came in to get my car today, no one was really around but Advisor Jay who is the only employee I've encountered that was professional and attentive. He's the only reason why I'm not giving this place 1 star. What was really the cherry on the top though was the technicians that drive your car out could do better with service. Didn't greet me or let me know where he left my key, just pulled up, grabbed the plastic out and gestured to the car with the door wide open. No confirmation either?? Are you kidding me, anyone could've walked up and taken my car. Unbelievably terrible service.I really wanted to like this place because I usually go to the Longo Toyota dealership and their service has always been impeccable so I thought that would carry over. Very unfortunate because this place is the closest to my home right now..I'm willing to give this place one more try just out of location convenience and will update my review then or honestly I just would not reccomend this place to anyone. Drive the extra mile to a different Toyota dealership.

Do NOT go here to get any work done on your vehicle. Unless you have warrantee, avoid taking your car here - they are scamming customers. I took my car here last week, told them exactly what I needed done (Radiator Fluid T-Hose replacement) - they still made me sign for a $260 diagnostic fee and didn't call me to tell me a price for over 4 hours. When they finally called - they said it was going to be $920 and take 3 hours labor!!! And that I can't get my car without paying the Diagnostic fee. I then tried to get my husband to call them and they didn't pick up for the rest of the day (tried to call 4 times within the hours 1-4pm on a week day)I just showed up the next day and got the car. They did end up giving me the car back without paying the fee but it was only because I fought back on them about everything and brought my husband. We went to Auto Zone, got the part for $45 and fixed it in 30 mins.....I get that they have to look at your car and that takes time/money, but this is just ridiculous... I was planning to look at a new car to buy here as well but I would never ever trust this place with a purchase like that. STAY AWAY

Im so happy to buy my cars here and my family as well. Aldo has been nothing but honest and recommends the best. And George in service is great with keeping you informed with maintenance and what is recommended! I couldn't ask for more the west coast Toyota team is amazing.

Would definitely give this place no stars if possible. Went in as a serious buyer and was hit with the typical sales tactics that make you cringe at the idea of purchasing a vehicle. To make matters worst, the dealership wasted our time not once, not twice, but three times. For example, they'll give you a number to get you to come back in, but then when you get there, that number magically changes to something completely different (I have the texts to prove it too). Worst part is hearing how the pricing is competitive and that it's the "number one" priced vehicle in the entire region. Funny, because we literally drove down to Huntington Beach and literally found the exact same year, model, and trim with almost half the mileage and certified for the exact same price that they initially offered me through text. If you're seriously looking to purchase a vehicle, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I wanted to thank Johnathan and Aldo for helping me and my wife find and purchase a car today. If your interested in buying a new or used Toyota ask for him. He was a very pleasant and understanding young man and was a pleasure working with him . I am probably the most picky straightforward person there is and come off a bit rough at times. But Johnathan and Aldo where there every step of the way to get the best deal for me and my wife. If you are ever interested in looking for a new or used car and are in the area ask for those two gentleman. Good luck I understand car buying is no fun and very stressful

Don t buy a car at this place and don t have it serviced here. I bought a Toyota certified used Tacoma here and I had to keep putting coolant in it. I took it back and all they did is put barsleak or something like it drive it for over 22 miles until it sealed and said they inflated my tires to recommended tire pressure 40 psi. If they looked on the door there s a sticker that says recommended tire pressure is 30 psi. They dident fix the problem right and i don t think the extended warranty i bought is any good. Don t buy here and don t take your car there to have it serviced this place is a rip off. After I got the loan for the pile of garbage it was more than what I was told they sold it to me for. The truck I bought is a pile of junk. I could have bought something new for what I paid.I m sure you won t be reaching out to me

Worse buying experience and post experience of my life. Sold me a faulty car. Had to call corporate and Toyota directly to report the horrific service. If I wanted to get spoken to that way I would have stayed in my disrespectful relationship. They passed me off to some loser named Donald. I use to love this place as this is where I took my old Prius- thought buying a brand new car here would have reflected the services departments kindness and helpfulness. I was gravely incorrect. Pathetic treatment of customers and over all experience. My car also after only 4 days has had a battery low warning I m deeply concerned with this places ability to be a sales service. Our lawyer is in full review and luckily we can afford that to happen. I truly feel for those who can t and get taken advantage of. They also lost financing from us and our families business due to the disrespect and gross treatment. FYI, I know it s not Walmart. I hope Aldo, donald and Jose all continue to laugh about that and the laughter of we get people all the time in regret and it doesn t make a difference to me that you made a bad choice. Like, legit, who says that to someone.

My brother bought a car and later on he was harassed for paystubs even though he tried getting them the requested the car back. After he returned the car they refused to give him his 3k deposit stating that the car had scratches . Very fraudulent

Took my wife's 2013 Prius in for the Toyota Customer Support Program for the Blizzard Pearl paint that was peeling off from the panels. Jaime and Jay took care of us every step of the way. Said it would take two weeks for it to be complete and it was done in 11 days! They work with Manufacturer Certified Collision Center in Rancho Dominguez and they did fantastic work to the car. It looks brand new! But, there is a spot on the hood I let Jay know about. He called up Jordan at the collision center and Jordan told me to have my wife take it in any time next week and they'll take care of it. Overall, if I was in the market for a new car or have to get service done, I would definitely take it to West Coast Toyota.

Was looking to purchase a Rav4 hybrid SE and West Coast Toyota were going to charge me am extra $3-5k, called it a market adjustment. They said it was for all their hybrids. I found dealerships that were offering the XSE for cheaper than this location was quoting for the SE. Many dealerships are now offering cars at MSRP - don't settle for this dealership or any other asking you to pay more than MSRP, even for high demand cars.

Drove 18 miles ow to pick a parts order that under $75. Showed my email confirmation, but could not get my order because they said I didn't have my ID. No indication on email that was needed, no offers for other resolutions. They might as well have robots working there because parts dept. lacked any common sense and empathy. This might be a minor incident, but it left such a bad impression, I will never consider a vehicle purchase from them.

Hello Everyone. Today i visited West Coast Toyota. I am an interested buyer of a grand Highlander hybrid. They have one in stock and They sent an email showing the vehicle with MSRP in the 55k realm. When I showed up I got to see the vehicle. while discussing the vehicle they mentioned that there was a 10k markup on the sticker price. This was not mentioned when I asked about the vehicle originally.I was waiting for my wife to drive the vehicle. They asked if someone can take a look at the vehicle while I waited for my wife. Absolutely. as we were waiting they mentioned that the other interested buyers were buying the care and crunching numbers. (This was within 10 minutes of us waiting). We were not able to drive the vehicle and we ended up leaving. We saw the "interested buyers" leaving at the same time we left. The dealership plays unecessary games. Just be honest about the dealerships desire to not sell at MSRP. It is your choice as a dealership to do it but do not give people the run around. I will never shop at your dealership or recommend your dealership to anyone. I hope anyone reading this give them the chance but be aware and ask ahead of time about markups.

If you want to be insulted and belittled, go to West Coast Toyota. I spoke with them yesterday. Tried to buy a new Rav4. What a terrible experience. The internet sales manager, Le Linh, told me to ask for him when I arrived. He dumped on to someone else immediately and then they started playing that car dealer game "let me see what I can do". Which is a joke. What a waste of my time. Avoid this place, unless you want to be treated terribly. A joke of a dealer.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle or used as well and want a great deal or salesperson ask for Johnathan Falcon ! We went to trade in our car and he got us into a RAV4 XLE Hybrid with a deal of a lifetime. Amazing amazing deal with a great and humble salesman. Also shout out to Awny. Johnathan and Awny are the men to talk to hands down

I do oil change only. A few times, I received a coupon that was not expensive, around $60. Recently, I asked for a coupon and paid $93 with 10% off discount provided by Toyota. Better with a coupon online, even with someone else! Scion XB 2012.

These are not honest people. I was an outer tower to buy a used car that they advertised for $15000. I asked multiple times not to add-on any insurance or any protection plans like that. They had me sign on a glass table, did not see paperwork, put it all on a computer chip. after asking multiple times not to add anything on to my loan i trusted them. Drove the car home back to Missouri, found outThey charged me over $5000 worth an extra, call Toyota, financial, they won't even doing anything because it was not a toyota used car very disappointing on how they treated me Just not good trustworthy people

2021 camry with a recall & toyota can't fixed it untill the end off 2024 i got the recall in 2023 that's one (passenger side airbag may not deploy) but it has 5 stars safety on airbags how ironic, then i have problems with passengers rear seats sensors ( another safety problem) & they say if the problem can't be corrected because when they're checking the car doesn't show the problem so they won't fix it , i have a top of the line 2021 camry everything is register in the internal computer on the car but just toyota don't want to take responsibility. My advice to any customers out there is to not buy toyota, this is my first toyota in my life & I'm 50 years old & will be my last one, of course I'm reporting this issue to BBB hopping to have answers & a solution to all toyota customers like me out there. This happens @ west coast toyota dealer in Long beach where the advisers won't help you to satisfy a customer, very sad & disappointed.P.S. I bought the extended warranty as well service packages but either one will work, sample as they won't fix your car no matter your coverage, my name is Andrs R & I'm not afraid to speak up about this type of dealerships & show everyone out there what's going on with Toyota in general.5 start safety Car? Lol

In regards to their service, I actually loved how hospitable and accommodative they are; especially with the sales representative, Desree, and her manager, Aldo. Desree & Aldo did their utmost best to provide us a deal on a new GR86, and I loved how committed they were to meet in the middle. Unfortunately, a deal couldn't be made due to the markup not being removed and they couldn't lower the OTD price after an hour of negotiation, as their asking was still too high for our liking. I would love to give at least 4 stars for their services because of how awesome Desree and Aldo were, but I feel like the negotiations made based on the GM's numbers could've been more fair at the very least for a supposed affordable coupe that Toyota markets.

Bad experience and rude. Was all nice in the beginning and then after a few minutes the rude/annoyed voice tone came out. 0 stars if I had the choice.

This review is for the service center and possibly for the dealership business itself. I've been coming her since 2017 when I bought my first and only Toyota here. 2017 Toyota 4runner. Everything was hunkydory. I bought a Advantage Care for years. So I as pull up at 7am this morning in my truck, the service rep asks me the usual questions, then states if I wanted to purchase a new Advantage Care package. I said, "no I'm using my already purchased advantage care because I'm on my last one". She proceeds to tell me that It's already been used and it was used in Culver City Toyota. To my belwilderment, I ask her how and she couldn't give me an answer. So I ask her how this happens and she says the Advantage Care is connected to the Vin number on the vehicle. This is about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Why would any package I purchase go with my vehicle vs. staying with me (THE PURCHASER).HOWEVER, NEVER WAS I TOLD THAT WHEN I BUY THE ADVANATGE CARE PACKAGE THAT IT WAS LINKED TO THE VIN NUMBER OF YOUR CAR. Even though online, the service department website clearly states I have 1 last redemption left on my package. Last year I sold my 4runner and now have another model truck. This is the second time I got screwed by the West Coast Toyota with the first time costing $1k and whole day without my truck.Long story short, I lose my last advantage package deal, but West Coast Toyota just lost a customer.

Went for advantage care appointment 4:30 PM Thursday to wait for my car get done . I was till waiting 5:20 PM did not get service they said that my car will get done the next day. The next day I got another appointment lost one of my special valve stem that I got from another country and mechanic said he put everything together. I went complain to the service manger today and said he will have a meeting with his crew about scheduling. I am going to this place for advantage care and nothing happens like this. Hope the nextime is a better service for me. Thanks west coast Toyota.

Visited this dealer to purchase a Venza based on an advertised reduced price. This reduced price Venza has been on their lot for 5 weeks so I thought I found a good deal. The truth was the dealer wanted a $5000 mark up for paint protection and GPS tracking. This might be why there were so many Venza's on their lot. After I said no to the price, their manager agreed to go down to a $2500 mark up but I still declined. 2 days later, the same salesman called me again asking me to come back in for a better price but would not say how much better. As of March 2024, the exact same 2023 Venza with exact same VIN has been sitting on their lot for over 5 months. Don't know why some dealers choose to give their customers the run around rather than move cars off their lot.

Went into this location looking for a rav4 hybrid, not only are they the only dealer that puts nonsense market adjustment fees on their cars. Was explaining to the sales guy that I wanted a STOCK car without the extra dealer add on that are OPTIONAL, they forced them on me. Now let s get started on the financing part first of all add the numbers yourself because they don t add up and tried charging me an extra 15,000 on top of msrp. Ask for an itemized printout so you know exactly what you re paying for. When the finance manager came out and tried explaining their over the top pricing, which still made no sense. After, the manager said to me we re just trying to make money ! First of all you never tell your consumer that. Unprofessional, money hungry, and overpriced. If you re buying a new car check out this girl on tik tok C.J. @smell.like.bad.decisions. So dealerships like this don t rip you off!!!

This place is terrible. They send me a coupon for a synthetic oil change, quote me 2 hours, 3 hours later they tell me they had to go buy the synthetic oil for my car. What kind of crazy bull is that. It's a dealership without synthetic oil.
