Came here after the shop down the street was unable to service my company vehicle (dodge pro master) due to its size. They were quick, helpful, and friendly. Checked a bunch of other things out for free while I was there as well. Very transparent with the pricing and pricing options. Also I was able to find a $15 off coupon while waiting to be serviced! Will be coming back. Only downside is that it s first come first serve, so you can t make appointments so if you go on a busy day, you have to wait your turn.

Oscar and Robert took great care of Lucy today! (that s my car) I was also happy to be seen for my oil change right away and get in and out quickly. Will be back in 3 months or 2000 miles.

Excellent customer service. The staff were extremely helpful and explained to me about my car and what it needs. Definitely will come back and highly recommend this location.

I took my Range Rover evoque for oilChange , total $189.53Lisa and Devonte worked on my carThey were very transparent with everything, great staff and service . I liked seeing the gender diversity at this location. They didn t have the filter for my car but Devonte went to buy it , which took a little longer but other than that it was a smooth experience .Came back for another oil change July 2023Randy & Tony were quickEveryone else showed great customer service. I feel good coming back with great smooth service and I don t ever feel like I m getting ripped off.

Easy drive through oil change and more. It took me 22 minutes from arriving (had to wait for the car in front of me to get their oil change) until I left the premises. I had a coupon for 15% off from their marketing emails which put my total oil change (semi-synthetic) to $84. They can be pushy sometimes with their extra sales but I told them I wasn t interested. They gave me a list of things my car needed which I loved!

I needed an Oil Change asap! I was getting out of court and I thought, let me drive to my usual spot from where I used to work at nearby! Last time I remember they had amazing customer service. Turns out, they still do! Not only do they finish the job as quick as they can but they take the time to also have a small conversation with you. ( I know it's not the "job" ) but heck, better than just sitting there bored and waiting for the job to get done. I would return!Service: Oil change

It was my first time getting an oil change and I m so impressed with the professionalism of the folks here at Valvoline! They were patient, competent and answered all of my questions. The process was quick & efficient. I m so glad I was recommended this business. Looking forward to returning!

I did not have to wait to get over a pit. Always nice. The crew that did my car...oil change and tire rotation were excellent. The best car maitnenance experiance I have ever had. This was at about 9:45 am on 8/15...right pit...Thank you whole crew. I will be back.

Been a regular here for 5 years didn't complain when they broke my dipstick and took a year to replace it. Didn't complain when they "did" my transmission service and tried to sell me it again over and over and it turns out it wasn't done in the first place but they made it right and did it. But now this new batch of people you've hired my lord.Come in to get a headlight replaced guy can't figure it out keeps asking for help and his solution is to lie that's its working and send me on my way. Of course night time hits ans zero headlight go back in now and they tell me go buy the part and come back then tell me sorry you're blocked in you gotta wiat for the car ahead of u to leave the car ahead of me does and an employee starts freaking out that I'm leaving.5 years down the drain gotta watch who you hire cuz this crop gonna ruin your business. The days of Shane being there before he got promoted are night and day compared to what u guys have now. Embarrassing and sad

Josiah and and the other guys who worked on oil change were a TOP NOTCH experts that handled and did everything above and beyond in a special and spectacular way! I ll definitely come back not just to any Valvoline but THIS IS RIGHT SPOT! Thank u guys!

It took about 2 hrs to finally be seen. Guy told me it would be half an hour. Then he came back and said it would be another half hour. I was okay with that then he popped open my hood and then left and came back another half hour later. I get the line was busy but don't give me bad time estimations. Also I really don't like how he would say that I need all these services for my vehicle when he didn't even look at the car. As the car has been in great condition and coming off a full car inspection a few months prior.Also I am coming back to write a review because a few days after my oil change. My skid plate underneath my car came loose. It was bent almost wideopen when I was driving. I'm definitely thinking that the bolts were not tightened back up after the oil change. Especially since this car has always been babied.Overall I just had a really bad experience. I would love to write a good review but I cant. I will not return to this particular valvoline as others have always provided good service.

I always go to the one in Costa Mesa. Because I had a bad experience here. Just coming back today and it s all FEMALES . Very professional and Awesome Great Customer Service. And it s around the corner from my house. If they keep all the female staff I will definitely come back.Thank you so much GIRLS!!!! While there was a long wait, customer service was extraordinary! Jeremiah was very courteous and Christian was knowledgeable! They didn't push an upsale, just notified me of the recommended services I should get in the future. Most efficiently ran shop I've ever seen, and while they were working there butts off they were complimenting each other on their hard work. Love to see it!

I went here based on the 4.7 stars and reviews. This was no joke; I love the teamwork this place has. Stayed in my car the entire time and was explained on everything and given options with no pressure. These guys were awesome. I am from Indiana and usually do my own services, but being that I was 3,000 miles from home, I brought my Diesel truck here this time. They were fast, but yet thorough! They topped off all my fluids, changed my oil, checked my headlights, and filled up my tires, without me having to even get out of the truck! They were fast, clean, professional, and personable. 5 stars from me!

Accurate and pretty decent service. I also had my transmission fluid done. And it's driving just fine. That is a long service in itself, all in all this is my lube spot when I'm home.

The best chain experience I have had in many years, of driving. I had bought my own synthetic and filter and then realized doing this myself, especially given the extra steps my vehicle requires and proper disposal of the old oil, was not worth my time. They were willing to do the change with my oil, and apply the web coupon discount for a change with their conventional oil. They had to use their own filter, which is totally reasonable given they can't risk a customer making an incorrect choice. Price was great. Service was great and really thorough. Jason who did the intake was a pleasure to talk to as they worked on my car. (Nicky?) the woman who did the inspection and confirmation of all the checks and work was a marvel of team efficiency and the manager, who came over to reset my oil change notification message was the final person to complete an altogether "couldn't ask for more" maintenance experience. I have a fantastic mechanic but going 10 miles one way for just an oil change in our area isn't worth it. Now I know where I'll go next time.

Serviced my car efficiently and quickly by more than one person while I sat in the car, without a long wait to get the services. Explained everything they recommended beyond the oil change. Prices were fair. I shall return.

Absolutely 5-star service. The guys working here are so friendly and so a great, thorough job with my car. I was able to stay in my car and get what I needed without waiting out in the sun. They kept me informed of what was going on and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

The racket this corp is running is skull-cracking. $185.00USD for a simple oil change. I said "no way-Jose" and went to Kim's Auto on Anaheim and Rose. $45.00USD. Best place around town.

Great experience!! The staff is very attentive and professional! Great fast service! I was really happy to hear that they would be able to rotate my tires! However, the reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because they did not have what was needed to take off my lug nuts nor did they know where or how to remove and replace my cabin air filter. If you are wondering we are talking about a Ford Focus ST. All be it, I highly recommend going there and hopefully next time I go there I will be able to change it to 5 stars!!
