Very disappointed in customer service. I'm running ten of the 4" mirage lights across the back of my Kenworth and six of them on the back of my trailer. I was about to add six more to replace my rear sleeper lights but after today's experience, I will be changing all of them to a different light. I haul music tours and the truck gets a lot of attention so looking sharp is very important. One of my lights cracked and I can't find a replacement anywhere on the west coast. I just loaded for a band in Carson on my way to Phoenix and since I'm only seven miles from United Pacific, I figured this would be an easy fix. Nope, the only suggestion they have is to order one and have it shipped to me. You would think that someone that deals with semi trucks would have some idea how the industry works but they don't. I'm on the move every night on tour. These lights get a lot of looks and I answer a lot of questions about them and who makes them. I'll definitely be telling a different story about them now. You dropped the ball on this one United Pacific.

Had a problem with a steering wheel i ordered from Raneys i must say contacted both companies and they made it so i could swap at L.A. warehouse delt with a young lady name Aracely super nice very professional, warehouse manager was also great.

Great customer service! Ordered a set of hubcaps for my rig from Amazon and they sent 1 the wrong hubcap. United pacific took care of the mistake and shipped a replacement out.

I've been getting United Pacific stuff for my C10 for years and just got some more stuff recently. I was surprised to some of the ratings on here because I've always had a good experience with their items. My brother bought a bunch of their stuff for his Peterbilt and only had issues with one LED, which they warrantied and sent a replacement for. They keep coming out with more stuff for my truck too, but I just can't get it all right now! I don't have experience with their body panels...yet, but I've used their battery tray, some interior stuff, and definitely the LEDs and I can vouch for that stuff for sure.

When you have a return they will always find a reason not to give credit on it. Will always in the future see if it is coming from united pacific industries before ordering in the future. Waited 4 months for the wrong part and now they will not give credit on it claiming it was damaged

Purchased a United horn from a local dealer. Horn stopped working in 8 months. Knew their was only a 6 month warranty when purchased but thought can t be that bad from a decent company. Well here we are, of course got the ole return it where you purchased it line. They are no longer selling the product line.

Junk lights. Bought some led headlights for my peterbilt, and they filled with water after the first rain and shorted out. Had them warranted out and the new set did the same thing. I would stay away from United Pacific garbage.

ordered 2 hoods from these people first one came damaged, second one was returned saying they couldn't get ahold of me and they charged me the shipping

Headlightsfor peterbilt. Bulb housings inside headlight assembly came uncounted and are vibrating and bouncing around inside sealed headlight assembly. Owned for one year and six months. Will not stand behind there product.

TAKES UPWARDS OF 3-4 MONTHS TO GET PRODUCTS, DON'T RETURN CALLS DON'T ANSWER EMAILS, GET TOLD WAITING FOR PARTS FROM THE PORT ORDERED ON 11-6-2020 STILL HAVE NO REAL ETA, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRUCKS NEED TO ROLL NOT BE WAITNG DO TO POOR PLANNING ON THEM GETTING THERE COMPONENTS
