Very disappointed with the parts department my father in law (he is older and retired on a fixed income just had cancer going through medical issues he can't write reviews and asked me to write this) bought a part that he paid over $500 dollars per his mechanic, it ended up being something else more expensive , he tried to return the part since the car ended up having bigger issues but the dealer said it was a special order, nobody mentioned or explained to him that it was a special order since it took the dealer one day to get the part he just imagined it was coming from another dealer not that it was special order please people read the fine print and ask questions so it doesn't happen to you you have been warned thanks

Took my new VW here for service and recall work. I cant speak to the sales department. But the service department from Manager to techs were fantastic. I felt personally attended to, and my vehicle was cared for with the same attention. No pushy add ons or up sales. Just friendly personal service and knowledgeable technicians.

Definitely do very good, quality work BUT I think they are overpriced. And if I refuse something I get a email "come back" 15% off days later which is frustrating.

I think I got upsold on an unneeded air filterAnd I had to go back after two days because they didn't properly reset the Tire Sensor

It was nice until you go to finance a car, they don't let you know what's going on they kept me there pretty much the whole day trying to see if I was approved or not.

Friendly staff. "Jovi" the lady that is responsible for cleaning does an outstanding job. Very noticeable in the restrooms, walk ways and throughout the building...

I have taken my car for oil change already twice and the service is excellent. Employees are very nice and helpful. Definitely doing my next service at Timmons of Long Beach.
