First time service at Timmons Subaru Service of Long Beach. This was my first Service of my Subaru Wilderness.I arrived early a few minutes before opening. The service technician who greeted me and took my information was great and courteous. As I write this review I'm waiting for my car. As I set in the waiting room, seating is comfortable.Another note I bought my Subaru Wilderness and my first Subaru from Timmons Subaru of Long Beach.The purchase was smooth and not overwhelming.

Good quality service so far. I went from Sierra Subaru in Monrovia to Timmons Subaru because my wife and I didn't like Sierra Subaru anymore because of our past experience. Timmons Subaru found out that the thread of the oil drain of my wige's Outback is messed up so they had to replace the oil drain pan. They saif that Sierra Subaru messed it up. Thank you Timmons Subaru.

When my Subaru Outback is due for maintenance I always come here. Its really easy to get an appointment within the next couple days. The check in process is always smooth. Every technician that I've encountered has always been super knowledgeable, and they never push things on me that my car doesn't need. When I came in for a service, they noticed a nail in my tire & instead of trying to sell me a whole new set of tires-they simply told me to go to where I got my tires *because they were still under warranty.* My rear breaks needed replacements and they didn't try to sell me on my front breaks as well *because they still had life in them. Any time they can, they apply promotional deals to any service applicable. I recently brought my car in for an 80k maintenance & I had a coupon for it & even though my car applied for the coupon the technician said she would have used it even if I was a little under the mileage. Always great & friendly service from here. Thank you to Chris P., Tania, Louise & all the other technicians who make it possible.

Terrible customer service. Never return calls. Service dept and part sales are simply the worst. I mean you can t even get them to pick up the phone to take a order. Won t return calls. It s like they don t want to make money. The one oil change I did get from them left my 2022 new car smelling like oil for a month. No care was given and a greasy person rubbed all up inside my interior. I would never go here if it was the last dealership on earth.

They were the only dealership near us that had the part we needed. I loved the convenience of ordering online with the option of local pickup so we didn't have to wait. They were fast and it was an easy and convenient process. We will definitely be using them for more parts in the future!

Full disclosure, I didn't buy my Crosstrek here, but they're one of two local Subaru dealerships near me. The closer one I've had a few problems with, but Timmons has been my service dealership of choice for the past 3 years.l because of their customer service alone. When I call with what may be a seemingly "stupid" question, they always have an answer. Or actually have a person who can give me an answer call back. There are never any issues with Timmons and I always feel very good about taking my car here. I'm looking at an Ascent for my next car (hopefully it's available in electric when I'm ready) so hopefully when the time comes, I'll be able to come here to purchase it. If you're looking to service your Subaru or purchase a new one, this is a great dealership to visit.

Worth the drive for outstanding service. The counter can answer my questions, and when I order parts, they always come in quickly. Their pricing for OEM Genuine Subaru parts can't be beat locally.

Great prices online and super convenient to pick up my parts at Timmons Subaru of Long Beach. Ralph was very kind and courteous through email and face to face. I will definitely shop online again!

It was awful, I will never go back. I had Thule cargo carrier installed. I now know that it takes about 15 minutes to do properly. The put the car in the back lot and left it there for 90 minutes then charged $124 for the install. I also ordered a part I didn't need but they refused to return it and said I have to contact Subaru online first and because of Covid they could let me use their computer. When we opened the carrier, one of the ball mounts came off. I took it to Irvine Subaru, they completely disassembled and reassembled the whole thing in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything.

very easy to navigate website and place an order. the parts dept kept me updated re: SO part, and immediately notified me when available for pickup. very competitive prices as well! thank you Timmons Long Beach Subaru!

Use their online Subaru parts ordering and you save at least 10%! Joel is friendly and helpful! He's in charge of their internet sales. Everyone I've dealt with in their parts department has been great!I've deducted one star for a specific reason. I'm permanently handicapped. 9/10 times I drive into the customer parking area either their sales or their service people have a, usually brand new, VW automobile parked in the handicap parking. I've mentioned it several times. The next time I am there I'm going to find the dealership manager and lodge a formal complaint.

Very much improved in their new location!! There s room to park and nice wide service driveways. The service rep who helped me was very patient in explaining what was needed and why.
