Came in for a test drive and walked out with a brand new WRX at a steal of a deal. The staff here was very helpful in making sure I was well informed about the vehicle and helped me get the best deal possible.I'd like to thank Jeff Sollee from internet sales for going above and beyond for me. He really made the whole experience easy and smooth. He also was able to find the exact car I wanted in trim and color.Overall, This was the best experience I had at any dealership. 10/10

Comfortable facility. Straightforward process regarding price. Henry Park was an excellent Sales Rep - knowledgeable, efficient in getting us through the process, and a great person to talk to regarding specific features and car technology in general. The paperwork and finance process was also very streamlined and friendly. Nice to see a dealership that comes through in all ways.

I have been a Subaru owner for two years now. And in that two years I have only used Timmons for my service. Each and every time I have my car serviced the staff is always very kind, professional, and understanding. The service time is is quick and if not the staff arranges for a service to take me back to my house to rest in comfort.If not to long I will wait in the costumer service area which is very comfortable and normally set up with treats and drinks.I highly recommend the service department.

Timmons Subaru is 100 miles from me. It was the closest dealer that had what I wanted. I spoke with Henry Park and set up an appointment. My beautiful new car was sparkling in the showroom. The transaction was fairly quick, everyone was friendly and helpful. Now I m driving a car that no other dealership in Southern California could provide.

I just want to point out that we had great experiences at your dealership since our whole family including myself have purchased cars here. I especially want to point out that Jessica Konai was super helpful and very customer friendly. She helped us to navigate through the sales process and we were very satisfied. You guys should be lucky to have a such great employee. RC was also very straight forward and was willing to negotiate reasonably. Mike at finance is super helpful and friendly. I came in to test drive a new car and had a great experience with Kam - he wasn't pushy at all, listened to what we were looking for and was very willing to answer all our questions. When we came back to buy the car, we had a great experience with Kam and the rest of the team. Mike in the financing department was also really great to work with, and again wasn't pushy about anything. 10/10 recommend! Don't go anywhere else!!

My girlfriend and I had the best experience with Courtney Genova. Consider yourself blessed if she s the one who follows up on your online inquiry!I went in to Timmons initially to talk pricing on a 2024 Crosstrek Premium and get an offer on a trade. Their offer came lower than I wanted and the Premium OTD was out of my price range. Courtney did not at any point pressure me to make a decision. She was so easy going and provided me the information I asked for. I absolutely did not have to pull teeth for an OTD. I left Timmons with the plan to sell/trade my car elsewhere and a desire to shop around for a Premium. Part of me would call me going elsewhere a mistake, however, it all led me back to Courtney. So it happened as it should have!I went to Ocean Subaru to test drive a Premium. I had to sit through the spiel of the pushiest sales rep and managers. It was awful and it was hard to leave. They wouldn t give me an OTD and wanted me to drive home that day with a car that was out of my budget and in a color I didn t like. This caused me to go running back to Courtney Genova!!! Believe me when I tell you I SPRINTED back to Timmons just to work with Courtney.I met with Courtney and she gave me the numbers I needed for a base trim 2024 Crosstrek. The car was in my budget and I was able to order the color I wanted (she did not insult my color preference unlike the guys at Ocean). It was just sooo easy. Who knew it could be so easy to get pricing without contentious back and forth? We put the order in for my Crosstrek and Courtney kept me updated throughout the waiting period. She also made it clear I could reach out if I had any concerns or questions.Our Crosstrek came early and my girlfriend and I showed up to complete the purchase. Courtney s manager was perfect because he wasn t pushy at all and immediately accepted when we declined Karr guard plus and an extended warranty. Finance manager (Miles Custer) was also great compared to my previous experiences with car buying. He did try to push some extra warranties but that s to be expected. He was so helpful in talking to our bank when they declined our attempts to pay the down payment. He was able to figure it out for us so we could complete the purchase that day.Overall, a 10/10 experience with Timmons Subaru. Work with Courtney Genova if you want a painless, straightforward, and easy car buying experience.

I had a great sales experience overall. Jessica, Adela and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable regarding questions I had about the vehicle and throughout the sales process. I ended up ordering a new vehicle as what I wanted wasn t available in stock. The vehicle was as I ordered it and was well detailed on pickup. Adela went over the various features and answered any questions that I had. Price was great through the Costco auto program and simplified the sales process. I will be going to Timmons for any future Subaru purchases and I highly recommend them for your Subaru purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from the Subaru dealership, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and Sebastain, my sales representative, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect car to suit my needs.Sebastain was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models available and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, ensuring that I felt confident in my decision. He was not pushy at all and truly had my best interests at heart, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.Once I had selected my vehicle, Mike in finance took care of the paperwork efficiently and thoroughly. He explained all of the financing options clearly and helped me find the best package for my budget. Mike's professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the financing process, and I felt confident knowing that he had everything under control.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Subaru dealership. As a first time buyer they made me feel comfortable and explained everything so nice. The test drive with Henry P. was awesome, he told me exactly what to do to get a feel of the car. There was exactly one crosstrek sport in alpine green left and Henry made me feel great cuz it was sitting up front for me, I bought the car and I m so excited. I highly recommend Timmons Subaru in Long Beach, the staff is awesome and we had some great conversations too.

I recently had my Subaru CrossTrek serviced at the Timmons dealership on Cherry Ave in Long Beach (where I purchased the vehicle and have it regularly serviced). My experience with has always been highly satisfactory with regard to both car purchases and service/repairs when needed. The staff is knowledgeable and excellent to work with, the facilities are well designed and offer a superior experience while waiting. I look forward to being Timmons Subaru customer in the years to come. Asan added note, my dog enjoys coming along on my visits to Timmons.

Friendliest Subaru dealer around with loads of stock especially on wrxs.If you don't see what you want you can order your vehicle of choice and not pay any mark up.The staff are friendly and very helpful as well.We always get our Subarus from this dealer.I highly recommend them.

Relaxed Friendly and helpful. Everyone at Timmons is great and my Salesperson Jeff Sollee made me feel like I had a partner in my decision making. Instead of being guarded and suspicious I was able to relax and really get excited about buying the car.

Even with a high credit score, I had an awful experience with this Subaru dealership. Despite negotiating the price on paper, they conveniently changed it within a few days. It's disheartening that they can't stick to their agreements, and it left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, regardless of their credit score. It's worth noting that I purchased a WRX from an Orange County dealer instead.

about 3 weeks I bought my new outback limited XT from Timmons Subaru. this is my third subaru. the whole process is the best car buying experience in my life comparing with ford, volvo, jeep, other subaru dealers and even tesla. I know which model and trim I want, found the car and sent an message on their website, the next day I got an email from Jeff Sollee, we exchanged about 4 or 5 emails and finalized the details. on the weekend we came over, test drive it and went through the paperwork. afterwards, he was so patient showing me all the bells and whistles, got full tank of gas and polish the car so shiny. it is smooth like buying a tesla but with more personal touch. my family are so happy with the whole experience.the past weekend, we went to lake Arrowhead, unexpected the winter storm came, snow and slush on the road, I can't be happier with my new outback, the turbo engine and x-mode is so awesome..... this car gave us a peace of mind that we can just enjoy the snow instead of worrying about the driving condition.Subaru outback limited XT and the Timmons Subaru, both deserve a big shout out. and Jeff Sollee too, he is super nice and helpful.

I bought my 2022 Outback wilderness from Jeff Sollee. And he made everything that I wanted happen. He is the man to go to. Knows his stuff and very patient ( I am a difficult person to deal with and very impatient). Jeff walked me through every step of the way and kept me informed ever step of the way. It is now to a point where I truly feel like I have a friend at Timmons. I had some random questions and boom there Jeff was with the answers. Great guy. Thank you again Jeff your great

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!The worst customer service. I prepaid and ordered a Crosstrek as they had none in stock and were backordered. I was told it would arrive in March. I advised the salesmen I would be leaving for a wedding trip abroad that would turn into a longer vacation. I was told I would be notified a few weeks before the car arrived and that we could handle paperwork via DocuSign should delivery be delayed as the car was for my mother.Car didn't arrive when promised. I was at the airport leaving for Mexico City when the sales mamager Peter V. called and said I'd have to come in to do paperwork. I explained I was out of country and that the original salesman said DocuSign or paperwork could be delivered to me since the beginning. I was told the car could only be held until the next weekend so I booked a last minute flight for nearly $1000 the very next week. The said they could hold the car until Sunday. I advised them my flight would arrive last Friday night and I would be there Saturday to sign for the car.I attend the wedding but cut my vacation short to come sign the paperwork. I advised them Friday as I head for my flight and Saturday morning. No response to any of my texts. I arrive at the dealership to be told by sales manager Peter V. that my car had been sold to another customer.. a car I had custom ordered and waited 5 months for. The car they told me I had to fly back to sign in person for. The car I just wasted the last 60% of my vacation for. I was told general manager Rocky had made the decision and there was nothing that could be done. I was told they would reorder the same car and I'd have to wait again but offered me a discount. I was told that it just had to be approved by this Rocky guy and that I'd be contacted the following week.No one ever called and I reached out a few times to just get the run around how the general manager wasn't around to approve the discount. I was like pulling teeth to just get my deposit back. I had to threaten taking them to court.

I came to Timmons fairly randomly one day after spending time at the Honda lot in Cerritos where I experienced over zealous sales reps who failed to provided adequate or accurate information. As a first time car buyer I was ready for the pushy sales reps however walking into Timmons, Kamiran, my sales rep, was calm, laid back and friendly, while still answering all my questions and providing essential information about the different vehicles I was test driving. He was not pushy when I told him I needed to leave to make a dinner reservation. When I came back the next day he was ready with the car pulled out front and we went over our different options. I ended up buying my first car, a CPO Crosstrek, from them and Kamiran was sweet enough to continue to check in on me days after purchasing and gifted me carpet floor mats for my birthday (the car came with only rubber). Good deals and friendly staff make for a great dealership! Thanks Kamiran!
