I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few years. Regular maintenance goes smoothly enough. I learned the hard way to not bring a vehicle here for any major work. Had my AC fail and they needed a really long time to troubleshoot it, which they then later admitted to troubleshooting it wrong and said they would lower the cost to me since they had to replace additional parts after days of having it. They ended up charging me full price regardless, which I would have gone to another shop if that was the case.The fun barely begins. I noticed my radio was not bolted back in all the way. Cables within the dash were not reconnected so I had to go take it apart and fix those.I also noticed that the skid plate was weirdly far forward, because that was reinstalled wrong. They literally shoved cardboard between it and the frame to stop the rattle from their incompetent tech.The cherry on top, all my belongings in the center console and glove box were tossed into a box together. Along with some trash that wasn't mine, I think the seat covers they use. So now I get to spend time reorganizing it. I had an organization with dividers. It would not have taken much effort to avoid throwing it all into one box and mixing it together. The divider could have just come out with the stuff and put in the box to keep it all organized.Oh and the shifter grip was installed backwards, which caused the leather jacket to bind when trying to move it through gears because of the tension put on it.So I get to spend my time repairing their repair.That's what I have found wrong in the 15 minute drive home. I wouldn't be surprised to find more as I look into it further.

We purchased and bring our Toyota 4RUNNER here to this location. The service department is patient, helpful and informative. This is important to me as taking care of a car is expensive and vital. We are willing to pay for service at this dealer due to the customer service. About 6 years ago that wasn't the case at this location and we had stopped coming. A special brought us back and an entire new team. Way to go on the changes.

They forgot my oil change reminder sticker and did not replace battery in my FOB. (I was charged for the battery.)I had to return 2 separate times .No one even apologized .That was my time and gas.Did not appreciate that.

I had car trouble and brought it here and Arturo gave exceptional customer service. He kept me informed every step of the process. Arturo also replied promptly to my texts and went above and beyond by letting me know who could help me when he was off the next day. Overall great service, will bring my car back here for future repairs.

Overall the department needs better management and better technical education for the techs that work there the service writers have to be trained on how to diagnose properly instead of shot gun diagnosisAs for the department director I would recommend he would go out and get to know his staff members

I ve taken my car here for a few services. A few weeks ago my car broke down in the middle of the road - I ran out of gas and my Prius wouldn t start back up. Towed it to the dealership and the next day they called me telling me that my fuel pump was faulty and quoted me at least $1900 to replace it. I m so happy I decided to not go with this and get a second opinion. Turns out when a prius runs out of gas it needs a reset. The shop I went to that specializes in Toyotas says they ve never had to replace a fuel pump. Nothing at all was wrong with my car and they were going to scam me out of $1900 and do unnecessary work on my car! Makes me worried that the $1000 for my 95,000 mile service was a waste as well. I ll never ever be back. This is the most dishonest Toyota dealership I ve been to of the 4 I ve dealt with.Service: Auto maintenance

Very quick service and great prices. They have a special for$129 that included 3 oil changes and tire rotation. You would spend at least $60 elsewhere for just one oil change and no you're rotation. Highly recommend.

Toyota don t care took my Tacoma for service, drove up at 12:00 pm, took 20 mins to get checked in, then they said it would be between 2 to 3 hours for my oil service. As of 3:45 pm.. still here waiting. Will be doing my own oil changes from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Upon greeting by the service attendant, a form was given for customers to fill out, which includes an informed disclaimer with a signature line to be signed by customer. The disclaimer is that if the vehicle is damage while being repaired, owners will take full responsibility for the damage, even when the cause is unforeseen circumstances like theft, fire, earthquake. All exterior damage are also owner's responsibility. And if interior damage is caused by old, worn, or hidden damaged parts, owners are also responsible. We'll i refused to sign the disclosure form, but vehicle was still serviced. Seems to me that if form was signed, any damage can be twisted to be my responsibility. I wonder if other Toyota dealers are also putting out similar forms. Disclaimer forms are very ridiculous. Makes me wonder if Toyota has have their heads screwed on right. Or is it mine for driving one?

Do appointments even matter? There as no structure when I came here. People who came after me, just had to be annoying, entitled, and complain to get priority service.
