I had a fantastic experience with quality assured collision center when my 2009 Pontiac G8 got scratched they made the entire repair process a breeze. They handled all the insurance interactions, and the only time I needed to speak to my insurance was to approve sending the payment directly to the shop. My car now looks brand new and they kept me well informed throughout the process. I attached a few photos they sent me as an update throughout the process. The team at quality assured provided exceptional service, and I highly recommend giving them a try. Amazing people and outstanding service. Thank you guys!

Excellent work on Tesla Model 3!! Doesn t even feel the dents and scratches were ever there. Very friendly and professional service.

Best service, super knowledgable and fairly priced. Anywhere else would have charged us for a head gasket replacement (easily $2,500), but these guys put in the extra time and energy to properly diagnose the issue, which saved us $2k. Thank you for being so honest and prioritizing doing a great job. Lifetime customer here :)

Hiten and his team took great care of my car after someone damaged my door while attempting to steal my car. They were very communicative even during the holiday season. I went through my insurance and his staff helped me coordinate the rental car. I would highly recommend this shop.

Marianne was extremely fast, communicative, and helpful. They are definitely one of the most affordable places to get your car fixed especially if you're paying with cash. I'm extremely happy with the work done and would recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed up.

I brought my wife's truck end for bumper repair. And when I first walked in Maranne the secretary, there was so nice to me. I ask for an estimate and the owner said. I will handle it and gave me an estimate right on the spot. My wife's truck was as good as new in two days If you want satisfaction, use this shop.

Was continually updated on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. Even sent me pictures of the progress.Very polite and informative with all my questions.Repairs were immaculate and looked amazing.

I have been nothing but patient throughout the whole last 2.5 months of my car being broken , and stuck in their shop for repairs and my patience is gone now. They haven't had my car fixed "fast" yet like these other reviews claim. Second time in the same shop. Going on day 3 of missing work because of this. Will update when I eventually get my car back

These guys are amazing. I was traveling from East coast and had an issue with my rental car's front bumper. I didn't want to deal with the insurance, as it would have been time-consuming and expensive. I went to them asking for a quick fix.They fixed my car really fast while I waited. The best thing was they didn't even charge me anything. While I insisted, they asked me to give them a positive review on Google. I can't recommend these guys enough. They have the right skills, passion for work and integrity.

Took my car to have minor repairs before turning in my lease. When I got it back I was so sad to return my lease. It was beautiful! Great work, friendly staff and did I mention GREAT work? I would take my car again over & over. They will pick up your car while droping you a rental anywhere in Southern California.... 5 ***** service through and through!

EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service here. I needed to replace a part on my vehicle and this shop had a significantly better price than auto shop around Long Beach. In fact, I called a list of about 7 different auto shops around Long Beach to get the best deal and this place was the best by several hundred dollars. If you want to save money and work with trustworthy servicemen, go to this auto shop. TRUST!!

These body shop is very reliable, have a good customer service, and repair my car really good. My car makes a lot of noise, have a power steering leak, and bad engine mounts. I went to check out the services that they offer and if they can fix the problems of my car. Well what do you know they gave back my car fully repaired, it doesn't any leaks and it runs smoothly and quietly.Their customer service is awesome. They are customer friendly and easy to talk to. They will make you feel comfortable. If you feel unsatisfied with the job or you think they are still problem with the car you can call them and inform them anytime and they will try to help you due to their lifetimes warranty.I will definitely 100% recommend Quality Assured Collision Center to my friends and family.

What can i say? Other than amazing...My family and my self have taken our cars to this body shop and they are great. They always work with people and provide spectacular service to their customers. They are personable and passionate from the from desk, workers and owners everyone is honest and real. They do not cut corners and you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in, hand your keys over til the day you pick up your car. The team also has a great line of communication which is huge and will provide to you updates. I will always return and refer others to visit them and get a quote. These guys are AMAZING!!! I drive a newer Lexus IS so it s scary to let someone work on your broken baby. They repaired everything perfect! As well as their super friendly at the shop. Great overall experience.

Hiten and the entire team were absolutely awesome. My wife's car got dinged up in a parking garage and the insurance company didn't want to help. Quality Assured Collision Center worked with me and the insurance company to get everything handled at NO COST! The car looks better than ever.

I had my under engine guard splash loose and just dragging when i drive around. Looking at the item cost and the labor i just thought the worst for just to get it fix. I wud do it myself but since my car is low and dont have jack stands, had to go some where to get it fix. This place was really nice professional and friendly. Got it fix and i can be more happier with the quick and to the point service. Thank you.

Courteous and friendly staff. Hiten, the owner of the shop, helped me expedite the back and forth with the insurance company, while also getting my car fixed in the time that was quoted. Great, no fuss experience overall.

Unfortunately life happens, as for me, three or four times. Just to be clear, none of those were my fault. Fortunately for technology, I looked up QACC and saw their reviews, brought my car here for repairs, and came back just as I'd expected.The front staff Marianne Malhar and Irene are very nice and polite. The Owner Hiten is down to earth and accommodating. Had an issue with one incident that I couldn't drive the car over and he came by to tow it in for me from Irvine! On another instance, he had my car delivered to me. No extra charge too.If there were any issues, it was either promptly taken care of, or they would figure out how to solve the issues.Professional, quality work, and reasonable pricing. Thank you QACC

Great auto body shop. The manager is an absolute professional, and their workmanship is also very good. All the work on my vehicle was done with care, in a timely manner and within the quote initially provided.

I have taken my car here twice. Both times they fixed my car with no problems. The saff is always friendly and professional. Only place I'll take my car since I know they are honest which is hard to find these days. I highly reccomend Quality Assured Collision! They are the best around! Thanks guys!!

Highly recommend Quality Assured very reputable had 2 cars repaired here and both came out looking brand new. Original parts factory paint.Hiten is a great guy and very honest and knowledgeable in auto body and paint. Goes above and beyond!! Very clean shop.The rest of the team in the office also very professional and helpful not to forget Marrianne, Malhar &RockyThanks Quality Assured for being there.I'm your customer for life

The girl at the front desk is extremely rude. Mgmt not friendly either. I discovered this after having my car fixed here. Then found all the extra damage they had added to the car, such as torn headliner, broken interior lights, oil inside the car, damaged locks, & they broke my car key (in half!) Very unprofessional. When I brought this to their attention they told me to go to Autozone & buy a new one. Which is ironic bc Autozone does not even sell or repair my type of car key. Won't be coming back here.

The guys at Quality Assured did a great job on my 2005 Honda Accord. My car was hit on the right side quarter panel and trunk and the team was able to fix my car fast and it looks great! Thank You Hiten!

Went to get a quote for repair of my car but I was given the impression by the clerk that I was a hassle, bothering her. I asked about a full repair/paint job for my car and an arbitrary high-dollar figure was quickly given to me. I was told I would get a phone call in regards to them finding parts to repair my vehicle but never received it. Message received, my old car isn't worth the shop's time and effort so I will attempt to try and fix it myself.
