I was recommended by a tow truck driver Ramon to Platinum Collision Experts, from the moment i walked in they took care of me and made sure i understood the whole process after filling my claim of my accident. Shout out to Sebastian! He was very helpful and very kind! It was my pleasure meeting you and thank you very much for being patient and understanding! I have been to multiple different collision spots and I can honestly say this one has been the absolute best. It can be scary when it comes to anything & everything involving cars but Platinum Collision Experts are the real deal. They are honest & kind, don't give you the run-around and truly care about the work that they are doing. I think their hard work really shows through how they interact with their clientele and everyone at this shop is beyond kind. I really appreciate everything that they've helped me with and if I ever need anything moving forward, I know I will be going to them with any issues I might face! Do not sleep on this spot! If your car needs some fixing - this is the place to go!

My car was side swiped at a red light and Gio the owner was right there ready to assist me. I called a few different places with good ratings, but this spot was the final choice. Glad I came here for my repairs. He treated me right from the beginning. Doesn't even look like any damage was done to my car. Eddie the painter was really cool and showed me all the work that was done to fix the damage. I highly recommend them to anybody needing body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A big shout-out to Giovanni and Miss Daisy wonderful people very helpful very professional very patient very kind and very compassionate. They went out of their way to help me on all levels and supported me emotionally through everything which was a really big help because I'm not good under pressure like a car accident. Giovanni went out of his way to show up for me and make sure that I was taken care of and Miss Daisy it was a pleasure to meet you thank you for being so kind and patient with everybody I know sometimes it's not easy especially dealing with customers that are ungrateful and rude but you handled things very well and professional! I'm proud of you for that it says a lot about your character. I'm with OC&C Construction and we use Platinum Collision for all our vehicle repairs. 50+ vehicles on the road, here and there accidents occur and the first person I call is Giovanny. I can get the vehicle there the same day and they work closely with the insurance company to get our vehicles back to us and out working again. I ve now had 2 vehicles done by Giovanni and his incredible team. My brand new Fiat 124 Spyder was involved in a pretty bad accident. Being that the vehicle was new to the market and I was leasing gave me concern as original oem parts were required. Although the parts were new and hard to obtain Platinum Collision eased my concerns. Giovanni sent a tow truck to my home, dealt with my insurance company and made the process so simple. My car came back literally brand new and I have enjoyed every second since! I highly recommend Platinum Collision! My 1978 Chevy Truck was also restored. The color was changed along with bodywork and installation of brand new interior components. Giovanni's patience and knowledge was essential in deciding the correct paint color. Hands down the best shop I ve taken my car to. My car was involved in a hit and run and my front bumper was ruined, hanging off. Giovanni provided EXCELLENT service and ensured that my car was in good hands.I don t know anything about cars or how insurance works, but Giovanni really stepped in and helped me out so much (as well as my dad would if he were there!) He even called my insurance to make sure I had renters insurance for a rental while my car would be fixed. I m so happy with how my car turned out and he even coordinated with me to make sure I got my car before the long 3 day weekend. When the door of my brand new car was dented by a horizontal motorized gate, I sought out quotes from reputable repair shops I knew of and was dumbfounded by what they returned. A friend had taken a car to Platinum Collision Experts and was more than satisfied with the price and the quality of the work, so I decided to give them a try as well. In the end, I cannot tell that my door was ever dented and the work was done for a small fraction of the other quotes I received. That wasn't accomplished by cutting corners, but mostly by removing all the line items for replacing nearby parts that were not damaged and could be reused by exercising care during disassembly. I appreciate a quality job done so efficiently. No waste, just integrity.

Great service quick and efficient called them on a Tuesday they handled everything with the insurance claim helped me get a rental my car was ready the following week on Monday and are always available when you call for questions or updates. This is the second time I come with them and I highly recommended them left my car looking brand new.

This place was recommended by a friend, and I quickly found out why. My girlfriend's car was hit (bumper cracked, fender and door dented, and paint damaged) and insurance was covering the damage. Giovanni helped with the rental arrangements and was professional throughout. Since only one side was being repaired, I paid to have the rest of the car painted so it would match (2017 model with dings, scratches and dents throughout). I had another section of the car repaired and repainted previously by another "cheap" place and it's like they say... I got what I paid for. Although no actual orange peel, the paint had an almost orange peel look; it wasn't smooth. Giovanni gave me a very reasonable price for the sections that weren't being covered by the insurance, and unlike with the previous repair, gave a professional finish. My girlfriend almost cried at how perfect the car was when it was returned to us. "I haven't seen my car look like this since I drove it out the lot." 10/10 would recommend. (Sorry I have no pictures of the actual job, but a week after we got it back the car was totalled. Paint wasn't even dry yet )

Giovanni was super professional and helped me out with an old 2003 pontiac vibe. Safelite tried to replace my windshile and found a little rust and had to cancel my replacement. Giovanni and Platinum Collision repaired the rust and replaced my windshield all in a day. Very grateful for your service thanks guys

Just want to give a massively grateful shoutout to Giovanni and his son for helping me with my car!This afternoon I was about to go on some errands and found that my car was broken into. Someone had tried to find things to take but came up empty. And my car wouldn t start, wouldn t lock, wouldn t open the trunk.As soon as I called Platinum Collision Experts, Giovanni was very calming and reassuring that everything would be sorted. Once we all realized that the battery probably just needs a jump, Giovanni and his son came by my car after hours and jumped my car!This was after hours, shop closed up, dude had absolutely no obligation to help me out.This was incredibly sweet and kind and just goes to show you how important supporting local is. When you support local, you invest in your neighbors who put their heart and soul into the work they do because they love their work and they care about their community.I feel safe and looked out for. And while obviously I hope I never get in an accident in the future, if I do I know, I know where to go, and you should too.Thanks guys!

I decide to get my car fix at this store after having a very informative conversations with the owner.He was very responsive the entire time during the whole process. The result is amazing too. Honestly such an amazing place - these guys go above and beyond to make sure your car looks waaaaay better than it did before. My car was in a hit and run accident and they didn t just repair what had been damaged on my side panels and mirror but did a little extra as well. They truly care about good service here. Will recommend giovanni and his guys to anyone in the area over any other place hands down. I was involved in a car accident a couple months ago and I remembered my brother taken his car to Platinum Collision a couple of years ago and since they took care of the entire process from picking us up from the freeway to retuning the car looking bra-new, I decided to take my car back to same place. Long story short, once my car was in the hands of Platinum Collisions they took care of my car and I got it back within 3 weeks looking like a bra new. The right side of my car was keyed from one end to the other.It looked horrible. I needed it fixed ASAP.I took my car to Alliance Auto collision to get some advice and maybe do some business.Let me tell you, it was the best decision I've ever made. Communication is everything, and Giovanni always made sure I knew what was going on with clear and consistent communication. The staff are busy, but they seem pretty happy to be there and they prioritized my convenience and comfort. The vehicle was nearly totaled, and even though the big panini slowed down a lot of parts for months Platinum Collision Experts got the vehicle in working condition ASAP. Beautiful job detailing the car as well, as the great pandora meant it had be stored for a long while. This is a good place to come to, and they will never make you feel like your questions, or concerns, are trivial.

Mr Geovany from platinum collision has helped me with two of my vehicles my second vehicle put me under a lot of stress but he was there to assist from step 1 to the end by helping me with towing services talking to insurance company and all though my vehicle was a total loss he guided communicated and explained the whole process easing my stress I highly recommend Platinum collision
