I ve gone here for years and never had an issue until now. In fact I always loved their service and prices and recommended many people to use them. I normally would never put up a one star review and would just leave it alone, but I just want people to be aware of the way this place is being run now.So my tire went flat after hitting a curb. I put on the spare and took it straight to Pacific like I ve always done. Normally they check the tire and show me where it s messed up, not this time. They took the rim out of the trunk and rolled the tire right back into their shop as soon as I said I needed a tire.They said there was no used tires available (which never happens) and it would be $150 for a new one. They offered a deal for a better tire (even though they offer the same price everywhere else so there was no real deal ) but I decided to go the cheaper route.Turns out they didn t have the tire available that they offered me, so I had to wait for the tire to be delivered. They brought out my tire, threw it in the trunk, and I left.After thinking about it I decided to get the better tire and pay the difference. I drove back to tell them to not worry about having a tire sent over and that I wanted the better tire. So they raised the price of the better tire on me by $25 and the guy who quoted me earlier denied he ever offered me a lower price.I decided to take my tire elsewhere and drove to a spot in LA. While they were looking at the tire it came up in discussion what brand my tire was (which was Goodyear on all four of my tires) and the guy pointed out that the tire I brought in wasn t Goodyear, it was some random brand I never even heard of.So they took off my name brand tire and replaced it with some off brand other tire!The guy at the shop said the tire was probably fine and just needed to be fit back onto the rim, so they may have took it off to resale it and replaced it with the tire that was on there. And as of now, I couldn t think of any other reason they would swap my tire for a different one.I will never go back here. The whole crew is different than all the other times I came so maybe they did a change in management or who knows what, but they ll get their karma for sure.

This place has been there for me several times throughout the years. I always go here when I have a nail or screw in my tire. Always reliable, quick, fast, easy, affordable service. I highly recommend pacific tire if you are in the area and need service for your tires. The best in the WEST!!!

Their customer service are amazing. They are very friendly, there is one time I went there for them to check my tires, and they find out that the tires are linking and they guy pumped it for free. Am giving them 6 stars because they are good at what they do.

Very happy with customer service here. Will definitely return here gor all of my tire needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. 100% Customer friendly staff. Was treated with much respect. Prices are very reasonable and you will not get overchargef like many other places. They are very fast on getting to your problem fixed.

Well I didn't get any tire work done but I rushed to this shop since i have a hissing sound coming out of my valve stem. A young gentleman from the shop looked and said it was the pin coming loose. He fixed it and put air back on the tire and gave me a valve cap.I offered to pay him for his time but he said no and that it was easy.I just found my new tire shop, having just moved to the neighborhood. The guys there are friendly and legit.

They are quick, clean, professional and courteous. The prices are typical I have a 2000 Honda CRV the tires on that cost $35 each used tires. They told me if I had any problems with the tire for one week I can come back and they will fix it for me.

Found a nail in my tire. Asked a random guy at the gas station while pumping air into my tires. Thank god he recommended this place. $10 for repair. Fast service. Straight to the point. No dilly-dally or trying to sell me something I don't want. Will definitely return anytime I find a nail in my tire.

Great place!...small neighborhood tire shop with friendly staff. Jesus helped me with an emergency situation and he got my tire replaced in under 20 minutes. Located on the West-Side of Long Beach where I grew up.

These guys are the real deal. They will wheel and deal to get your business. Don't have to pay extra for wheel balance, valve stems, taxes like you do with the big boys. Everything is included in one price. The staff is courteous and helpful. The place looks a bit run down but don't let it stop you from buying tires. If you don't see your brand they can order. Have bought 5 sets of tires from these guys and will buy a sixth..

Woke up to a flat tire with missing tread, popped on the spare and headed over here. Parked and within 10 minutes had an affordable used tire slapped on there, paid, and was on my way. They even topped off the air in my spare tire. Wonderful service and highly recommended.

They took out a nail on one of my tires.10 dollars only.They also pump up your tires for free if you are ever flat. They have pumped my tires multiple times without charge.Nice and friendly gentleman highly recommend

Got my tired checked up and they found a hole and got it fixed it cost me 15$ to get it fixedOver all good staffs and fast repair and nice price

This place has always been on point for as long as I can rememeber. I first started driving in 1995 and Pacific Tires has always been the go-to spot to get your tires repaired if it got punctured. If you go to a tire place, they will convince you to get a pair of new tires. For over 20 years, you can trust PT to bring consistent service.

Wow! And mind blowing the speed. 11 mins in n out to mount balance and switch two front tires place in back remove Donut mount tire on rim. I don't have a spare rim. Its like a reaity show. America's tires took in excess of 3 hrs in Torrance to install 1 tire. People buy your new tires and get these Guys mount balance and install. Speed of light serious Dudes and more reasonable than almost everyone else
