I ve been coming here for a while now, servicing my 2001 Lexus. I really appreciate coming to a shop knowing they re being honest and transparent about what I need versus what can wait. I tell as many people as I can about Overseas. I m moving but I ll still share with my friends where to go (if they don t have an American car ). THANK YOU CASSIE!

Amazing service! I needed a timing belt replacement and a few other minor repairs and everything has been going smoothly after a few months. Cassie and the gang are very welcoming and even showed me the wear and tear on my old parts after removal. Great value and a very communal feel. They don't get impatient with my questions either x).Service: General repairs & maintenance

Cassie has been a delight to work with. Everyone at Overseas Garage is top class. I am so grateful to have a trusted, professional and well knowledgeable auto repair shop to take my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder in my neighborhood. I have had to take my car there to get dealer recommended service each time from replacing a bad O2 sensor, solving a engine light issue and replacing my control arms. Cody is the best. I called and they said I needed to make an appointment for an oil change. I told them I work out of state and needed it done today. They were able to squeeze me in for the day and not only that they did my oil change quickly with a first timer discount. All it took was a great first impression. Now I'm hooked. Overseas garage is one of the places in Long Beach that gets finer and finer over time like an aged wine. The OG owner in the 80's worked with my grandparents on both of their cars. Then Andy, the shop owner for the better part of the 2k to now had worked on my family's cars, and always kept them in tip top condition. Now finally, Cassie the new shop keeper has been working on my car for the past couple of years, and has updated and improved the shop and its effectiveness even more. They are people you can trust that will always make sure you know what your car really needs. They are beloved in the community, and I'd never go anywhere else.

Awesome experience. We were visiting family in Long Beach from Portland, OR and our rear brakes were grinding. Overseas Garage took care of our car in no time and replaced the worn brake pads and rotors. Awesome, awesome service, and they saved our road trip. If I lived in the area, they d definitely be the place I d take my cars to all the time.

Overseas Garage s co owner Cassie is an excellent certified mechanic. Easy to understand and I value that she visually walks through urgent/non-urgent repairs. Premium service and a genius team at the shop especially since it is super easy to set up an appointment. The only place I trust with my 4runner and I used to do all my own maintenance and major repairs. They are willing to work with the parts (even oil) that you bring them. Honest, affordable, high quality work. Love that it's not a massive chain and I get to support my local business when I drop my car off here.

My go-to garage in Long Beach. They'll always been fair, honest, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'd keep coming back forever if I wasn't moving. I took my Honda here for everything from oil changes and tune-ups to major part replacements. Never any issues from their services.

There's no question this place deserves a 5-star rating. Over the years I've had my different cars serviced here and I've always been extremely satisfied. The owner, Andy, is honest, thorough, and reliable. Highly recommend Overseas Garage.

As I m sure you know, finding a good mechanics is hard. This is why, even after moving from Long Beach to LA, I still make the drive to get my truck serviced by them. I was raised to distrust independent garages and dealerships. "Son," my dad would grunt. "If you want something done right, then do it yourself." Well, what if we don't have the skill or the time? Then we take it to Overseas Garage! Andy and his team are amazing and are as honest as you can get. I had my front brake pads replaced and it was a painless experience.This is the fourth time in the past year I've taken my vehicle in to Andy and I do not regret spending a single penny here. Andy and his team are honest, dependable and hard-working people. You can't go wrong here!

As good as it possibly ever can get! 5 stars,4 pluses, whatever your method of saying "The Best!" Good old fashion kindness, top quality professionalism and fair prices. Andy is a very kind, fair and knowledgeable person who explains very well what the diagnosis is and the work is done by all top persons. I am almost 60 so I have a few years of experience with taking the car to the shop per se and this shop is the type of shop you always hope to find. The type of place where one feels comfortable leaving the vehicle and saying, "Whatever it needs!" and knowing that's what the vehicle will get and nothing else.Cheers,BK

This place was recommended to us and I have no idea why. When I first took our car there I let them know I just needed a tune up and there was a coolant leak. She said okay we can do an oil change. I said no that's not necessary I just added 3 quarts of oil a few days ago. Then they called on the phone & stated the water pump is leaking which is a big job so we aren't sure if you still wanted to do any other maintenance on the car. I said no probably not because she (lady I take care of) wasn't expecting that so let me tell her and see what she says. She then calls to clarify what exactly is wrong with the car. They inform her of the water pump and tell her they did an oil change so she will need to pay $55.00 plus tax when the car is picked up. The old lady tells me what they say so I call to see what's going on. The girl who answers the phone says we stopped off all the fluids, changed the oil, and put air in the tires. To which I reply so they put transmission fluid in. She says yes. I said how much did it take. She said only a little but all fluids are topped off. I said can you please ask how much transmission fluid. I asked because I know it was out of transmission fluid hence why we needed the tune up in the first place. She said the mechanic was on a test drive they would call me back. She called back and says did you know there isn't a dipstick for transmission fluid I said yes in Volkswagens there isn't. She says so he didn't put any cause that's more labor. I said okay so how do I know you stopped off any fluids of you were wrong about the transmission. She has no response but insist they changed the oil and we owe $58.18 total with tax. Which we paid but I would not recommend this place. They came highly recommended to us but they do not deal with European cars. Only Japanese and Hybrid. They state they can do the maintenance on others but that is not the case in my opinion. I'm sure the mechanics are fine but the girl who works the desk does not have knowledge of what they are doing to the cars in order to inform the owners of the vehicles when calling.

A mechanic friend of mine recommended I bring my 2002 Lancer here to have its water pump replaced. I'm glad I did. Andy took care of the problem the same day, and for less than the original estimate. If you're in the Long Beach area I definitely recommend you give this shop a try.

My son s Toyota had failed smog test, with a list of issues. A little scary to say the least. Andy fount the issue to be electrical and corrected the problem. Two days later passed the emissions test. Good job at a reasonable price. Thanks, Andy.

I got stuck with my car in the middle of the night, and got a recommendation by a friend to call this company. Tow truck arrived quickly (it was very important to me, because I didn't like being alone there). I was treated professional, courteous and pleasant. I'm very pleased, and I have no doubt that if something happens to my car in the future, I will only call them.

They are amazing in every regard, but the best part about them is they're going to recommend to hold off on buying something if it's not needed, or to invest in a new car instead.
