a good shop where to have your electric fix, for semi trucks, you can have your lights fix, your shocks, air bags change, add nice light around your semi and a ton of other products, and the crew very nice people working here, tips of you came here came bobtail , if you a have trailer with you came during the night so you can find a spot, in the day you can't find one

Came to get my stereo installed picked up a few other things as well, always super fast service and very knowledgeable if you got any questions they got the answers. Grace and Carmen were very helpful with helping me get the correct axel covers I was looking for.

awesome place.. but.. beware of parking in the street when you have a container or trailer with you.. some people in the area have a problem and like to remove/take off locks and pins from the container chassis or disconnect the 5th wheel. be very careful

The other time when change couple lights and it was electric issue they never fix it they charge me 480 4/5 hrs wait this place is joke they don t shiet about electric issue on box and plus they drain your wallet this place no good workers they don t have manners they don t now single thing

This place has everything to customize your RigAnd if Otto doesn t have he will order it for youPlus he will help you choosing the best light for your Rig. Believe me he will never try to push a sale. He want you to be happy with the work. They take pride at what they sell and install. You will be back. I guarantee it.

Not a good truck store if you are a new owner operator. They don t offer credit buy now pay later. They will offer it to only people they know personally friend of a friend kind of thing, but if you got money, check them out, they got just about everything highly recommend for clients that have been in business.Personally, I will not be coming back. Those that helped me grow is where I will stay. Those that didn t give me an opportunity. I will not look back to simple as that I understand business is business, but when you provide opportunities and privileges you get rewarded with watching a company grow and staying loyal to you as a customer for giving a helping hand, and that goes along way. Personally, my thoughts. Let me know if I m wrong or mistaken, or just asking for too much, I would like to know.

Allen that owns this company is a crazy man and wants to take money from the employees and has no respect for the employees.This company ain t no place to work and if you want respect and place to be happy and do a job where everyone sees your hard work don t work here.Otto is a bad company and the whole valley knows this company is dirty and don t pay the work you do as far as the hours you work they take so they don t have to pay employees the money and hours they work for!!!

Great services from the start. Spent a lot of money here for many supplies for my company trucks. The manger Richard was very helpful and professional, he helped me a lot and gave me great deals for the supplies I bought. Lifetime customer!! A++ services from the manger he was the one who helped me. Would recommend 100 percent, the quality of the supplies is great. Will come here always when I need supplies.

We went to these guys for two truck visors and lights. We made deal for all parts,taxes, installation, when we came back for installation, they changed prices for everything,so we paid almost $700 extra

Place is clean and organized, and best of all it has all the accessories you need for your trucks plus more! People are great, my husband has been coming here for about 2 years now and we definitely plan on coming back for anything that we need. They have a wide selection of accessories that make you might need for your trucks. I definitely recommend coming here.

I have Ben to Lot truck accessories stores but ottos is great place for all your truck needs and wonderful staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable tech and installer and patience explains all the Details friendly cool guys, about merchandise. And what your truck needs and how works Great Shop for installation professional Team all make models tractor the management and ladies in front and Owner is wonderful man great heart and this place they make customers feel like part family when you walk in door this is truck heaven I Ben in business for 30+ year's 2.5 million miles Award Winner U.S you got stop here !

5 stars are for the guys that install all very helpful on the other hand one of the higher ups acts like he is doing you a favor and it s a hassle asking him a question you ask him about a light you won t get an answer or it s function or input on what ur looking to get been here 3 different times and have spent close to 2 grand everytime this last time I went 4 of my watermelon lights were out so I decide to change it over to strips wiring was already there however upon looking at the placement after the fact I was not satisfied strips looked zig zagged from a far because under the bumper wasn t flush and I wasn t aware till after they were on I asked to move them was told we dont like doing things twice and that s where u wanted them and it cost money which I m well aware of it was a matter of moving them inches for where I wanted them to be I also got a light panel in the back hangers and brought these dual revolution lights that go on the door and fender a steering wheel and replaced my shifter extension that already had airlines ran to a different color one the labor alone cost me 750 the shifter extension and steering wheel along with replacing the existing burnt out watermelons to strips was maybe 30 minutes tops and the lights I brought another 30mins the rest of the 5 hours i was there was for the pannel with guys taking there breaks and lunches and other misc things which I don t have a problem with but don t charge me for that 750 comes out to 150 dollars an hour also I keep up with my aluminum and really most of the time let it slide but you should instill in the employees the amount of effort and money some drivers put into there trucks being cautious around it the higher up put a bad taste in my mouth about moving the strips forward with his attitude towards me your chasing this dude down for things your trynna spend money on along with his outrageous labor cost if I really wanted to be a punk I d claim multiple knicks and scratches with the paint and aluminum but the installers I don t have a problem with

Second time here and another bad experience with the girl at front desk Cynthia. First time here this girl charged my card 2 times same transaction said my bank would cancel on transaction and refunded my money. Never happened. Came back because they have a good selection of stuff. But the exact same problem with the same girl. She charged me once said it didn't go thru and wanted to run my card again. I checked my bank and the money was already out of my account. She kept saying it didn't go thru I called my bank and they said everything was fine it was something on ottos side. So I canceled my purchase going to take my business elsewhere.

The best customer service you can imagine! Very helpful, polite and courteous and willing to help you with anything they have available including installing!.....Thanks Otto for a great job! My husband loves this place and he Rrefers everyone to you!!! Definitely 2 thumbs up!

If you consider going too this joint, make sure The owner is the one helping you look for a part, otherwise your gonna run into his bad attitude employee older guy with greyish hair and glasses (he can be seen on this shops pictures ^^^) ,,, dude answers your questions as if he s doing you a favor smh. I would get my parts here before but after my experience with his new employee I m taking my money elsewhere.

They had two universal blue/black seat covers in stock! I've been searching for them since driving a tractor trailer long haul I wouldn't get them from Amazon or Ebay in months. The staff are young, eager, helpful and I was concerned about English speakers in the Long Beach area; their English is perfect, better than some southern truck drivers I've heard. Thanks Otto!

The most awesome parts store of any kind I have ever seen. It looks unassuming from outside except for the red glow of lit, displayed LED lighting mounted to displays. Inside is every semi tractor interior, and lighting part you could imagine. Plus bezels, manufacturers headlight assemblies, air bags for seats and suspension. Chromed lug nut covers, mud flap hangers, air valves for braking and ride height. Lots of dress up chrome for every part of your semi tractor....and the prices are good, really good. They have a team to install stuff right there on premises, and there are tractors everywhere proving that this place is the bomb!!!

Great service great options great selections open on Sundays this place saved the day,they have everything like brake shoes and brake drums every single light and light bulb that you can think of they mostly only carry LED replacement lights they also carry cleaning supplies and oils and fluids For big rigs they also have replacement bumpers and replacement headlight assemblys

Good prices. Service. I think ottos son needs to concentrate more on providing customer service and les talking every single time i go there he pays little attention because hes gossiping with some one whos not even a customer

If your drivers are sharing anything about your company it's that they obviously don't care about the people around them and the and that they can't get off their cell phone for 2 minutes to pay attention.

I walked in looking for a half fenders I talk to Otto great guy very helpful I just did like the prices too steep for me but they do install whatever you buy so maybe I'll be back!!
