I ve been taking my car here for a few years now and they have always done a great job, customer service has always been friendly, their prices have been reasonable and I have never had a single problem with my car after services or any of the employees here. They have been accommodating to my situation even when it s been a last minute fix and an emergency. I will continue to bring my car in and referring people to Orozcos Auto Service just as long as they are reasonable in pricing and stay being friendly to their customers.

I took my car to Orozco s based on a friend s referral. I had taken my car to the dealer and pepboys for a noise that they could not fix. I was actually told my Turbo was broken and it would cost thousands to fix. Orozco s mechanics diagnosed the car, kept me inform and fixed the issue for so much less than the other two repair places. Car runs beautifully. And Turbo was never the issue. Great customer service, beautiful reporting, constant updates and fair prices. I don t live close but will travel to them if need repairs again.

I only take my Range Rover to Orozco's because I trust them and they treat me very well, always professional, kind, and friendly. They are also thorough and provide all of the details I need to know to make the best decisions for service and repairs that may be needed. They also give me free cookies! Highly recommend them!

I found Orozco s after the dealer had let me know the cost of repair on my Dodge Charger would be $1500 at a minimum. Amanda provided a great customer experience. She allowed me time to double check with other auto mechanics and in the end Orozcos was the best option for the service I needed. The honesty and customer service were some of the best I ve seen. Thank you and I know where I ll be taking my car for future services.

Always have a phenomenal experience at Orozco s Auto Service. Edward is really nice to work with. Gets updates out quickly and I appreciate that because we re always so busy. Pedro Pablo is fun when he gives us rides home or to get a rental car. It s nice to have the same level of customer service for over 10 years.

This place is inconsiderate to others time. I sent my vehicle here just for a diagnostic and my vehicle was just sitting for 2 days without any diagnostic. I truly felt this was extremely inconsiderate to my time and the urgency I stated before leaving my vehicle. It s very unfortunate I had to call them Saturday to check on my vehicle and find out nothing was done. It was a engine light check smh If you did not have time I would have appreciated the notification. This only showed me how important customers are to them. Never again

Very transparent and they do not try to overcharge by recommending unnecessary work. The Orozco team offered transportation while my car was being worked on and were nice throughout the entire process. They even gifted us delicious cookies!! Was visiting the Long Beach area and my car overheated. Luckily I found Orozco's nearby and they were able ( even understaffed on a Saturday) to diagnose and resolve my problem for a reasonable price and the same day. I wish we had one of these in Ventura.

Like most people, looking for an auto technician shop can be extremely difficult, & exhausting. Trying to find a trustworthy auto service shop & decent prices are scary. However, Eddie at Orozco's Auto Service took good care of us. Services were done in a timely manner & at an affordable price!

As always, straight-forward auto mechanics. Analyzed the problem (power steering pump failure at 162K miles) and made repairs. Expensive but less than at Honda dealership, and a lot less than car payments for something newer.

Great service from beginning to end. Let s face it, when you call a mechanic you are already stressed out but Eddie made the transaction easy and clear. I m grateful my AAA app directed me to them. I have gone to Orozco s on Atlantic for a couple major repairs and they are real professionals. Their prices are standard, but I go back for their excellent customer service. They are amazing at providing service updates and provide great detail on the actual repairs. I would highly recommend people to get their car serviced at Orozco s if you are in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had issues with my car to the point where I shouldn t drive far and end up at Orozco s since they were so close. My experience was a very good one. Feels like a very personal and honest interaction with all the staff. Definitely will brining my car back here for any future maintenance.They also offered me some free cookies, which I finally tried. Very delicious!Thanks Victor!

Excellent shop, excellent service! We were on a road trip and needed to get back to WA state, and just before we were heading out, my truck developed a leak in a brake line and the pedal went to the floor. Orozco's was able to squeeze us in and get our brakes fixed in just 1 day, and we were back on the road. I highly recommend this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Very helpful! My car s cylinders were misfiring and Eddie helped me out to get my coils and spark plugs replaced. Eddie from the Long Beach Blvd. site directed me here when I stopped by his place originally and their entire block was out of power. Both Eddies are extremely kind and helpful. Eddie on Atlantic made sure I was always kept up-to-date with car s progress through phone calls and text messages. Their office had coffee so I was able to sit and take my morning meetings there while waiting for my ride. I was a drop-in so it understandably took some time until they were able to run a diagnostic on my car. To do a diagnostic, replace coils and spark plugs, open up the vale and do a valve adjustment took about 3 days. Dropped it off Wednesday morning, finished Friday evening, picked it up Saturday morning. Given the service and turn around, I would recommend Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I was driving one day and noticed that my abs and traction control light turned on while I was rolling down the highway I came in here with no appointment and was welcomed by Eddie, who was able to take my car in for a diagnostic of the abs and traction control light. It turns out they found a fault with the module. They were definitely more reasonably priced than going to a dealer (1500 to the dealers 3300 price) for the same OEM module. The service was quick and the staff was very welcoming. This place gives me a honest local business in Long Beach that I ll definitely be coming back to.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

I don t know where to start off on how good this place is to me especially the customer service in particularly Edward. He s on it and he doesn t lie to you like other places I ve been to, he explains everything to you on why your vehicle needs the items replaced and maintained to keep your car running like new. Have used Orozco's several times over the last decade and always found them friendly and helpful for my more serious car troubles. As expected they were just as good when it came time for my latest oil change. Sent my a nice comprehensive inspection report as well, detailing issues they found with my car but didn t push me for more work to be done. Will certainly come to them again in the future, nice to have a good place to trust my aging car to.Service: Oil change
