Great and affordable prices. They do not try to oversell you on items, and really do their best to understand you and your car. I have grease leaking out of my axle and unable to afford to pay 500$ to replace it at the time. So what I was suggested by Jose is make an appointment when I want the axle fixed so they ll have the piece already approved and ordered by the time my appointment date comes and have my car fixed ASAP. I really appreciate the care and attention they give to their customers. Definitely the best auto shop I ve been too.

I have been to these guys 2 times - the first time for my car ac & I thought it was going to be a simple fix but it turns out there was more to be done than the previous (mechanic) had told me. But they fixed it right & told me that the previous person was wrong.The 2nd time was for a check engine light code which they also fixed for me & made sure it passed smog.. happy I went to them. Eddie always makes sure they get it done right! Definitely recommend.

I have never been to Orozco s prior to my visit, but my workplace has a history with the shop and have not encountered any issues; This gave me more of a reason to trust the quality of care they provide and now I can agree first-hand.Even with my financial situation, team was capable of working with me and suggested several options until we came into an agreement. I needed my brakes to be replaced along with my rotors; I was only able to afford the brakes but luckily, with further inspection, the rotors had enough life left to be resurfaced.1 week and a trip to Temecula later my brakes still hold up with no squeals, shakes, or lack of stopping power.Thank you Orozco s for your service!

My family has been using a Roscoe's Auto service for many years. They are currently servicing my Subaru and my grandson's Toyota RAV4 along with my husband's mini Cooper. They're capable of handling any brand car making model. The staff is fast, courteous and honest! I Highly recommend them

Do not bring your car to these guys for a/c work. Brought in an Acadia because of all of the recommendations. $350+ later I regretted leaving this vehicle there. I was able to get the system charged and within 2 weeks, all refrigerant was lost. Came to them and they held the vehicle for over 6 hours only to recover, vacuum and refill the system. Not only did they not fix it but they left the car idling for 2 hours while checking for a leak. I took them our family car because it wasn t cooling. I even told them, I checked it out and believed that it was the a/c evaporator. Huge job! Dashboard needed to be removed. When the refrigerant was lost 2 weeks later I knew they had got me! Wife took the vehicle back and they still couldn t figure it out so they recharged the system for free. When the a/c went hot 2 weeks later I had no choice but to take it to someone who knew what they were doing. Lynn s Auto Air in Bellflower were able to diagnose my vehicle within 1.5 hours. What do you know .it was the evaporator in the dashboard. Avoid Orozcos for a/c work! On a good note, their guys are courteous and give you a ride home if you leave your vehicle but they don t have a clue about a/c repair!

These guys are the real deal. Came in to fix my broken clutch on Honda civic SI (10th generation) . It was fixed in less than week. Price was reasonable however quality was outstanding. Afterwards, my car was driving better than new! If you want your car fixed, these guys are the best! Also ask for David , he made my whole experience very informative, professional, and excellent customer service!

Avoid going to this place. I went to this place because it was recommended by the Long Beach Best Magazine but I soon learned to regret it. Eddie the manager and his assistant David are very condescending and unprofessional. My car sat untouched for close to 6 hours despite being assured my car was going to be worked on right away at my arrival for my scheduled appointment. When you try to get an update from them because they fail to keep you informed, they are no where to be found. The staff there is completely lost, doesn't care or both.

Excellent customer service! I Went in with a fleet vehicle that had a bad alternator and the gentleman in the front (Eddie Flores) was very helpful, honest and professional. He explained that the work would take some time and provided me with a ride to my office. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the other gentleman at the front desk (David Jimenez) was also very professional, honest and helpful. The mechanics did an excellent job at an affordable price. I will definitely bring them more business because of this experience and the way they treated me. Thank you Orozco's!!!

Best mechanic ever! My family and I were traveling from Idaho and our van broke down in Long Beach. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, comfortable, and that our car had excellent service. Eddie, the mechanic that worked on the van was diligent in find parts and swapping out the timing belt, water pump, and cracked radiator. I cannot recommend Orozco's enough. I had a very good experience working with David and his colleagues at orozco s! My 2019 jeep Cherokee was just randomly shutting off after a few minutes of driving but I had no dashboard warning lights. I checked the batter and alternator and they both checked out fine so I decided to take it in so someone could figure out what was happening. I tried to do an online appointment first but There was in issue with my online appointment, so I called to double check the appointment time and David rescheduled me for the next best possible date. When I dropped off the car they were very courteous and professional. I actually really enjoyed talking with them. They made sure to get a thorough account of my issues and took a pre-inspection to make sure my car was returned in the same cosmetic condition. I needed my car relatively quick as it is my only means to get to work. David and his team worked quickly and efficiently to figure out my issue and turned my car around in just two working days! They were very transparent with me and provided inspection updates as they were checking the car for the issue. Overall it was A very smooth process usually getting your car fixed is stressful but these guys made it a Much better experience! I would definitely recommend this group.( Long Beach Blvd location)Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

They were able to get me in the same day and give me an estimate. And I was able to pick it up the next morning after I had been told by other places they wouldn t be able to even look at it for half a week. Super nice and fair. So glad I found a great local mechanic.

Clean garage, thorough service, honest technicians. Even though this time they could not figure out what was wrong with my car, I know they spent time on running Diagnostics. my bill was as it should have been. $0.0 Even though Diagnostics cost $200 most places want to charge you for it even if they are not successful

I was quotes 900+ dollars for a brake job on a 2014 tacoma rear breaks. I went in for a soft pedal and 600 dollars and 8 hrs later I walked out and the only parts replaced were none. It was a fluid flush at 12 dollars a quart they charged 60 a quart. I had to go back multiple times. With a final time when the breaks were coming a part as they assembled them wrong. I then drove 4 hrs on my way to San Francisco and additional noise the brake spring were not attached correctly and popped out again. Was fixed on the side of the road. Currently disputing the charges with the credit card overpriced and incorrectly charged and the job wasn't even done right.Service: Brakes

I initially called Orozco s Auto Repair over the phone with David to ask questions regarding my car issues, which was the engine light, among other things. I took my car in and had the diagnostics done and quickly found the issue was the catalytic converter and was repaired quickly. My car feels great and no longer had the issues it had before. Thank you to Eusensio, the technician and David the service advisor for helping me throughout this period. My family has been going here for over 20 years and suggested I go in when I needed a brake inspection. Eddie and the rest of his team are so great! Great customer services and quick. I ended up not needing new brakes but they did an oil change for me and put on new windshield wipers. The service is excellent. The mechanic and office manager took extra care in diagnosing my check engine light problem. They were took the initial steps to solving the problem without charging for an additional analysis test unnecessarily. This was a big savings. Took my car in for an alignment and change of Brake fluid. Eddi helped me and he was very helpful! They went above and beyond to help me get these services done along with helping me understand what was going on and any other services and problems my car may need done in the near future along with pictures provided to you by n their CARFAX app with full descriptions. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and I will continue to take my car in to them. I m overall very happy and satisfied with their work and overall service. I have never felt cheated on prices or lied too.

I accidentally put power steering fluid in the breaker fluid container and they went ahead and bleeded the system and fixed my truck and they caught that my suspension was failing and i could have got in a accident. I asked for a estimate to fix that as well and they gave me one. They are very nice and helpful. I loved that they checked my whole truck 40 different things and sent me a link of what they checked and what didn t work or needed changing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
