If you have expensive wheels or care about your wheels don t come here! Came in on a Saturday decided to come here to support a local small business but I will never come back here again. Reminded you the wheels have never been touched ever, same tires that came from the dealer so no scratches or curb rash. I pointed out they scratched both of my wheels they swapped my tries on. They all stated it was like that before it was old damage, that it was curb rash funny because if it was curb rash it would be the face of the lip. Not the edge of the wheel on both my driver side and passenger side. If you want great work & people you can trust head over to PERFORMANCE PLUS TIRE

Don't believe these one star reviews. These guys are awesome! Brought in my 27 foot RV and they gave me the 5 star treatment. One tire was going flat and they checked it. No nails. Cleaned the inside of the rim. No leaks. Finally applied a solution to the in side of the rim. The tire has stayed inflated going on 3 weeks. Thanks Ochoa you guys Rock!

Worst Tire alignment!!! AVOID !! had to come back 3 times to fix it the lady in the office WILL LIE TO YOU saying your cars needs parts had to drive with a crooked steering wheel.

Horrible experience. It makes me so sad because I ve been coming here for years.Unfortunately, the staff that was here treated me with so much disrespect, maybe because I am a woman and they see me selfless.I couldn t believe they took the air out of my tires and left me stranded after they cause my tire to ripe with their machinery.Sadly I had to stay outside in the rain. I don t recommend this tire shop to anyone.They mistreat women.

If your a women don t come. You will not believe the harassment of treatment you can get at this place. If Monster inc is your favorite movie ! Go there !! The receptionist looks exactly like the receptionist from monster inc.

This place has the worst costumer service imaginable. The worker inside the office (the lady) is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. They sold me a tire not the size of my vehicle and refused to refund me or exchange it. This place should be shut down immediately. (I have my recorded receipt and evidence of them treating me disrespectfully and no way to treat a mother with 3 babies in the car.)

I took my car here and this young man named Max helped with my tires and brakes and he did an amazing job!! Max was very nice and professional! This young man definitely needs a raise, he does amazing work!!

Stop DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!These guys way of generating business is completely deplorable they try and take advantage of those who don't know any better it's sad... I have a good amount of mechanics expertise I've never brought any of my cars to anyone to work on it unless it required a machine that I that do not own I I just put new tire rods in my car and needed an alignment they were the Only place open when I finished with the tire rods so when I brought it there it was very fast had it done in about 20 minutes a when I was driving away I heard a very loud scraping sound coming from the wheels so I brought it back and the guy told me that they didn t take the wheels off so it could ve been them but that they could do my brakes for like 140 bucks l declined I get home and check it out and they have pushed the break rotor dust Cover up against the rotor so it made noise hoping I think it s the brakes and get them to do new brakes Then a few days later I m noticing of a car is riding strange so I checked out the tires and the steel belts are showing on both tires in the front and my neighbor says oh you need an alignment I told him I just had one done so I take it back to the place And show them and they try to sell me a set a tires and alignment for $480 I said your not gonna even try to to make this right ? He says $450 cash I bug vtold him I had perfect good tires before I had my alignment done the first time why would I bring it back here you clearly don t know what your doing and left

I was there to do my alignment and the lady was rude... I also ask if we could use the restroom my daughter had to really I se it so they gave us the key but was very dirty like a HOMELESS BAR... AND there was not toilet paper so i ask the owner and she said yelling at us if there is NOT TOILET PAPER THERE IS NOT... so i gave her the key back and said if you are mad and you don't like your job it's not my problem here is the key we are leaving. SO DESAPOINTED ABOUT THAT PLACE i don't recommend it at allI also paid for the alignment and the guy said I had to come back in 2 month and pay again to re due the alignment... what kind of business they do so we have to come back every 2 month to re make the alignment. Sound like a scaming people and we got scammedDon't come here

Love this place. They are honest and reliable. I have brought my Mercedes Benz and my Infiniti here during emergency flats and they have been able to help me without any problems. They are always honest and never try to up sell you. The prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you.Today I had a hit some debris on the freeway and managed to get to the shop. The tired was fully destroyed and they didn't have the exact same tire size. They managed to install a similar tire while the replacement tire arrives. Awesome place with excellent customer service.

Stopped at Ochoa tires on a Sunday everyone else pretty much closed. My size of tire is a typical and not easily found. They assisted us beyond belief. These folks are great people. Update very helpful and gracious simply the best folks around

I realized one of my tires was extremely low. I pulled in to Ochoa's and was greeted by one of the employees immediately. The employees there were very friendly. The fixed my tire in no time at all and I was very satisfied with what they charged.

The employees where very helpful only that one lady rolling around that had an issue with the service that was needed (changing tire for a SmartCar)Lady if you want client clean your attitude because only the 2 guys doing the work greet and are kind unlike you with your bitter attitude.

I had a perfect experience with Ochoa s tire service. Quote was reasonable. Quick and efficient with the service. Even made my car nice and clean. Will be using them for all future tire needs. Keep up the good work

I came in with low tire pressure warning on 3 tires, 1 was flat. The technician jacked up my car with us in it, took off the flat, put a patch and put air in all our tires. All within 30 minutes from the time we got there and he was fixing up another car at the same time! The service from start to finish was amazing! I could not have asked for better service! Ochoa s is where to go to get the best!

Great place to get tires fixed or replaced. I take my Nissan and my van here when I need tires fixed. I usually have to wait about 5-10 minutes, but I expect it because there's always customers and I usually don't have an appointment. Great customer service and I don't feel taken advantage of.

Very fast service, the mechanics were very nice and welcoming. I went in for a tire balancing, they found a nail in one of my tires and fixed it ASAP. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good and fast service

A bunch of thieves and poor service. I wanted to get my brakes replaced, they said and needed new rotors, brakes, adjustment on steering, shocks, blah blah blah I said ok I ll do the brakes and replace the rotors. They charged me $980 I knew it was too much but did it anyways. A month later I m at a different shop because it was making funny noises, they said they did not lube the brakes at all and they refinished the rotors not replaced them. AVOID THIS SHOP!! I m all for mom and pop s shops but not when they do shady deals.

I went to change my rear brakes, very rude people, they charged $30 only to inspect the car and $450 for breaks.

Saving you all the trouble. Just don t come here or their location in paramount. If there s any place to rate with zero stars it s this one. They re deceitful, price gouging and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE. They re going to take you for all you re worth. They will gaslight you and act like they didn t hear you or understand what you asked for. They will try to make it up to you by throwing in a free service that s not even worth waiting for or costs anything in the first place. If you want to pay 3x the amount you should be paying then yeah maybe this is the place for you.

Everything about this place and our service was just perfect! The staff had amazing customer service. They took care of everything we needed and did a great job on our vehicle! No problems at all!! The price matched our service as well! Highly highly recommend!!!
