The store itself is clean, well organized, clear signs on what is in the isles. Employees seem to know what they are talking about. They give each customer individual attention and don't rush them just to get to the next customer.I'll say that 7 out 10 times it's a good experience as far as customer service and getting some answer for the initial visit. Competitive prices with most things.

Wow ...... Please do not take your hard earned money to a business establishment like O'Reilly's please!!!Ridiculous prices, over priced definitely,they and the $rich people who owned this business are robbing our community and we support this business? #1 top places for parts is Clark's auto in Lakewood on Lakewood Blvd,for sure guaranteed! I learned about Clark's auto through my family, family mechanic, and general people in my community who love and support Clark's, especially because of the reasonable prices, and by the way, today I needed a window regulator, I wanted to check around even though I already know that Clark's would be the best choice, well, Auto zone,$100 for both parts, regulator and regulator engine, Clark's $105 and sometimes every once and a while, AutoZone might beat Clark's prices, very rare though. And as for O Reilly.....$450 and that is for only one part As a committee and a local community activist member,we need to come together and start boycott places and businesses in are communitys like these who steadily getting $rich by sucking the blood out of the humble one's........ scandalous!!!! And if you do not believe what I am saying? Call Clark's, auto Auto zone and ask for the window regulator and call O'Reilly's and compare for yourself.........

I purchased a pair of 110 minute 6V battery packs from the only brand available from O'Really mid 2022 to use in my class A turbo diesel motorhome. In summary, today in mid-2023 I am replacing this pair of batteries for the FIFTH TIME, because these batteries are the WORST BATTERIES IN THE UNITED STATES, they simply make memory and gradually run out weekly until they no longer charge! The last time I went to change the batteries under warranty, the HOMERO seller was extremely rude, he even said that it would be the last time they would replace the batteries, and the 1 year warranty was still in effect. I was extremely offended, I will never buy anything from O'Really again, they are very expensive and low quality products!! Seller HOMERO does not deserve to represent O'REALLY.

O'Reilly Auto Parts on Long Beach boulevard to south of PCH is one of the best O'Reilly's I've ever been to they really help you out down there I was in and out of there in 10 minutes of a whole bunch of stuff I spent a lot of money. They are very helpful. Very clean store, nice people and so kind. If they don't have it in stock they can order it right there and it comes in pretty fast excellent store excellent people I thank them very much for my parts . what a godsend this store is...!!!

They are always available and helpful. They checked my 'check engine' light, advised me on what I need, and provided helpful service every time. I live in the LBC and have been here several times, never had a bad experience.Never a line either, and the place is spacious and well stocked, I highly recommend it. Affordable prices, they have a wide range of quality, so something for everybody.

It was ok ,but I wished the gentleman would of helped me with my distributor cables instead of letting mi figure it out. Now my car keeps stalling n then suddenly stops.

This is now my second bad experience. Last visit they sold me the wrong oil filter. My Altima dumped 6 quarts of oil on my driveway. They took no responsibility. I went in yesterday for a new gas cap. As well as having my car checked to find out why my engine light was on. They had one person working for 5 customers and when another person did come to work (by the name of Chris) he told me he did not have the time and that they are short workers . I told time the other guy said to wait and he would do it. He said his company knew they did not have workers so he just could not do it. I left. Never again.

Did not have my part in stock and the lady staff tried to over sale me on a battery for $290 vs $ 75 in stock battery that I needed. The ladies staffer was rude!

Worst possible experience.Had me waiting around for 3 days for a battery. Everyday I would call for an update and the answer was I don t know why but the other store forgot to load it into the delivery truck. New one kept getting ordered everyday, but none showed up. Got tired of waiting, went and got a refund so I can take my business elsewhere.I understand the mistakes were made by other stores bit, but company still needs to have better internal controls.I still believe I was lied to and upsold a more expensive battery than what I needed (it s a 2017 Hyundai, not a Tesla so it shouldnt be that hard to find).

Very Good Customer Service. I spoke on the phone with one of their associates (I wish I got his name) and he treated me very well on the phone. He even went the extra mile to get info about my vin number just to try to get the right part for my car when we were having trouble finding it. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Came here after making a trip to Autozone on Willow. Those guys wouldn't attempt to even try to help doing a load test. Called here and they said bring the batteries down and lets try and see if it works.Service - Great phone and in person service given here at the store.Store - Looked stocked and well taken care of.Covid - They do a great job respecting clients by keeping a 6ft distance.Prices - Probably a bit more than Autozone, but they carry better quality products.Parking - Plenty of parking in the lot, a bit dirty but it comes with the area.Overall great experience and will come back for other Automotive part needs.

I get my synthetic motor oil here. Prices are much better than the market or CVS or Target. They have a 5 quart deal thats pretty good too! Easy parking right in front.

I try not to ever go here. Few days ago needed a part asap, the lady helping a customer in front of me was really mean to him, with a frustrated attitude just because the guy couldn t speak proper english and was unsure of the part name. Then the other girl that helped me had an attitude as-well because i didn t let an old man cut in front of me. Rules are rules baby. Thats the issue with people working to long at a job, they start treating you like you are just an issue that adds to there frustration. Went to napa and an Og helped me out right away.

Your website stinks. I have a saved store, and when I do a search for an item it takes me to another store...If I want something from another store, I either drive to it, or get a store to store transfer!!!!!You need to make the website more customer usable!!!

I love this place, the management there and staff are very courteous and attentive to our needs. The lines move quick and the employees help you install win show wipers and 2 battery test for you for free.

Very helpful! Got the brand, the style and model....and she (Breanna) even helped me install the RAINX wiper blades as I was on my way to a dinner and wanted to stay pretty clean!
