I ve been going here for 10+ years and have always had positive experiences with all employees. But my last few visits I ve unfortunately had to deal with Irene. She s extremely rude and disrespectful. I m not going to write an essay and describe every experience with her, instead I ll just going to go to auto zone down the block from now on because of her horrible customer service.

I wanted to scan my car because I had no ID to use the scanner. I understand ,but I also asked if he can scan the car himself ,and refused even though I had parked the car right in-front if the store as of 2024 AutoZone winning on customer service head on down to Atlantic and south not to far from here .

Easy experience. Needed to buy a battery, they made sure I didn't overpay. Randy was helpful with buying the wiper blades, and Jose helped me install them. Solid 5 star experience.

My new friend Jos helped me out with my check engine issues and wiper blades! He wouldn't even let me fill up the wiper fluid reservoir! Great service all around!

Bad customer service experience, I guess owners don't care if their staff don't give a damn if the store offers good customer service or not, just go to a different location if you want to avoid the bad taste and find the part or product that you are looking for

Have the parts you need the majority of the time or can get them same day or next day prices are competitive and will price match.

Wednesday 1/25 @ 6:05pm .Very rude people who work here and horrible customer service. There's a heavier set women with long pointy nails who works here who gives dirty looks and give you attitude when you ask a question. Not busy at all when i walked in & everybody is just chillen in the front counter doing nothing but talking and cracking jokes. Very unproffesional

Have shopped here several times, always nice employees but today found out brake lights both went off, called and spoke to woman to see if they had bulbs, they did and she said maybe they could help replace them for me, I went and a nice gentleman replaced for me at no charge, both then worked. I haven't seen too many people such as them!

My wife bought wiper blades and she asked if they can help her put them on and they said no. He said he couldn't leave his coworker alone in the store. They were not busy just standing by the counter. No customers in store. I've ask before with only 2 workers and they change my wipers no problem. Just plain LAZY!!

Went in to get some new windshield wipers to take home and install. Manager Susie helped me out, went above and beyond, installed them for me without asking. Really appreciate her great customer service.

Terrible service they will get your parts wrong and send you in circles, won t even address you as you re in front of them, recommending the location on artesia and Atlantic or the location on alondra and downey

The two employees that were "working" at the time of my visit were unhelpful and lazy.I was given a vague non educated reply to my question so I asked him to check in computer and he again decided to reply with his lack of knowledge so I told him to just check the computer and it proved him to be incorrect .. now he wasn't just ignorant now he was ignorant with a bad attitude. I had him bring the part to counter, I checked it and got part# then said thanks for ur help and walked out and drove to the O'Reilly on long beach Blvd to buy it ... whoever hired that guy must've been in a pinch or related to him

Thru O Reilly Auto I ordered a turn signal switch for a 90 Corolla. I dealt with Rudy, who said it would be here 5pm the next day and that he would call me when it arrived. The next day I called after five o clock and was told the delivery hadn t come yet, and he d call me. The evening passed with no phone call. This was distressing because I had a window with my mechanic for 8am the next day.As I had missed my window I had no urgency to pick up the part, and sure enough, they didn t call the next day either. Meantime I ordered the part from eBay for one third O Reilly s cost. When I called O Reilly to cancel the order, Rudy asked, Didn t you pick it up yet? He added that in order to cancel the order I had to go in with the credit card with which I bought it. When I got there Susie said I hadn t needed to come in, and she went ahead and cancelled the order. This was my only and last time dealing with any O Reilly store, cuz that s how it works.

I prefer this store over the auto parts store with similar products. Employees are more friendly and take the time to help you and most of all, listen to your needs.Prices are cheaper than any where else and have choices on quality and price.

Liz was very helpful and addressed all my needs. Her automotive acumen is second to none. More importantly she was just a good person! The inside of my car has never looked better. Thank you O rally for providing such an authentic honest representation for your Atlantic Blvd location. I will certainly look for Liz for future automotive needs.

I asked to use the code reader and the first night I asked I only had to leave my ID. I couldn't find where to plug it in so I had to google it and come back the second night and the guy working there asked for my ID and my ATM card. It just happened about 45min ago so I will check for charges tomorrow but I got a real bad feeling. This was in Long Beach, Ca on Atlantic.

Very helpful and nice employees. If you have problems finding a part don't be afraid to ask for assistance as they do have a wide variety of merchandise. It's located on Atlantic and 52nd St in Long Beach so tge neighborhood isn't great. Across from Jack in the Box. Right next door to Dollar General Store. Its very competitive with the other automotive stores.

I needed windshield wipers. I phoned and was fortunate to have had Leonard answer the phone. He asked a few questions about car info; then, he gave me a price range; invited me to store, and stated that the windshield wipers were installed free. I asked for a recommendation and he gave one. He thanked me for calling. I went into the store and he was exactly as he had been on the phone: friendly, professional, resourceful. In fact, the one that he had recommended was a sale.

I live near the area and overall orielly's auto store is better than autozone just a few blocks down, but in terms of service it is really bad. I went to buy parts for the car I was trying to fix and because of an employee who told me they could test parts before I installed them to determine if they were the problem to my engine I agreed to bring them in. After bringing the parts in I am informed by a younger newer employee who is just learning that they cannot test the parts after another employee informed me they could. Well supposedly a more experienced employee informed they could the following day so I delayed my work in order to find the problem. The following day I take my parts in to be tested and there was no other customer in the store and three employees that appeared to be in a confrontation in front of me the customer who is trying to fix his car. After a good ten minutes or so of just standing there waiting they tell me they can't test the parts.... what the hell is going on here this is not the way to run a buisness. Especially not one where the parts in total run up to 200 300 dollars. This store needs to learn to be more attentive and provide a helpful environment for the customer with adequate knowledge and honest integrity if the employee does not know procedure they should direct the customer to some one that does, and not lie to the customer that they cannot do a service simply because they do not know how to. My experience here was terrible and did not get me closer to fixing my car now I am just stuck with parts that I do not know if they work or not. Spending a lot of money for no reason because this store cannot get their shift together.

Tried to recycle my used oil here, as I've been doing so for years. One of the employees opened my container, sniffed it, and told me they couldn't recycle it because it was "contaminated" and smelled like gasoline. Little did they know I was a technician and some fuel does mix with the oil (as well as many other contaminants) over time, especially in the winter because of cold starts. I cannot stand incompetence. Went to the AutoZone down the street. They recycled it no problem. No longer going there.

Leonard G employee has terrible customer service. Super rude. Gave me a hard time giving me my refund after I showed him proof of my Cc and ID. I wanted my refund in cash and he said he was going to do it his way and not give me my refund the way I wanted it . I told him last time I wasn't given that issue and he claimed that he knew...... yet decided to discrimate and act like I couldnt be trusted. He claimed he was going to return it to the same cc and yet I was able to give me a totally different cc and still return it to a different card and couldnt simply give me my refund in cash..... he even looked at me really evil as I was walking in. Shouldn't have people with this energy working where customer service is really important.

Great place to shop for auto parts. Just inform your car model and the staff for tell exactly what you need. The order was quick and easy if the parts are not in stock.
