Great experience. The team here did an inspection and fixed a couple issues I was having, all free of charge (the issues were very minor). They printed me out a clean bill of health for my car and I was able to use that to sell it for more than I thought I would get. I ll definitely keep coming back to Mountain View, this location on Bellflower Blvd in particular

I called to bring my vehicle in and dropped it off at about 10:30 AM. After I dropped off my vehicle I was told by associate Leo that my vehicle would be in 2-3 hours. I called again at around 1:15 PM and I was told by Leo that my vehicle would be done within 30 to 45 minutes. I returned at 2 PM and discovered that my vehicle is not done and the technician who was working on my vehicle left for lunch. I requested to speak to a manager, and I spoke with Dustin, who was unhelpful and disrespectful. Dustin made an excuse that Leo was new and did not know what he was doing. Dustin, an excuse saying my transmission was not in good condition and that he needed to test drive it and that it would be ready within the next 20 minutes. I received a phone call from Dustin and he told me there s possibly malfunctions with my transmission, and forgot to mention earlier that my vehicle was not being worked on for the past five hours. I was upset and picked up my car and wasted a whole day without any Reimbursements and a poor tone from Dustin as the store manager. Dustin portrays himself with a good respectful tone, but is actually being Condescending. I took my vehicle to Ghassem s, which is a repair and maintenance mechanic shop, And they did all I asked for for $100 less and did not mention any further mechanical problems.

So I was a girl just trying to get her car checked for a check engine light sign. I spoke with Carlos over the phone regarding getting a simple diagnostics. He quoted me $180 for that service when both the Huntington Beach and Lakewood location only quoted the standard and correct price $99.99. They are the same company, just different locations. Once I told Carlos they quoted me differently, he changed his mind and tried to match the quote. Very scammy. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be over charged. Go to the Lakewood location! They are fair, professional, and considerate. He has been reported on my end.

Excellent! Actually, we live in Irvine. We had a flat tire on the way home. They quickly sent us a tow truck and fixed our tire in the most affordable way. We're very pleased:))

Can't express enough how having quality service after having a flat is so important. Dustin and Anthony helped with not just fixing my issues with my tire but the headache of trying to figure out what else I needed while I was in. Haven't had great service like this in a long time. Highly recommend to any one in the area.!

Found out I had a flat tire during lunch. Dropped my car off. Daniel assisted me with the repair and he was very helpful. I was in no rush so I dropped the car off but it was ready in an hour or so. They did a great job and will definitely come back if I have another flat.

I went in on Wednesday 02/21/24 because my tired had a type of nail/spring on the front driver tire. Had it to leave it a couple of hours because they were busy that day. Came back but my problems were minor and was free of charge. Thank you so much Dustin and team.

I m writing this review specifically because of the great customer service I received from David at this location. I had an issue at a different Mt. View and brought it here to be resolved. David s sense of urgency and expertise were truly top-notch! Couldn t have asked for more, thank again David!

I was heading out of state and hit some debris on the highway. I was still in the area and put on the spare and headed to Mountain View. I was there when they opened and the staff immediately got me up and running with a new tire. The whole thing was less than 30 minutes.

Waited 20 minutes for front desk employee Dustin to check us in for an oil change. We left because he was busy submitting his time sheets, then took two phone calls to schedule further appointments while we sat there waiting.

This place was so awesome. I went in for a cooling system issue. The manager was beyond helpful. While they could've just gave me an estimate for repair. They were honest and straight forward and advised that I may be under warranty and even offered not to charge me for the pressure test. I insisted to pay for the work. It was worth every cent to be given piece of mind and knowing what my options were. The entire staff was extremely friendly, not just to me, but to every customer that came in. They clearly take pride in their work and put the customer first. While I can get my current repair done under warranty, there's no doubt I will becoming here for future car needs. Definitely will be recommending Mountain View to friends and family.

Mountain View Tire & Auto Service has serviced both of my cars in the past two days for me, and previously), and I can say that two days in a row I got great service from both Karl & Dustin. They were friendly, explained the issues and didn't try to sell me something extra. Even when I brought my car in previously and I mentioned something that Honda had recommended, they checked my car and it didn't need it. My cars run great. They are ethical and take pride in their work. This morning when I dropped my car off I overheard a conversation with a customer who was really worried about their car, and I heard the compassion in the conversation. It's a great neighborhood shop.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 am. Two hours later, they called to let me know they have began working on my car. Just before 2:00pm, I got a call that my car was finally ready. If you have 4 1/2 hours to spare for an oil change, this is the place for you. Staff did not even bother to apologize. Will very likely not be returning.

Wow! This place is awesome! We hit something and got a hole in one of our tires. We drove up and they took care of us right away. The owner was super nice and the tech, Kevin, was fast, friendly, helpful and had our tire patched and put back on the car within fifteen minutes. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend. We'll be back to this place next time we need tires or service!

Picked up 2 tires in August and then just brought back my MB S550 for free 5k miles rotation (they are topping off cooling fluid free) dealer wanted to charge me.

Eddie has always been a great person, a great leader and a great manager whom one can rely on without a doubt. His excellent customer service, knowledge in the field and a quality of being a better human being and a leader has always influenced me. I spent a lot of money in maintenance with his company but this guy never let me feel like i was in a wrong hand. Jose is outstanding and highly qualified mechanic who always gets his job done perfectly.They deserve the best company can offer them. They are the gems to the company.

All I can say is this is the best place. They have time and time again taken care of my Chevy Silverado 2009 and it runs like a champ. Dustin has been the best to me as well as his partner Richard. All in all, it is the best place to go when you need to have honesty, and your car or vehicle taken care of. There is no messing around here because they want your business to come back.

My husband brought my 2015 Ford Explorer XLT in for a flat repair. I have new tires and have never had an alignment done, so he asked Richard to add it to my ticket.When we went to pick up the car, Richard told me that I need to replace the front right wheel bearing. Being that I know nothing about cars, and I am trusting, I thought OK and got ready to pay the $170.My husband was a master auto tech before leaving the industry due to instances such as this, so he asked how they could have aligned the car with loose front-end parts. Richard's response was "It will hold for a while." My husband asked a couple more questions and Richard said "Don't worry about it." We were confused and he kept saying "It's OK. Don't worry about it." He voided the ticket and didn't even charge us for the tire repair because HE GOT CAUGHT trying to charge me for services that did not get done.When we returned home, my husband checked the front end and the problem was the inner tie rod end, not anything to do with bearing play. Not only was I almost ripped off, but the tech didn't even diagnose the correct part.

So first off I made an appointment showed up 30 minutes early they're swamped. I drop my tire off at noon come back at 3 and there's five tires ahead of my tire. I'm working in town At the VA hospital on the new buildings there. And I can't get my tire fixed. Don't waste you're time an money here.

I can not say how much they saved me! I went to my car dealership cus I had a nail in the tire + warranty. They wanted to charge me $300+ & didn t have a loaner car for me during the 4 day estimated duration to fix the tire. If it wasn t for my dad calling & yelling at me to go get my car, I would have fell for the trap & blindly paid $300+.I was super anxious but came here instead, hoping I might save $30-50. They were super nice which eased my worries & they only charged me $26 + it took 2 hours. They saved me over $270.Plus checking in my car (without an appt) took about 5 minutes tops. Giving 5 stars because I want to give credit where credit is due. THANK YOU!
