I went last Friday for wheel alignment and regular maintenance. I am completely satisfied with their services with reasonable prices.It was not that quick due to multiple steps they have to go through, so we have to drop the car off for few hours. However, all the services were absolutely perfect. They also shared detailed information about the services.I will definitely come back for next maintenance.Kevin and Luis are super helpful, friendly, and professional. As a teenage girl, I find it hard to go to places like these because of the fear that I could be ripped off. Midas in Long beach has made my experience one of the best. I called asking if they had any availability and sure enough the gentleman on the phone told me that I could come right at that moment. I initially went in to get an oil change and they went ahead and did an inspection and shows me two filters in my vehicle that needed desperate help. Anthony was such a huge help and answered every question I had. He even showed me my filters and what they should look like. After having my catalytic converter stolen twice within a two-week period, I called Luis at Midas Muffler, to ask if they installed cages or other deterrents. Luis assured me that they could install a deterrent for me. His rough estimate was 180.00.Luis came in at 159 dollars out the door! They installed 2 steel cable that run alongside my catalytic converter. They are amazing! And they got the work done in under an hour!If you need to protect your catalytic converter, go see Luis at Midas Muffler!

Our family has used this location "Midas" for years! Kevin and his team are the best. We moved to a different county and still continue to come here, I wont let anyone else work on my car. They're all honest hard working and respectful, we think of them as extended family. Before I came into Midas I didn t have any issues or problems with my wheels lug nuts. But on 07/06/23 I went in to get an oil change, and I was informed that one of my Lug nuts were stuck. Luis Ramirez tried to convince me that it was like that when I brought my car into the shop, and if I wanted them to fix it I would need to pay them $200 to break off the one that they got stuck and to replace all of the rest of them. I don t appreciate them leaving my lug nut partially sticking out which would allow for it to pop off at any moment while I m driving. I came here because I thought that they would properly take care of my car but I left their shop with more issues than solutions.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I have taken my car to Midas for years. I occasionally take my car to the local garage for an oil change. However, when my car needs complex servicing, IT S ONLY MIDAS!Kevin (Owner) and Luis (Manager) are simply the best! Both gentlemen are helpful, friendly, and professional. They tell you what your car needs and how much it will cost, BEFORE the work begins.Kudos to Kevin, Luis, and the mechanics for a job well done! Walked in to get an oil change and stood at the counter for a long time waiting on someone to acknowledge my presence. The service technicians could see me standing there but didn't do anything. After 3-5 minutes I said, "Hello!" One of the techs went to a office in front of me to tell someone they has a customer and he STILL sat there another few minutes.When he came out, I think it was Luis Ramirez, he said how can I help you? I said I need an oil change. His response, "Why are you mad at me?" Now mind you, I'm not talking loud or acting out of character for him to ask me a question like that. I repeated what I need and he repeated himself, "Why are you mad?".At this point I just walked out. I ended up going to a Midas in Cypress that honored my coupon and treated me like a human being. Their customer service was so great, I can't wait to use them again. I'm just happy I didn't have to deal with the ugly wig wearing toupee guy!

The manager Luis is so darn honest. He did not push unneeded work on me. I normally don't give company reviews, but I MUST give credit where is credit is due! Midas has always been my favorite shop from KC to CA. However, this specific location in Long Beach, CA has been nothing but exceptional! I received awesome customer service since day 1 stepping into the store not sure what to expect from this location. Luis gave excellent customer service. I was greeted with a smile, he took time to explain the issue that was found with my car and made sure I was taken good care of, and even shared with me different payment options in understanding my financial limitations. I came in for a simple oil change, but I left as a returning customer for sure. I will definitely be sharing this location with all my friends.

Amazing service. I always come here because of the fast turn around on any problem I have. I was happy with the services provided to me, however, I'm really hurt that I have been a loyal and faithful customer to midas no matter which location I went to. Before I went to the midas in long beach I had one of my family members check my car and the only thing I needed done was a pilchange, i got to midas in long beach, and I allowed them to work on my acr and all of a sudden my boot is torn I have major leaks, I didn't have these problems before,I know cause I went under my own car and didn't see these issues and now my car needs $2000 or more on repair, I feel midas in long beach had purposely damages my car so I can keep coming back to them and spend money like I'm rich or something, I'm really hurt they did this to me I trusted them with my car, and now my car smells like it's burning and I have two leaks and I'm without one to fix my car, I'm thinking about suing, if I had the tools to fix my own car I would've done it myself bur because someone stole my tools and I was sick I couldn't work on my car and I called myself calling midas my most trusted mechanics, smh disappointed.........

Booked my oil change for synthetic blend 29.99 with coupon in website at his midas ghetto location, this guy Louis Ramirez lied and said they ran out of oil, if I pay double they have my oil. Don't waste your time to come here.

I always go here. Was referred to them by my personal mobil mechanic. The staff Kevin and Luis are awesome. Came here for an oil change and some other repairs I needed.They went above my expectations and did an awesome job. I have a hard time trusting mechanics but they don't push sales or unneeded service on me which I appreciate.

Outstanding service! Work has always been high quality and done in a timely manner as well as affordable pricing. After only 2 or 3 times there everyone that worked there knew my name. All courteous professional and friendly. Haven't gone to any other places since I started going there. Customer service is on point. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get work done on their cars.

ZERO STARS, i wish i had that option. In fact out of 5 i give this place a negative -1. OVERPRICED! this place is a scam, they need to be reported. If you don't no nothing about cars this is the worst place you can take your car. They will definitely take advantage of you. Trust me. I took mycar to get my serpentine belt replace, and they were charging me almost $200. I felt disrespected, he was trying to fool me. The belt costs like $35. Thank god i know about cars. I did my research and i took my car to different mechanics to make sure i was getting a fair price andsee if they'd agree with each other. I took my car to TDC Performance in 1015 E Anaheim St, Long Beach, CA 90813 and they got my belt replaced for $92. I even tip the mechanic $10 for being honest. I highly recommend TDC Performance. Trust me you wont be disappointed. This is my new spot.

I've been a customer of this Midas for 10 years and have never walked away disappointed. They really do everything they can to ensure you get a reasonable price for their services, and they do it with a smile. They are always willing to thoroughly explain what's going on with your vehicle, what's needed, what can wait, and what's recommended. This is the place to bring your car for regular service!

I had my car towed there because it was only 2 miles from my house. When I arrived, I received great service. They diagnosed my car quickly and even gave me a ride home. They explain everything in detail about the problem, the price, and labor. I will be returning there for all my car needs in the future and my husband's car as well.
