Impressive museum and showcase for MBZ classic autos. Change of vehicles regularly. Gary is a great guy to work with if you need parts. Parts are expensive but are OEM.

Incredibly helpful staff. Called them on a Friday afternoon, they had the part I needed for my 83 300 CDT, set me up an account and I'm off to the races. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'll be back again.

Do not trust the info on this website. It says parts are available, when they are discontinued. Call them direct.

Very poor service. First of all, everything the classic center has, you can just get from any regular Mercedes dealership, and often cheaper too. I was looking at a $120 part offered from another Benz dealer for $90. But I figured being a classic car guy I want to support the classic center. So I call them up to ask, and he has they can do 20% off MSRP. I figure $96 is negligibly more than $90, plus classic center advertises free shipping on order over $49, so I say sure. Then he rings me up at $132. How come I cay. He goes 120 - 10% off + shipping and tax. SO I say you said $20% off and supposed to be free shipping. And he says "no, it's UP TO 20% off and if I give you a discount then you don't get free shipping". Okay...... I go for it anyway. Again, want to support the classic center. And I say I'll just come pick it up in person.Over there...nice place. But no humans to be found. Couple guys sitting in some office, I have to shout to get their attention. They bring the part. Fine. I go out open my hood to check and compare that part is right. While at it I notice I have a cracked little piece of vacuum hose. Just an inch piece. SO I go back and ask if they could just cut me an inch of hose from the shop (shop is right there). And guy goes "no, we sell that".So in the end ... what's the difference buy from regular dealer vs classic center. Classic center might say "the service". But what service did I get here?Not worth my business. Not worth my drive. Just not worth it.

Update: So the last few times I've called they actually have answered in the afternoon. Charles has been very helpful and shipping has been fast.For that I've upped them a star. Looks like they are improving!Good parts, not great service....Basically if you want parts don't bother calling after noon. I have NEVER been able to reach a live person in the afternoon. I have literally called dozens of times on multiple days to only have it go to voicemail. When I left a message it was not returned, I had to call them back.Reaching them around 8-10am is usually your best bet and even late morning seems to be hit or miss. When you do reach a live person they are fairly personable and very knowledgeable. I just wish they would change their hours on their website if they refuse to answer the phone after 12!!

I haven t found it easier to order parts from here vs my own local Mercedes dealer in Virginia (whose online catalog offers 25% discounts off list prices anyway). But the fact that this center exists is still a good thing for all Mercedes owners, as it assures restoration support for years to come.Still planning on visiting in a future cross-country road trip someday in my classic Mercedes, no less.

I'm a long time customer and I can't get a return call after months of calling emailing and texting not even the courtesy of a simple phone call had to go with a shop that cares about its clients

They are still closed. I stopped by (November 2021) and the doors were locked. After a while a guy opened the side door and said they are closed due to Covid 19!! What???He gave no explanation or any indications when they will open again and shut the door.I'd call them before making a trip over there.

Well its easy to say that if you have a classic Mercedes-Benz vehicle that you cant go wrong by having them work on your car. Just go visit the showroom and get to see how they restore cars like new.

Very inconvenient nobody answered my calls have to drive to store everytime I need to buy parts. It's it is some kind of prevlitege to spend your money there.
