Highly recommend! This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Working with Otto was an absolute pleasure! Otto is extremely patient and super helpful when it came to choosing what car i was looking for. The best part Otto stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Otto if you are considering buying an automobile.

Our experience with Med Auto Group was so smooth, friendly, informative. No hassle, no regrets at all. Otto is the friendliest most patient salesman you will ever meet. The information he provided about the car, gave us full confidence in what we were buying. He knows what to look for in a car, and only sells quality vehicles. You can t go wrong when buying from here. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used/new car. Without a doubt, you owe to yourself to take a look at their inventory. Purchased a 21' Model 3 LR from here a month ago, it has been amazing and the experience at the dealership all around is outstanding, everybody is professional and friendly. Recently i came back only to re-calibrate one of the door windows, Otho helped me for two hours and fixed it, i really liked how perfectionist he is.

I had a fantastic experience at Medauto, the used car dealership, when purchasing my BMW X1. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. They provided me with all the information I needed and answered my questions thoroughly. The condition of the car exceeded my expectations, and the entire transaction was smooth and efficient. Otto (Jr.) is a great representative of what seems to be a really great family company where you can buy a like new car. Med Auto Group buys at auction only the best salvage title automobiles with no structural damage and repairs body damage and makes them like new. Not only is the late model vehicle like new, it was very reasonably priced! Otto will take care of everything if you'd like. He is a person you can trust with a big commitment and he will follow through. We purchased a 2019 Mazda 3 that so far has been all that was promised, and is a really nice car. We are hoping to buy more vehicles from Med Auto Group.Rex Stennett

UPDATE:I bought a 2017 Ford Mustang from MedAuto Group in October 2019. I paid 30% less than market price for a Mustang of an equivalent model/year. Besides the fact that Mustangs are awesome to drive, the car did not have any issues and has not had any issues since besides needing an oil change. This was the best purchase I could've made.The 2015 Toyota Corolla I bought from MedAuto three years ago still runs like new and the paint is still shiny/impeccable. It has never had any issues.INITIAL POST:I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Med Auto Group. We've had it for 2 years and the car runs like new. We have never had a single problem with the car. We have put about 25,000 miles in the vehicle and it is as good as new. Thanks to Med Auto we were able to afford a same-year car model at a lower price, with parallel quality, and very fair financing options. I admit we were a little nervous buying a car from a used car dealership but the car has surpassed our expectations. Med Auto Group provides the best value over price; in fact, I plan to buy another vehicle from Med Auto Group in the near future.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I have to share my experience with this business. I tell all my friends and family about it. I have been going to Med Auto for the past 16 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust them because they have been honest, helpful and reliable every time I buy a car from them. This year, I saved a few thousand dollars on a practically new, beautiful Subaru with only 22k miles on it. I'm very happy with it and any time I've had a question (my first Subaru) the owner Othoniel has been super-responsive even a few months after the purchase. He knows he sells a good product. I'm telling you, you won't regret it.

Honestly I was very impressed with both the experience and the vehicle. Otto was very flexible working with our work schedules to meet us outside normal business hours. Ended up purchasing a Mini. The Vehicle was a salvage and really well repaired. I know more than a little about cars and I could barely tell it was a salvage. Good work and good experience. I'll definitely be reaching out to them when I need my next car.

Otto and his father sold me a salvage title car that was poorly fixed. Just two-three weeks after I bought it, I was having problems with it. The front bumper, which is where the main damage had been and which is what they had fixed, started separating out within days. I had to go back for some documents and the father put in a new clip to hold it. Three days later that clip also broke and the bumper was coming off again.After I drove the car some more, I noticed that the front right tire was rubbing against the fender liner when I turned the wheel all the way to the right. The tire made a hole in the part because of this and within a couple of days the whole lower part of the fender liner broke off. When I called Otto and asked him to fixed it, he refused to cover the cost of the part, even though this was a part that they had installed incorrectly. One of the front lights also stopped working within a month. It seems like they put in cheap/used/bad parts that don t hold up.When I bought the car, the radio wasn t working either it would catch only one radio station. I realized that the car was missing the antenna. Otto had ordered it, but when we put it in, the radio still wasn t working. He never offered to do anything about this issue.Besides all this, my experience of buying the car from Otto and his father was quite negative. I had signed an agreement with them to get a salvage title car with damage that was acceptable to me, which they were going to fix. The car had to be within certain years, mileage, and budget that we agreed on. The whole process was supposed to take no more than 6-7 weeks, which he also agreed to. I put down $5000 as a deposit. (I ve had salvage title cars before and my last one was good for 15 years, so I believed this could work out really well.)After about a week, Otto started telling me that I needed to raise my budget because he wasn t finding a car within the parameters. Three more weeks passed and he kept saying the same or offering me cars that didn t meet what was specified in the agreement. When I talked to him about it, he stated that he would keep $1500 of my deposit if I backed out, even though it was he who was not honoring the agreement. In the end I had to compromise and agreed to a car that was older and with more miles than what we signed on originally. However, they refused to negotiate at all on the price and I had to pay the full amount from the agreement despite the fact that the car did not correspond to it.As a single female dealing with these two guys for several weeks, I felt subject to some toxic power dynamics. Otto was often unprofessional and passive-aggressive in the way he communicated with me and in the end even rude, when I asked him to fix the part that fell off.He seems very nice at first and will say things to gain your trust, such as that he wants his customers to be happy etc., but when it comes down to it, the only thing he really cares about is making the most profit regardless of what you as the customer is getting. Do yourself a favor and go get a car from a real dealership, not from this glorified body-shop that will sell you a car on which you ll have to spend more money afterwards.
