Just want to thank Mark and Brandon for their amazing customer service and help with purchasing a vehicle with them . The car was in great condition and as advertised. They were able to offer me great financing and better than I expected. The process took very short to finalize deal. My experience was great and very happy and would recommend.

I came in with one of my besties on a rainy night looking for a car and Brandon and Mike went above and beyond helping with purchasing a car. No joke!! I really think car sales people are mostly shady but these guys are legit! They took care of us, from taking test drives in the rain, to helping us purchase a car. Didn't have to deal with pushy sales people. I asked questions and was given straight and honest answers.I highly recommend M Motorsport.Thx guys.

It was my last day to find a car after someone totaled mine. I went with my family (husband, 3 year old and an infant) Both gentlemen were polite and greeted us in great manner. I came with one car in mind and left with a better one, which it's total cost was a steal! Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to come here. The process was super smooth and relatively quick comparing any other dealer sitting there over 2 hours.Super happy with their service.

2 weeks ago, I was searching all over california to buy a new vehicle for my growing family. As soon as we arrived Mark was super helpful. We came to view a Chevy suburban. Answering any questions we had that and being able to negotiate a fantastic price. This was the first time I bought a car by far the best experience.Mark thank you once again for everything. I had the great experience at M Motorsports I was in my pt cruiser parked in front I happened to look over and I seen so many beautiful vehicles on there lot so I walked up and I was greated by mark he was so pleasant to talk to he asked me to come in with a smile that's all it took.he showed me the car of my dreams buick enclave I purchased the vehicle my experience here was so awesome!!

M Motorsport is a great and trustworthy car dealership I found them through the car gurus app and decided to contacted them because they had a car I like and they responded in timely manner , we set an appointment time to view the car and I was able to go and see the car that same day both the salesmen are very communicative, professional, patient, good listeners, helpful accommodating ,sensible and awesome you don t feel rushed at all and all your questions are asked and answered I m so glad I was able to get my car through them they help you get a deal that is best for you and that you feel comfortable agreeing too as well I love my new car I m very happy with my new vehicle and purchase please get your next car with them it s a very good experience I m very thankful to this dealership for helping get my next car :)Love my new Kia

First off, their overall selection is great. I have been looking for a well-taken-care-of WRX Hatchback for months when I saw M Motorsport had one available. They made it super easy to make an appointment, view, drive, talk about payment options and technical details about the vehicle. I voiced my concern about known issues with this particular model and was able to have an extended warranty added on. WORTH IT. Hopefully I will not need it because they even showed the full history of the vehicle, ensuring that it is a California car (no road salting) as well as maintained properly. Stephanie was open to any and every concern and LaQuan was very responsive when I had any questions the following days while finalizing my personal loan. The professional detailing was very thorough too.

The Team at M Motorsport were great . Both Mark and Brandon were amazing. They both treated my daughter respectfully and were not pushy. She had a fun experience purchasing her first car with them. Mark was incredible at getting us a super rate for a loan. He spent hours negotiating with banks until we got a great offer.

I came to M Motorsport expecting the same thing I ve gotten from every other dealer I ve been to: cold shoulder, excessive wait times, the insecurity of not knowing what s going on, etc. but I got the complete opposite. I had been denied by other car dealers due to my young age and short credit history, so I really didn t even get my hopes up walking in here.But I was pleasantly surprised the moment I spoke with Mark. He was very kind and very honest with me about my situation. His communication with what was going on with the process was great too. A couple hours later he made magic happen and I was able to leave with my car!I m so grateful that Mark and Pa were able to help me and to this day I can t thank them enough. I would 1000% recommend M Motorsport to anyone looking to purchase a car. There s a good selection of cars, all in really good condition with carfax readily available.10/10 experience!

This place is a life saver!! I had a pretty dire situation and was in need of a car badly. They were so patient and honest and FAST. they managed to get me in a perfect car with reasonable down payment & monthly. Mark & his whole crew are so great. Highly highly recommend!

If you don't know what you're doing, they will take advantage of you.Edit:Dealer claims this was due to terms we did not agree on.Dealer used artificial wait times, fake urgency and manufactured scarcity to nudge me into putting less down for a payment, paying an exorbitant extra for addons that we both knew were worthless, and placing fees on the PO that did not apply to the car.Dealer told me certain aspects of the car were rare when they were mid-trim level options and pretended to know how much battery capacity was good for the car.However, to their credit they were responsive and kind. They always picked up the phone and were always willing to answer questions. They are not bad people, just your classic used car salesmen. Just be sure you know what to look for before going in.

What an awesome experience!!!My husband and I started what I thought would be a long and stressful search for a car to give to our daughter for her 18th birthday.Upon arrival we were quickly created by Alex. Alex was so nice, friendly, professional and "non-pushy" which was surprising for a used car dealer. I must have had him take out 3 or 4 cars until I found the right one. Alex never stopped smiling and his friendly demeanor never let up.Moving on to the stressful part of car buying... the not so friendly game of getting financed! Alex passed the baton to his manger, Mark. Mark made the finance easy, quick, and painless. I bought the car 3 weeks before I needed it, and they allowed me to store it there!Both Mark and Alex really took their time and seemed genuinely excited for my daughter's birthday. I could not have asked for a better buying experience.Absolutely immaculate service.

All I can say is..... this dealership was great and extremely professional in all aspects! They made my first time purchasing a vehicle so easy and were very informative to where you felt a true connection with everyone staffed, oppose to other dealerships who see you as a meal ticket... not here!I would highly recommend this dealership because I LOVE MY BMW. When I am ready to make my second purchase, I will for a fact be coming back because they have an immaculate inventory and they really take care of their vehicles!Great job M Motorsport and continue to service the city the way you've been doing..... :)

I got my 08 Tahoe in August 2020 it was a pleasant experience. Things didn't take too long and I was happy even with the covid 19 stuff things still were smooth.I filled out the necessary documents and paid the necessary monies and Papa let me drive home that day. Fast forward to almost a year later my car is still going strong.I love my car, I needed it (it fits all my kids and dog comfortably) definitely a good decision. oh nothing mechanical wrong with my car it works smooth I just take it to get the necessary oil changes and whatever else. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a car and you're not balling balling. They'll work something out

I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from M Motorsport a week ago. I'm very happy with the deal and I really like the simple and down-to-earth vibes of this dealership! It was very efficient and pleasant to work with Papa, Mark, and the financial guy (sorry I forgot to take your name). I also took a look at other cars they have and I'm impressed with the wide variety and the general taste of their selection. When I say I ended up at this dealer by accident I mean it in a literal sense. I had been looking for a reliable used SUV since my old rusty minivan needed repairs which drove me to an upgrade instead. I had my focus on small dealerships that had older used cars as I wasn t confident I would be approved at a dealer with such nice ones! PCH had been blocked off due to an incident and I was forced to go around Loma Ave as a detour. Unfortunately, an accident happened to right in front of me which happened to be at the corner of Loma and PCH where this dealer is. As I waited for cars to clear up, a gentlemen knocked on my window saying I can use their driveway to turn around if I needed to, this was Papa. I stuck around for a bit since I noticed they had a few SUVs with 3rd row seating which is what I was searching for. The team here was quite inviting and allowed me to see a couple of their SUVs and allowed me to drive them if I wanted to. After some conversation, I saw a Ford Explorer, same exact one I had wanted for years. I ended up test driving it and this individual was a professional at explaining what I should be looking for in a test drive and I was amazed at the quality of this Explorer and the way it drove. Once we returned to the dealer I sat down with Papa and went over options and what was best for me with the help of Mark. I am happy to say that both my lady and I along with our kids love driving around in our Explorer. It is comfortable, safe and reliable which is what we needed. If you re looking for good quality used vehicles, I recommend this place 100%. Papa, Mark and his team are great and will not look down on you, they will help and provide several options and allow you to choose which works best for you. Once I am ready for another vehicle I will not hesitate to stop by and check out their cars. My family and I appreciate you guys!

Let me start off by saying that the customer service here is simply amazing! It's a fair size dealership with lots of beautiful luxury cars. The guy that helped me (Alex) was so knowledgeable of all the cars. He was friendly and charismatic. Most importantly he worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for. He answered all my questions & concerns. They worked with me to keep my payments low & they didn't give me the run around like most other dealers. I love my Range Rover! I would go back to Alex again. I'm satisfied & happy with my experience at M Motorsports of Long Beach. Alex has also helped some of my friends find the perfect car, so that is the reason I went to him. Their inventory is phenomenal! I truly loved my experience. Thanks

Mark is absolutely amazing at what he does. This is my second time buying a car from him and I am so impressed. I shopped around and researched for months, before deciding to buy a car from Carmax but Mark totally changed my mind. He had a NEWER car for a better deal and took the time to explain everything until I felt very assured.Besides that M Motorsport did have a better car for less, their approach to sales is very personable. You get the family feel without pressure to buy. Carmax was very simple and straight to the point but i felt like just a number.Tip: if they don't have the car you want in their inventory, request it. Check their inventory every couple weeks.

I was shopping for a low mileage Camry for about a whole month. I found one at this dealership and they were very helpful. Excellent and honest customer service. Not pushy at all. They let me make the decision, rather than making me make a decision. They also deliver on their promises. It was overall a great experience. I am very happy with my Camry and I highly recommend this dealership for your next car.

This is my second time buying my car with this business, they make the impossible the possible. They are kind and understanding, they go the extra mile and some just to satisfy their customers. If it had not been for them I don't know how I'd get a car. My credit score was low, I had so many inquiries and yet they managed to get me the car that I wanted. They found a bank to finance me, not only was that enough but they also gave me a good deal for my car note. They are supportive, I've been dealing with them for a year and this has been my second time coming to them and every experience, every encounter, and every visit is worth it. They have no idea how much they made my life so easy. I'm truly grateful to them for giving me a chance, a chance no one else was willing to take. THANK YOU!

I bought a car here about 2 months ago and they made the process super simple. They kept us and themselves safe by taking the correct precautions and answered any and all questions and concerns that we might have. I got the car checked out by a dealer about a week after we bought it and they said there was literally nothing wrong with the car and we got it for a steal. Would definitely recommend buying from here.

Me and my husband went to look for a car 2 weeks ago and my husband is consider a first time buyer but Alex made it happen for him. He was happy he got to drive away with the car he wanted. Alex is the go to if u need a car and don't have a down payment they will work with u. I've know him since high school and he is very sweet and helpful person. Overall I love the experience I had with M Motorsports. I would refer people and even go back and get myself a new car there.
