trustworthy.reliable.above and beyond.fair.straight-forward.Luciano and his men give you all of this; and with a smile.And trust me, no matter what he charges you, you will feel like you underpaid him.We had a last minute emergency and this man coordinated towing, found a part, helped us find temporary transportation, and had the repair for us in under 4 hours - ON A SATURDAY !!!!highly recommended.

I can t say enough good things about Chip and his team of mechanics at Luciano sChip is honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, so helpful and very reasonable.My husband and I brought my car in because I was having trouble with my transmission, which is a major job and anywhere else, I m sure would ve charged way more than what he quoted.While fixing my transmission, noticed my factory water pump had a small crack and he showed me how part of the pump was made of plastic (where the crack was) and where you could see that it had been leaking, and replaced it with a heavy duty water pump (that part of it wasn t made of plastic) and still was able to keep his estimated quote!To be honest, most of the garages I ve been to in the past were over priced, impersonal, didn t always do a good job and took advantage because I was a woman.I admire the integrity and the quality of their work and we will continue to bring our cars to Chip for any future repairs.Highly recommended.Service: Transmission

So, there is a new owner, his name is Chip.He is amazing. Super helpful, very thorough and honest on work estimate. He is reasonable on the pricing.I have been coming to Lucianos for the past 15 years with all kinds of cars. I am confident I can keep coming here.Also, you can pay by Zelle and other options. The best. I always recommend him to all my friends. He literally took care of my Saturn after knowing I was a little short on funds. Instead of telling me he couldn't do it, he did some research and found my parts for a cheaper price and worked with my budget. Very informative, fast and affordable. Best mechanic in long beach. I recommend him to everyone.

We were in Long Beach with the kids, and as we were leaving our van completely shut down on the extremely busy freeway. Nothing would turn on! It was extremely scary with young kids! We got a tow truck for the van (great service from him too) and my husband, and an Uber for the wife and kids. The mechanics got us in within a few minutes, checked out the van, and within an 1.5 we had a new alternator and battery, and we were on our way home! They provided some drinks and snacks for the kids, and were some of the kindest humans we have met! They were extremely honest and fair in their business. Thank you for helping us get home to Nevada!

Luciano is always fair, knowledgable, and kind. He is always honest with his costs and repair work. I ve taken my car in for a tire change to engine issues. My go to mechanic. Highly recommend.

This place is trash I had to call the bureau of automotive repair to get my money back. I settled for a bit more than what I paid when I should ve just took him to court. Not only did they overprice me at $160 for an oil change and front brakes that I provided to change out. And took 2 and a half hours to do. Then they broke my rear rear wheel cylinder and blamed it on me! Everything was fine until I brought my car here. So now I'm $320 in the hole! Never again, just another guy who thinks they know what there doing pretending to be a mechanic. Do not trust this lame ass shop!

my former mechanic told me I needed a fuel pump and quoted me $400. Another neighbor recommended Luciano's; and this place talked me out of assuming the first guy was right and it turns out I did not need a fuel pump and Luciano saved me over half the original I was told by someone else. I am a middle aged woman and we know how hard it is to find a good mechanic you trust. This place is tucked into a residential neighborhood and he mentioned lots of people don't realize it's there. I feel happy to help spread the word ! You can trust this guy, he is efficient , fast and reliable !

I paid 600$ for a job and they didn't bother fixing it. It came out to be worse than before! They were rude when I took my car back so they can see that the problem is still there. They kept my car for 2 days didn't bother calling me. I called and they said they didn't see any problem and to just not drive that much. I am outraged.! I could of used my hard earned money somewhere else!!

Very inexpensive auto repair and quality workmanship, Luciano and his team definitely know what they are doing! Go early so he can give you a better idea what your vehicle needs (there is less traffic too!).

An employee where my dad lives recommended Luciano's. They did a great job and got me back on the road in a couple hrs. even though they were slammed with business on a Saturday. I will be back.

Only to fixed camshaft seal,But they suggested to replace a water pump and timing belt, for the amount of $1300 ,I said ok let do it,After 3 days I called in the morning, to see what going on, and they said your car is going to be ready today,During the day in the afternoon receive a call to notify me, ( your car is broken down, the motor is bad, ) I asked why, do they tested the car with out oil, or they didn't put the timing belt properly, they told me, o no your car was bad before, ( my car is was good, motor and transmission, only problem was the oil leak)After all, I ask, what can I do, they say is not worth it to fixed, is better to sell it to junk yard, I we split the money in half for my work,I agree because, cuz i don't have time to complain,My point is, just be carefully if you take your car to this shop (Luciano's automotive )Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went to do a smog check my first time here; was recommended by my father and the gentleman who attended me was very kind and got it done under 15 mins I would reccomend anyone to get their smog check and any other work here

In the past few years service has been going downhill. Would not recommend. Have also heard that the workers joyride the cars to go to run errands.

Horrible Service!!!!! They charged me$500 to fix a clutch they even didn't fix and also make you believe that more things break to keep charging more money.

Great job on my Porsche left very pleased
