My experience with this place & Dennis was Great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Originally called to set up appointment but he stated had a cancelation so set it up for the next day. First of all, Dennis is a very honest person. That is golden to me. I have a honest mechanic, and I thought I would never meet another honest person in the auto business, and then I met Dennis!! He didn t want to try to fix my perceived minor problem with my car because he didn t think he could make a difference. I m thrilled he didn t take advantage of me, and I saved money! Thank you so much Dennis!

After spending hours reading countless reviews on google, I ran across Long Beach Muffler and read nothing but positive and honest reviews. Let me just say from the day I got my quote to the day I got my vehicle repaired, Dennis has been amazing. Dennis explained the issue and exactly what needed to be done to repair it. The very next day my car was in his hands and fixed within hours. I can definitely feel the difference now while driving and HIGHLY recommend Long Beach Muffler!

BEST customer service I ve experienced in a long time!!! I called to make an appt to have my catalytic converter replaced. Dennis advised me that he was booked for up to a week, but told me if I dropped it off early the next morning, he would try to get it done by 2pm. Not only did he get it done, it was finished by Noon so I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Dennis was professional, kind, patient and VERY accommodating! I highly recommend!~Rona West

I suspected an exhaust leak on my 97 Honda and needed a star smog. I stopped in to LB Muffler to get an estimate. The owner Dennis was really nice and gave me an estimate for my pipes which were rusted and one of them had several holes. I got an appointment right away, the work was done, and I was on my way! Wow! My car is so quiet now! Professional shop, very friendly, hometown service. Thank you Dennis and the crew! Would definitely recommend this shop!Service: Exhaust

Highly recommended! Dennis was nothing short of professional, helpful, courteous and efficient! Took my car to him and it was a complete 180 from my experience dealing with another shop. Told him my issue, he looked at the exhaust system, saw the problem, gave me a fair quote and estimate, and had my car ready within hours. It was such a good experience I wish he repaired more stuff. Best in Town. I had all 4 catalytic converters stolen off my Tundra this year. It was a pain dealing with everything except for this shop. Dennis, the owner, is a true professional. Had an absolute positive experience here. Dennis is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He helped me pick out and install a new muffler onto my truck. He made sure I got the best price and schedule a time for me to drop off the truck and was done the same day. He even went out of his way you yesterday to try and help me identify a potential exhaust leak. Highly recommend using this place for any muffler and exhaust work you might need.

I've been going to Long Beach Muffler for years now. Dennis has taken care of everything from tire rotations and oil changes, to catalytic converter and radiator replacements for my car. If you're looking for a friendly and honest repair shop, this is the place to go.

The people talking about this guy's honesty are not exaggerating. This guy saved me $4000, the kia stealership was trying to charge me to replace my entire exhaust system, he showed me it was only one part. I was up front with him said I dont know anything about cars and he could have tried to screw me like the dealership did but he didn't and fixed it within a day.Truly appreciate the honestyService: Exhaust

In this era of hi tech cars we become dependent on our mechanics to let us know what is going on. Trust becomes important, and you can trust everyone at Long Beach Muffler. I took my car there for an oil change, or so I thought. They told me it was not needed yet and showed me the clean oil when I picked up the car. How often do you find a car mechanic that does that?At Long Beach Muffler you get Lexus quality service for a chevy price, and I highly recommend them!

My exhaust separated from my muffler, I called around a few places and everywhere else said it would be a few days. Here he said it would be no problem, and had it done right away. Very friendly staff, very reasonable price, great work. This place is a well run business that cares about the customer

I just spoke to Dennis. Finally someone who was nice enough to help knowing I was not a propsect customer. He actually took his time and gave me great advice on a catalytic converter issue. So Dennis, if you read this, thanks for your time and if I ever need a muffler of some sort you got my business

Love, Love, Love, this place, very honest and excellent customer service!!! Found them on yelp! After I was told by 3 diffret shops that I needed a catalytic converter (expensive for my car) went to Long Beach muffeler, they ran diagnostic test, reset, check engine light went out......drive 100 miles as suggested and passed smog!!!! Happy camper!!!!! Definitely recommend them to All my customers, family, and friends!!!!! Thank you Long Beach Muffler!!!

Came in to check out some damage i did to my muffler. Though they were on lunch, I was attended quickly. Coming out and inspecting my muffler as well, though i did NOT get it replaced cause i couldnt afford to at the moment, i was told that it wouldnt hurt my gas mileage, or car itself, Except for some noise. All in all i was very happy with the service. though i wish i could have shown real appreciation by paying for service.
